Last week I went to zap zone. The arcade was fun but pricey, some of the games werent working. The staff was very nice. I went over the escape room but the lights were off and looked liked it was close but it was almost 2 hours before they said it would close which was odd. Overall the staff was nice and the glo golf was cool just disappointed i couldnt do an escape room. Would come back :)

Great place for a party. Took my girl scout troop here for their badge ceremony. It was very affordable in my opinion. They have party packages for everyone and tons of options and upgrades. The girls really enjoyed using the virtual reality games and of course the lazer tag! A great time was had by all. They also serve really good pizza.

We had a lot of fun! They are doing appointment only because of the pandemic. It was safe in the staff was friendly and helpful. Some of the machines were down and its a little bit expensive here. I would have given five stars but arcade games were malfunctioning and the prizes are expensive. This location is significantly smaller then the tailor location that we usually go to. I will definitely be back!

Had fun playing Glo Golf, staff was adhering to the covid precautions of wearing face masks and practicing safe social distancing. Glad they were open during these unprecedented times. Thanks for your hard work and understanding of the publics needs of having a place to go for fun festivities.

An amusement center par excellence.the near two hours spent here with two kids included family was of great amusement.kids enjoyed the place to Nth Degree.... Their enjoyment made the elders quite satisfied...I would recommend to parents to frequent frequently with children

Zap zone is great place to be as family with 4 years old. We have a fun day, spend about 4h including escape room, arcade and golf. He wants to do mini golf again today!

Oh my God so I am that mom you know the one that ask you many questions and comes back to the counter to 100 times and makes you change everything...Last minute birthday party for my not so little boy and they made it happenJake Especially went above and beyond to make sure everything we needed was taken care of all of the staff was very friendly and very helpful and although there were a few glitches in the machines they were happy to fix everything I appreciate you guys very much will definitely be back to play

Super helpful and patient when I asked all the questions. They even took extra time to show my youngest the arena before his first laser tag game! We really appreciated that.

They had laser tag, glo-golf, an arcade and a serious for some virtual reality gaming. I loved the glow-golf, and the laser tag was very fun. The only thing was that the arcade section was a bit underwhelming. It had the basics, but wasn’t very extensive. It’s still a great place, just not if you’re only looking for an arcade. Highly recommend the glo-golf and laser tag.

Came here for a company outing to play laser tag and honestly was surprised at how fun it was. I really didnt know what to expect out of the place, but had a great time and the place is pretty amazing. Nothing says team building like running around shooting one another.

Great nice games and friendly staff

Love coming here. Its NOT just for children, my husband and I have an awesome time here with or without our kids Lol. Theyve added an escape room which made the place even better. Not too excited about the new card system but other than that I love it here. The prices are reasonable and the staff are friendly. I play for fun never for the prizes (their too cheap) The place is a good size for birthday parties and they offer numerous games for children and adults. The glo-golf and laser tagis pretty cool especially if you have your own group to play with

Zap zone is a great place for family gathering, awesome environment, large section for kids to play. This large amusement center contains many activities including arcade games , laser tag, and Bumper cars, in addition to golf. Friendly and welcoming staff. Clean place, and prices are fair. Convenient place for Occasion such as birthday party as well as graduation party. Great atmosphere! Highly suggest!

Had a great time. Place seemed mostly clean. I didnt get a chance to play the virtual reality or the glow golf. Probably take the kids again and do those. Its a place to kill a few hours and wear the kids out.

Has a 2-player version of Halo: Fireteam Raven. Also glow-in-the-dark minigolf, laser tag, bumper cars, virtual reality games, and a bunch of other arcade games for both pure fun and redeemable tickets. Loud, and not much seating, but has two smallish party rooms for groups and takes party reservations.

A group came in for my nephews birthday on january 25th and rhe manager jake was amazing. We had alot of questions about the membership and games. He was amazing. So kind and patientwith us theough everything.

This single ZapZone is a rip-off. There were over 10 games down which wouldnt have been so bad except its super small compared to the Taylor location.The games that were left were mainly the 5+ token games. Normally we buy a $20 coin (was $25 at this location) and at the Taylor location it lasts about 90 minutes. Here the coin lasted maybe half that.Also their cyclone game is wonky, the lights are out of sync with the machine.

Great place... the highlight certainly is the laser tag. They can get up to 40 people in laser tag at once. Really enjoyed ourselves. Bumper cars are shockingly small. Staff was helpful. I only wish there was a bit of security in the front. With so many kids running around itd be nice if they tried to keep the weirdos out... or at minimum prevent the weirdos from leaving with kids that arent their own. They have no system to address this. Nonetheless, Ill be coming back here over and over again. ADDENDUM: owner responded that they do have a system that I just was unaware of - and they’ve operated for decades with no incident. That’s great news. Thanks Zap Zone!

Fun place. Clean glow golf course. Very kid friendly. But the glow golf attendant is not always at the entry/exit.

Our plan for go karting had fallen through and this was a last minute decision. We made a good choice, the employee on the VR set was really adaptive when things started not working was was very helpul when we had no idea what we doing. The place had games like superhot, space pirate trainer, and other such well known games. It was fairly affordable and was worth every bit.

