I came with my crew (12 people) for old school skate on Friday 7-10pm. I had no idea what to expect. The rink was extremely clean and they followed all the Covid-19 guidelines. The floor was one of the best floors I have ever skated on, it was smooth like butter. The music was jamming and we enjoyed it much we ended up purchasing tickets to the first Friday adult skate and stayed from 11pm - 3am.. thats right. We skated 7 hours in 1 night. The owner was extremely nice. She introduced herself to us and had the DJ shout our crew out because we were guest at their rink! We rented a van and drove 2 hours to another state to skate. And we will do it again. Millennium is worth the trip and I cant wait to visit again. .

I try to go at least once a week, every week; I have been, so far, for the last 19 years! Maybe there a couple of other, older skaters that are still going, but I havent missed a year, or month. All are welcome, & for the most part, thats absolutely true. The music is mostly R&B, and hip-hop, with some urban house, on the Wed adult night sessions, but there are plenty of other skate days & nights. For example, Fri. night is Gospel night. There are also plenty of family sessions throughout the week. Needless to say, its my favorite rink.

Its a skating ring. workers were all helpful and Nice. music is laud like a club so dont expect to have a conversation without having to repeat yourself. I will be going back

Nervous and was going to go but because of the fact that masks are optional while roller skating, it makes me feel like they probably dont care about masks at all. Its a bit odd they wouldnt be mandatory during a pandemic with their max being 150 people. It seems like its gets great reviews..looking forward to going post covid. Also some of the responses to the more lower reviews are very telling.

I just booked my niece and sons birthday party. Tracy was absolutely wonderful and made sure that all of our family needs were met. The price was only 200 dollars to rent for 2 hours for a private family only event. The process was easy and within an hour of paying online, Tracy was on the phone with me finalizing everything I needed. I will definitely be using Millennium Skate World for more of my family events. Thanks again Tracy for making this easy and during the pandemic this is what my family needs.

My sisters rented out the rink for a family gathering. The staff was very professional and organized. They had skates for every size, including 15s. We had an amazing time.

Millennium is the best rink in Jersey. The food is great. service unmatched and the crowd is always pleasant.

If you value your life do not go to Millennium because they do not value yours. On the flyer, they offer safe fun during COVID by stating that they will only admit 100 people. So, my family and I get there at 6:20 to make sure we are a part of the first 100 people. While we are waiting in line, there is no one at the door to ensure that people are maintaining social distancing. Thankfully, the people we just happened to be in line with did care and maintained distance on their own. However, there we several groups in front us that were close to each other and no one at the rink said or did anything. Additionally, the security guard would address the crowd to make announcements without his mouth properly covered.After we get our tickets and begin to skate, I notice that the rink was getting filled up pretty quickly, and I wondered how many people are actually in the building. Not surprisingly, my sister was counting, and she counted over 80 people. So, we continue to skate and I notice more and more large groups come into the skating rink. A little concerned, I go the cashier and ask how many tickets has sold. She had no clue. She said that she didnt know and that she just sold tickets. This is a problem. The keeper of the gate, the person allowing people to come into the rink who is supposed prevent the rink from exceeding a 100 people has no clue how many people are in the building at any given time.I talk to the manager, and she also did not have an exact number of people in the building. At this point, there is clearly over a hundred people. I ask for an exact number and they state that the information is on some sort of a spreadsheet and they would not be able to give me an exact number at that time. BS. They knew they were over a 100 people and did not care until someone brings it to them as a problem. They offer a refund which I promptly take and leave with my party of 9 people.To be honest, even a 100 people maximum is a lot; it is not a huge rink. Their neglectful attitude is a huge concern. This skating rink services predominantly black people in Camden, NJ and their actions show that Black Lives DO NOT matter to them. If it did, they would at the very least keep their promise and limit the rink to 100 people at ALL TIMES. They did have hand sanitizer which was nice, but no one was wiping down the arcade games while I was there, so theres that.

Recently rented the rink for a private party for people who may not want to skate in a crowd yet due to covid. Great experience and so nice to get back onto the good wood.They took the time during shut down to paint, deep clean, re-coat floor, etc. So, the place has that new car smell.Skating on the wood after months in parking lots was so nice, fast, smooth, people were going crazy.Very thankful to have a rink that is friendly to ALL people--ALL THE TIME!-- and also deep in the skate culture so close to my house in Philly.This is our local rink anyway, and to have the chance to rent out the whole place for just a few dozen people was special.We wont forget the good sesh we had anytime soon!

The teenagers!!!! My kids wouldve given it 5 stars but those teens who did not have their grownup up with them... they were horrible. Ill be back just NEVER AGAIN ON A TEEN NIGHT

I took a few lessons here as an adult and had a wonderful time. Its a great place for the kids to go skating. The prices are relatively inexpensive. I like that they make it affordable for everyone.

Cute place...small and intimate. I went to a skating party here. It wasnt too crowded and it was a perfect quick family outing. They also give skating lessons here. They sell food and also have a few games.

Its the same music from week to week I really wasnt feeling it at all

Ive been skating here every Wednesday night (Adult Skate) for over 2 years. The average skater is advanced. Super friendly crowd. Extremely well-run facility. If youre new to roller skating or just coming back after a long time, Wednesday nights are NOT the time to go since it gets crowded and the pace is fast! Start with the sessions on other days and work your way up to Wednesday nights.

