It was a pleasure. Great scenary and the staff was friendly and helpful. Id recommend this stay for anyone. I actually installed a fence there for them and they were extremely helpful to me and my partner.

The property had great beach access, plenty of extras for the beach in the room like an umbrella, chairs, boogie boards. Unit was spacious. First floor is very easy beach access but doesnt have an ocean view. Bed was comfortable. Kitchen fully furnished. Only issue we had was the sliding door was hard to open and the toilet paper was too thin to even take the chance in using.

We were able to stay here for about a month and had a great experience. Staff are all very accommodating and friendly. Condos are very clean nice and well furnished with kitchen supplies and Beach supplies. Beach views are incredible! Pool and Spa are very clean and nice with good water temperature. We will definitely stay again!

Loving it. Friendly people all around. If you have the opportunity to stay there ask fo 504 or 405 both are well maintained.

We stayed in unit 205. There were some things that needed to be updated or repaired but nothing severe and for the price we paid it was still great.Coffee in the morning and drinks in the evening on the ocean view balcony was great. Not the best view from this unit but the balcony was huge and nice.The beach here was GREAT. Very clean, nice fine sand. We spent nearly every morning and evening on it.Covered parking was nice. Pool was clean too.

Had a great stay here. Room 101 came with tons of extras like beach umbrellas and beach chairs and boogie boards. Its on the ground floor so theres not a very great ocean view but could still see it and made for very easy beach access.

Great place to stay. Very clean and located close to many bars and places to eat. 1 mile walk on the beach to the pier.

Weve been to cape winds several times. Its always been awesome. View is incredible. Short walk to beach or jog to pier. Never had a problem. Experiences have been awesome....

Since I live 4 blocks north of this location, Ive never stayed at this Condo. I can tell you this much though, the grounds and buildings are very well kept. The paint is fresh and attractive as well as the pool and those around it. If I were coming here as a destination I would seriously consider staying here.

A beautiful place to stay with your family or friends. I stayed in the unit 510 the place is beautiful decorated and was super clean. Jaclyn Is the owner and she is just a phone call or email away any problems she takes care of it immediately I highly recommend not only the resort but unit 510.

You cant beat beach front with a pool!

Truly disappointed. We got a great deal on this condo unit and it looks nice, but the only reason we decided to stay here was because it advertised having a heated pool and we wanted to take our newborn swimming, not to mention the ocean water is very cold during December and Im here with my family from Ohio. The glass sliding doors are extremely difficult to open and no one else can open the screens but me (male). I would have never stayed here if I knew their heated pool was not working. There is also no gym. Shame on you for misleading us about the pool.

Our condo 309 was very comfortable with a home like feel. It was equipped with everything we needed and more.

Great location right on the beach. Pool is very warm, which is great and it has a hot tub and sauna. Building is a little dated.

Came here in vacation for a week and stayed in unit 401. The best parts were definitely the pool and the beach. The unit itself was dirty, the windows were falling out of their frames and couldnt be kept open, the closet doors did not stay on track, couldnt fill the tub to give my daughter a bath because the plug didnt work, the dishes in the cabinets had grease on them and the kitchen had very limited accessories. Disappointing.

This is a condo not a hotel its like having your own home on the beach the condo we have has wonderful views of the beach at the capeThe sofa in 209 is way to small Im very tall and it just doesnt fit well. The beds are also hard the door handle on the living room slider is broken none of the light bulbs match in any room.

We enjoyed our three night stay at Cape Winds. The condo was easily accessible, very clean, and came with all the supplies we needed for our trip. We made use of the beach, pool, and hot tub. Would definitely visit this condo again

This is the second year and Steve, the GM, is still great to us. All the staff are kind and work at accommodating the guests.Our room has a perfect view of the Atlantic Ocean while relaxing on our private balcony.That in itself is a slice of heaven.The room was pristine and well appointed. Second year in same room and still well maintained.Another perfect view is the pool just below.This is a smoke free facility.There are also tennis and basketball courts with bike and other beach rentals available nearby.Terrific value and priced well. Youd enjoy!

This is a condo place. So everyone will have different experiences. We adored warm pool, walk path to the ocean. Everything was pretty close. Staff was nice and kind, who helped with any questions. We didnt have any provlems with anything. So we will definitely come back. Thank you!

Very nice place. Beautiful pool and hot tub. Basketball court, tennis courts, covered parking. Still going through repairs after hurricane hit. Our unit is very nicely decorated though some off things like the microwave isnt working, the whole dishwasher moves around spoil a perfect experience. Would definitely stay in this unit (508) again, the wrap-around balcony is wonderful!

This will be our 6th year in a row staying at Cape Winds ResortIt’s our home away from Pa.It sits Ocean front. Amazing views. Love sitting on the balcony watching the cruise ships sail by daily.Steve and his team are amazing. Very helpful and aim to please. Best place I have ever stayed. We made from from all over the US and Canada.The pool is heated and all new along with the hot tub.You won’t go wrong stating at Cape Winds.

