Counseling was great the first two years. I could feel myself improving. Suddenly my appointments began being canceled and rescheduled then canceled...over and over again. I stopped going. I had a personal setback recently. Once again my appointment was rescheduled and then canceled. I understand the first couple times, but it is extremely unprofessional to continually cancel and reschedule appointments. I am going somewhere else for my counseling needs.

Counseling is great, very professionals and helpful. There is no counseling fee. Most of the time is free for low income. This is a non-profit organization.
