Trashy

No animals, no owning anything of your own outside, constant harassment from the main office if you don’t follow their long list of rules, they leave you warning signs for your yard before it really needs to be mowed, terrible parking spaces, company isn’t really allowed because they aren’t allowed to park anywhere except your parking spaces(usually only has 2 per house), any party planing has to be “approved” first, high raised speed bumps, the people are not friendly, not a good place for kids because the people who drive here are always going to fast.
