First time there and everyone was very nice and accommodating.

This is a fun bowling alley! Its tucked way away from the main road, 5 &20, so its a bit hard to find without GPS, but worth it. The lanes are nice, the food is so so, but the employees are really helpful! The arcade is quite fun as well! Over all just a great place to bring friends or family for a good time.

Check for coupons on website to more discounts. Only minus was alot of the games were broken. Area for bumper cars and laser tag is small but still a very fun place to go. They are generous with winning tickets.

Very unkind about the mask... We were in our group and they shut the lane down because we didnt have mask but there was other people that did not have masks on either! Very rude and disrespectful!

Took my team of 10 for the 1 game of bowling, lasertag and bumper cars coupon. Everyone had a blast! Staff was awesome. Were there about 2 hours.

We got put in the VIP bowling. Im not sure what they think VIP means, but the lane went down 3 times and the employees acted like we did something wrong. Wasted almost half the time we paid for and the lane was so dysfunctional that we didnt even want to play out the little time we had left. I doubt Ill be going back. Oh the guy working the bar was terrific! One star for him.

I wish I could give this a higher rating but I just took my son and daughter here for part of my sons 4th birthday and the female behind the counter at around 4p on friday the 6th was just plain awful, we were excited to be there and our son only being 4 was pumped and she was just a deflated balloon. No smile, a frown in fact, and even less personality. Treating us as if it were a burden to do her job, well Ive worked in customer service for 10+ and, no matter what was going on personally or how much I disliked the job I showed the customers respect and service with a smile. The facility is a great place and the staff at the gaming counter were great but it the should look into hiring people who want to be there and appreciate they work at a place most people come to have fun. It was a sad representation of a place Ive enjoyed since I was a child.

It would have been better if we didnt have to wait pass the time we set and if the next group didnt start before we were finished

The bowling is good. Bumper cars are fun, but a little pricey. Laser tag is pretty standard. Would be nice if they had more than the spin to win games in the arcade. Its a fun way to spend an afternoon though.

They include your shoes with your bowling price. They have clean floors and a clean facility. Good prices. Good music. Their floor is a little too waxy, but thats ok.

My families experience here (at the fun center) was fantastic. All staff was friendly and helpful, especially a young man who was running the laser tag/bumper cars. My sons were the only ones to do both and he let them do both activities for a chunky amount of time. Even though the arcade was busy(birthday party) when we were playing games and redeeming tickets, people were polite and it wasnt an issue compared to what you would find with a crowd in Rochester etc. Great value for the activities/time/and game to token ratio. Spent $40 for 2 kids, 2 adults to all play games and kids did both laser tag and bumper cars. We will definitely be going many more times as we are relocating out this direction. Well run business.

We come here every year for a birthday party, the guys love it! They do offer party packages, but Im only giving three stars because they used to offer pizza with wings and chips or sub platters, but now its just pizza and soda.

I dont like bowling I was never really that coordinated to begin with. This was for an adults birthday and quite frankly I hated it. Lots of little Hobgoblins EVERYWHERE, not only that but they were SCREAMING HOBGOBLINS. Next year Im not going if its there.

We went here last minute with our 4 and 6 year old. We all had a great time. Staff was very friendly and helpful. This place has beenup and running for more then 3 years so slightly warn but very clean all in all. Highly recommend going we will most definitely do this again.

The laser tag, bumper cars, arcade, and time freak were really really fun! Best bumper cars Ive ever ridden! The only thing keeping it from a five-star review is the fact that we couldnt bowl. 40 lanes were reserved for league play, leaving only a few for all the other people there who wanted to bowl (at the bowling alley, haha). We will definitely be back, though!

The service here is great! Employees are amazing and very helpful. We go every week for Saturday bowling and my daughter loves being in the weekend league. We also bowl on Sundays in the family fun league which is affordable and gives us afternoon entertainment. I know the prices for regular bowling are going up but they have competitive pricing with other alleys.

Dont come here often but have always had good experiences. We only use the bowling sections and not the kids area, so my review only covers that. The staff are always friendly and helpful and the package deals they have are pretty reasonable. We even reserved the VIP area a few times for us when my son with autism came with us, which was a nice, little more secluded and quiet, out of the way area. Everything seems in good working order (it sucks when you go to an alley where this isnt the case!) and my kids always enjoy the snack bar, as well.When we walk through the kids area, it always seems a little claustrophobic to me, so Im glad I dont have to spend more than 30 seconds in THERE! lolOverall, a good place to have some fun with family and friends for a reasonable cost.

Took my kid here to go laser tagging. As I was waiting in line there wasnt a game going on and I was wondering when the next game would start. I went up to the counter in the arcade and asked a middle-aged woman when the next game would start. Her response was the following the game will start when it starts. go wait back in line and Ill tell you when it starts. Absolutely terrible service. What else do you expect from minimum wage to above minimum wage employees.After reading the reviews you would think that they would do something about who they have managing their arcade. It sounds like the same person is being rude over and over again but it still has not been fired.When I went bowling that same night I asked the attendant what oil pattern was used and they had no clue. Playing at different Lanes throughout my life I can tell you that the oil patterns were offI probably wont be back

Ive been coming here for years. It used to be the best bowling alley around, but they are gradually transforming in to a fun center that is anything but.Geared more and more towards young kids and getting away from the bowlers.