Service is absolutely hospitable and informed. Skates are comfortable and locker rentals were cheap. This place is filled with happy people that come to have a great time. Rink it self is a nice size and the regulars are amazing gliding around in sync. At times it feels like yourre at a soul train show. Adult nights are memorable

Adult skate nights are great. I wouldnt go (on Adult nights)if its your first time skating. People dont seem to take well to beginners. Great place and staff

Had a good time there. The music was good. Nice crowd. Went on a Tuesday. They have a good size floor. Not too far from Philly. I would recommend it. Though the surrounding area looks sketchy, still a cool spot.

Because of the Governors order, size of occupancy was restricted. Alas we could not get in.

Facility was fine... I didnt eat anything so I cant comment on the food...I was unhappy with the DJ. It was supposed to be gospel skate night and his music selection was not enjoyable at all!

I took my boys and four nieces here. I found tickets to get free admission. All we had to pay was 3 dollar skate rental. The kids had fun. It was their first time going to a skating rink and they had a great time and met new friends. The workers were nice and super helpful. The DJ played a lot of good music to skate to, alot of old and new. It can get expensive to do fun activities for six kids. The Millennium was a great and affordable activity to keep the kidos busy and off the tablets for a while.

The food could be better but everything else was good

Had a party schedule here and the process was a little overwhelming, but once I was able to get an agent everything became easier to understand. Once the agent helped me we was able to get everything in order that was the best part. Even had a follow up call to confirm there was still a party. Upon arrival everything again went well our party was scheduled for 330 the ladies had us set up to assist our party guest and our table was what we expected. The task became a lot easier even there. The facility was clean, staff were available with smiles, and willing to assist if we had any questions or concerns. The environment was great. Thanks for having us and we would definitely be back.

Had a Birthday party for my Granddaughter at Millennium. Spent a lot money here to be told I had to pay for ICE!! ICE! REALLY! SAD! Chucky Cheese will get my money !

Went there today for first time. Had such a great skate! The rink and floor really rock.Tracy was so pleasant and all staff so friendly. Was made to feel so comfortable and I felt very safe in a family atmosphere. Will be back again real soon!

It was good, wasnt crowded at all. Im a tall guy, or good at skating at all. Took my children, and hung wit the fam. I only fell all but twice . Just imagine, but it was fun.

So many memories I love this place

I got there before opening and it was raining outside, staff allowed my group which amounted to 30 people not only to enter but began processing us. Now Im not expecting this treatment the next time and neither should anyone else but Im telling you that their professional courtesy extended to us during inclimate weather was appreciated. Staff, met us at the entrance and each of them were courteous at and from the door. Throughout the night, we were checked on by the manager, addressed kindly by staff, and really had a blast. This was not done just for us because other groups were present. Great job! Instead of going up the Blvd to our normal spot here in Philadelphia, we are going over the bridge to you and we will come in our normal group size 3 times that night!

Had fun would love to go back

When I went there the woman bathroom was disgusting and dirty. The toilet had water leaking from it. Some of the game chairs were broken and the some of the games were not working or just broken. I am never going here again.

Came here on a field trip. The inside is very clean and smooth. Staff was friendly and nice. Had lots of fun here. The food and the drinks are at a good price point. And if there is kids around they will tell you to look out for them and let the kids have a spot of there own to skate in. It was an incredible and fun field trip for me and my classmates. Im coming back here again. Cant wait :)

We went there 10/19/2019 with a group of 12. The staff is amazingly courteous. Bags are checked by security. The location is easy enough to get to, a 7 minute drive from 7th and Chestnut at 6:30 PM on a Saturday night. The wood is smooth, the music deeply rhythmic up to date music. The lockers are a mess. Many dont work, many with no keys. Once you put 50 cents in and lock, you cannot open again without another 50 cents to re-lock. Bring lots of quarters or just leave all valuables at home.As to the food, eat before you go, period! We drove out from 600 Chestnut where the super Wawa is. We could have eaten so much better for so much less had we known.This is the absolute worst pizza we have ever had and its $7 for 2 slices with a small soda. $2.50 for hotdogs, no spicy mustard and a 20 minute wait for them to cook the hotdogs in the pizza oven. Again, the staff is uber-courteous and super pleasant. They would be far better off serving Freshetta pizza which tastes about 20 times better than the thin cardboard like sweet lame excuse for pizza being served. A large drink is $3.75.$2.50 for bottled drinks from the machines in the same iced cup got us 2 more large drinks.The skating is a blast, carts for the little ones to steady themselves and not too crowded. Have fun.

I work for a non profit organization. We decided to bring our youth to skate only to find our that they wanted to charge the adults an entry fee. And we werent skating. We werent budgeted enough money to pay for the staff and the MILLENNIUM STAFF MADE NO exceptions and had no sympathy. We left. The kids were disappointed..

Its s great place to be at for all ages

Awesome retro skating rink. I really enjoyed my time here and I will definitely be back. This is one of the few rinks in the area with a smooth wood floor. Perfect if all you want to do is roller skate. However, the arcade is a great plus as my teenager prefers to play games while my son and I prefer to skate. Lastly, You can sign up on the website for coupons and they have deals every week. Additionally, they have deals on food and game tokens.Great facility and I will definitely be back.

The actual skate floor was great! But the rest of the facility was horrible. The games dont work and cheat you, from stealing tokens or not dispensing coupons on games you win. The food was also subpar. They have some work to do.