No big frills, but an excellent, relaxing, quiet place to stay. It has one and two bedroom condos and they are very comfortable. I have been staying here for vacation for many years and have never once been disappointed. Also very reasonable rates. Make sure to talk to Steve.

Great spot. 30 seconds away from a beautiful natural beach with real nice waves. We were in unit 215 which was on the side of the building but still offered a view on the ocean.Lots of parking, quiet neighborhood but real close to shops, restaurants & grocery (5 minutes). Right next to Kennedy Space Center and you make it to Disney in an hour.We recommend this spot. Paradise.

This is a relatively small resort in Cape Canaveral Florida, with direct access to a secluded sandy ocean beach just south of the Kennedy Space Center. Units are privately owned, have a complete kitchen to help keep vacationers expenses down, are decorated and furnished by the owners, resulting in a variety of styles with no two units alike. The grounds are well kept, the heated pool has recently been refurbished, off street parking is free as is a considerable number of covered parking spaces. Tennis courts are also available, all on the property. The surrounding neighborhood is residential and quiet. A great place to go and relax with the family.

Great spot right on the beach. Weve sat with the screen door instead of patio doors to hear the ocean in the background. Lovely.Good clean pool area, locked up to keep it for residents and keep others out.Individually owned, so no idea what all the apartments look like, but the one were in is pretty well resourced with almost everything you could need.Close to drive to everything youre going to need. We would advise driving over to Merritt island for groceries however. The publix has better produce than the one at the beach.Lots of wildlife to watch, and you can even see the rockets launch from Kennedy if youre lucky enough to be here if ones scheduled.... Just take a chair out to the beach and enjoy the show.Can recommend the unit 106. No sea view as its ground floor, but safe for the kids and has everything youll need for a relaxing holiday.

We spend the month of January, 2016 in condo 510. The condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed. Beautiful view from the balcony.Nice and quiet building,well kept grounds and pool area. Good shopping close by and best of all a beautiful beach.

Location, location and location! Less than one minute to the beach by walk and has everything: heated pool, hot tub, sauna, big parking lot, four tennis courts, an elevator is a big plus when you came back from shopping or with a stroller. Perfect place to spend your vacation for family with kids. A bit pricey but its worth it.

GREAT place to stay especially for a close ocean view.

This place has an old school feel but its clearly well maintained. The elevators are a little slow but it really wasnt an issue for us since we mostly took the stairs except for brining up our luggage - & we were able to do that in 1 trip with the luggage cart provided.Very convenient (practically private) beach access & an outdoor pool heated enough to keep my toddler, partner, me comfy was a huge plus. The dry sauna is a very nice touch. We noticed the jets on the hot tub were a little weak but the very next day somebody it looked like somebody was out working on it.Nicely maintained grounds & family friendly without being overrun with kids.

Clean, excellent location, and great facilities

Why are the online reviews so mundane? These condos are incredible. Everything we could have ever wanted and more. From the incredibly modern elevators to the heated pool and the on-the-beach location . . . safe, kind, friendly people, beautiful views, spacious, . . . what else could anyone ever ask for? Theres a park for the kids within walking distance, all of Cocoa Beach to explore, and one is just far enough away from the crowds to have some quiet sounds of the ocean come through the room at night. It was a dream. A great, wonderful dream. We met other families who well probably stay in touch with for years and Steve who managed the location was probably the most accessible and ready-to-please property manager Ive ever met.The beach is great, too--its East Coast, so crystal blue water and 95 degree swimming arent going to find their way here, but this is a perfect family vacation spot.Cons: This wouldnt be the place to visit on spring break . . . not the culture or location for throwing wild, crazy parties. Its a classier place and the police station is two blocks away.Oh, and there isnt a wine and cheese night, but I can be okay not having that or just buying wine and cheese and enjoying it on my own. I could probably go down the pool and share it with everyone, too, if I really wanted a group experience on that one.Pros: On the beach, beautiful views, worry-free vacationing, very helpful and kind staff, great pool and hot tub, spacious condos filled with everything youd ever need . . . Its what a beach vacation should be.

The place is clean and all of the staff are friendly and helpful. The place is well maintained. They have two Bell Hop dollies (I dont know what those luggage carrying things are called.) It sits facing the ocean right over the border in Canaveral Beach from Cocoa Beach. Theres a modern Publix nearby. A friendly ABC store is quite close.

Great beachfront location. Our unit had a huge balcony with a view of the ocean. Comfortable beds, all the necessary amenities, and easy access to plenty of vacation fun.

The pool is a safety hazard as you need the pool key to get yourself out of the pool area. For any reason if there was some type of emergency you wouldnt not be able to quickly exit the pool area.

If you are coming this way and need a place to stay, Cape Winds will do just fine. Its close to the beach, has a bed and kitchen too, you can even sea the ocean from certain porches while you sit back and sip some wine.