Clean, Clean, Clean! For all the traffic and kids running around, I was very impressed by how clean it was. Great staff, kept everything moving! Lots of activities, laser tag, bumper cars, and games. Highly recommend for 6 to 12 yr old birthday party.

Awesome glo-golf course! The best Ive been to. 3 different themed sections, and even a water feature! A lot of fun things to do at this location.

I was very disappointed with my daughter’s party. While she had fun, it was very disorganized, and our party went over 1 hour due to bad timing and party hosts. The first strike was not hearing from the venue until the day before her party. I’m used to venues reaching out about a week prior to finalize details and billing. Half of my daughter’s party left so they couldn’t enjoy the full party because of how long the party went on. We were being called to the three activities way later than discussed at the beginning of the party. The party hosts are all young kids, and they were nice don’t get me wrong, but they were so unprofessional. Our party room was moved at the last minute, to an even smaller room and it was super HOT in there. My dad asked for us to be moved to another room because the room we had was so tiny none of the adults could sit as their kids played. I was also over charged, I was given one receipt from my party host and misplaced it so I went to the front to pay and they added on $50 to my bill. By that time, I’ve been at zap zone for 3 ½ hours for a 2 hour party and said forget it and paid. I will NEVER return to this location again. I was better off going to Taylor. I will make sure to tell all my friends and family to skip this location as well.

Never had much of an issue here but sometimes the place seems understaffed. Overall a fun experience. I suggest going late on a weekday. But dont be that guy and go right before the close

Overall pretty good. Smelled pretty strongly of weed and stuffy, but its an arcade so thats to be expected a bit. The laser tag is fun; decent value and fun, labyrinthine course.

This is a nice absolute location, I went there for a birthday party about a week ago and it was a pretty good time. They have the usual arcade system setup, glow golf, bumper cars, laser tag of course, and they even have a variety of virtual reality video games. The prize store is nice, there a lot of selections. Overall, I would say that this is a good place to take kids for things like birthday parties and overnight lock-ins.

Great fun for children, but I would suggest that the company work on providing AC for birthday groups in the rooms, not comfortable for group parties.

GlowGolf is so much fun especially in this cool place everything is so bright and cool and it gets easy to difficult throughout the course

Birthday Fun

What a fun outing today. Tuesday was half off what a bargain,laser tag bumper cars,video games amd glow golf in this place. Be prepared to have fun ... I did!

We went to Zap Zone today just for fun and so my son and his friends could hang out since they hadnt seen each other in a while. Zap Zone is always too loud between the music and the competing noises of all of the machines. The boys enjoyed playing laser tag and we headed home. They could have played low golf or done bumper cars or played arcade games but they had laser focus.

We made the best of a bad experience... there was construction so tools were laying around everywhere and the air compressor noise was insane. We paid for the pick 4 package and the second time the kids did the VR, the worker chose the experience so they ended up riding the same one twice. Workers were pretty inattentive. Lazer tag was fun, it was a good set up.

A few weeks ago I went to Zap Zone for the first time and I loved it!Their laser tag field is rely cool and it can handle a lot of people.The glow in the dark mini golf is very cool too. They did a great job with the themes and everything.Besides those, they have multiple other arcades and games, its a place that Ill definitely be going back to and I recommend to anybody looking to have a good time.

Good place for a date night for just a night of fun or laughter. Great place to take your kids. We took one of the kids here just to spend some alone one on one time with one of our sons. He had a blast smiles all night long.

This place is very expensive, they have new rechargeable card machines, waste of time and money. Id rather go to the Taylor one b4 they do the same thing. This place is really nice and clean.

Waited for over 30 minutes for a hot dog and fries. When I asked why the wait they said it would be up soon. I asked for a refund and was told they dont do them only the owner can refund me and they are obviously not here. We waited another 5 minutes and was finally given our food. The fries over cooked. Worst customer service at this zap zone. I will not return.

I bring my kids here every once in a while and thats only because its almost as expensive as taking them to cedar point. The laser tag is fun but you really dont get more then 10 minutes and its over. also the guy who runs the laser tag takes it way to seriously and kind of ruins the fun of it.

Did the Pirate locked room. So much fun!! Bullgore is that they insist that you arrive and check in by 7pm for 7:30pm game and then make you wait well after that time to take you in. Just wanted us to have lots of extra extra to spend money on their game room.

The best zap zone. I liked the one in Ypsilanti, but this one is far better. The size of the zap zone area is big enough for 8v8 grown adults to play, maybe more. The price is the only downside. For a group of 6 and 3 games I had to pay ~$130.

This place is great to have a fun time,Although the prizes are not worth it me and my 5 friends only got about 700 tickets there was nothing really for 700 except candies. For better prizes i would recommend Dave and Busters I would recommend the Laser tag when u go to Zapzone

It was sooooo hot in there. Would have spent more money but it was too much. Games were fun but my favorite game was acting weird and no one fixed it or put out of order on it. I had fun but will most likely look for another place to go.
