This park is very beautiful and quiet. Downsize is the manager harasses the single women in park with threats and rude language. He doesn’t keep up with the landscaping as well as the previous managers/owners. Also has raised lot rent 60% in only 3 years, even during Covid.

I have a travel trailer in this park. Quiet, over 55, but not stuffy. Its actually a really pretty park, very tropical landscaping, not one of those clear-cut parks with no trees or vegetation besides grass. The park manager is really nice and very helpful. Saw a review about it being drug riddled, but I believe the person was confusing this place with another. There is one with a bad reputation, but its a different place. New owners are making lots of improvement in park and fixing up or replacing the older park models they own. I think most are privately owned, and kept nice. My rent includes electric, water, sewer, garbage and they do the mowing. Down side is, I feel the monthly lot rent is a bit high for a travel trailer, but it is only 4 blocks from the beach and they should have bath facilities for people that dont want to use a tiny RV or travel trailer bathroom/shower other than that I would give it 5 stars.

Very cool place! The manager was extremely friendly and we loved the devote and indigenous animals and vegetation.

Ive only visited, not stayed here overnight let alone lived here, so cant speak to that, but be prepared to be eaten alive by bugs here. Maybe thats true for the whole state, though

This is a small residential trailer park.Older park models that have seen better days.

Full of drugs and drug dealers very run down park full of beat up RVS mobile homes so close to each other you can touch the trailer from a window. Police call it the heroin park.

Our friend loves it there.
