I love Michaels. They have everything I need and you can almost always find some great clearance items.

This store has quite a great selection of different craft items. Its just amazing.From scrapbooking,to cooking items, and even holiday decorations. I am constantly finding so many different projects I want to try. Stop in, you will be planning your craft projects also.

I gave it a 3 star because I drove 45 minutes to take advantage of the sales. I was disappointed to see there is a limited number of items. And the prices were much different than I expected. Would I go back??Maybe if I am in that area for something else.

The employees are always ready to help out, answer questions, or direct you to where you should be searching. Ever since I was little going to Michaels was an adventure and it continues to be that fun and exciting for me even years later.

For craft supplies, definitely the best option in the area. Watch for sales, you can get good deals on stuff during promotions. My girlfriend loves to spend my money here

The cashier was very friendly and helpful, however I cant say the same for everyone else that was working. No one asked if I needed Any help, and when I asked where I could find something they pointed in a direction and said that way. So I was wondering around, looking for something that I couldnt find. So they lost my business at that store, I went somewhere else and got What I needed.

Great service and great selection and crafts they are pricey on their products. But at least they keep everything stocked and well-organized.

One of my favorite places to shop for art supplies. Flowers to pricey but for the most part lots of things for all ages. Always great coupons too.

You can find just about anything. A bit more expensive than Amazon bit there when you need it. Staff is always very nice and helpful.

Small store, no fabric wish there was more

Placed online pick up in store order. They werent overly busy had 3 different employees walk by saying someone else was coming since the gal at the framing was busy working on another customers framing order.All they had to do was ask my name and what items it contained, locate the order among the 2 dozen or so there, get my signature and be done.

Just a tad smaller than the Big Flats, NY store that Im used to going to but its so cute in there! And the staff is so pleasant!

If you are looking for comparable quality at a lower price, check Walmart.. I love Michaels, but the things I bought today, lights and Christmas ornaments, I found almost the same things at half the price at Walmart.. I will still come to Michaels for my fine art products.. But Ill be returning my purchases from today.. Hmmm....maybe I need some acrylics?!

Visited on Thanksgiving....I know. My first time ever. It was chaotic. But aisles were organized. Our cashier was out if it though. Was not giving advertised discounts, and when asked a question, had to repeat several times, her head was somewhere else and she was not listening.

The employees are pleasant and very helpful. The sales are excellent.
