I bought my home about for years ago and put in a spot in rustic acres and I love it here and they are improving the park to make it nice place for the people that live here I am very pleased with the improvements that they have made so far the people that work here are very nice and the new owners are very nice as well I wouldnt have put my mobile home anywhere else

I have been employed with Rustic Acres for almost 5 years now. I am the property manager. The park has recently sold and we are under new ownership and are now part of 5th Street Communities which is a corporation out of Michigan. I apologise to anyone that has had a bad experience in the past and with the old owner and manager. I can promise you things have changed and are improving. The first thing we have done is updated our RV Park. It is a small park that was built to catch the overflow from the nearby campgrounds. We have put all new gravel and fixed up the lots. We have also provided a 6ft picnic table on all of our lots along with a fire rings for every lot. We are in the process of individually metering all of the electric and in the spring we will be doing landscaping around the RV Park to separate it from the rest of the mobile home park. We are currently looking into adding WiFi for the RV Park and adding some vending machines and eventually on site laundry. Our price is $620 per month and that includes the trash, water/sewer and 1000 kw of electric then it is .10 per kw after the 1000 kw. We offer daily, weekly and monthly rates and we also offer a group rate for 4 or more that come in together. We are also doing many upgrades to the mobile home park as well. We are currently updating our office and a few of our rental houses. We are in process of getting all the trees in the park trimmed and looking to have some of our roads paved. We are trying to update what we can as we all know this all takes time. We are here to offer affordable and safe housing for the people in our community and give you a place you can be proud to live in.

I just bought a house in rustic acres lot 108, I absolutely love the quality of the home, it was practically brand new, the maintenance man David is a wonderful man, helps me put all my brand new items together, Kimberly and Lisa at the office are very sincere and understanding in all your concerns that you bring forth to them, I cant say it enough, I love where I live, the neighbors are quiet, peaceful and elderly, nobody bothers you and trust me, it is a blessing when you live in the city all your life, yes, I am from Philadelphia, p a and I love my home, I cant say it enough thank you rustic acres

0 stars!!! Worst RV park ever. We only stayed a month until we could get another spot elsewhere! The owner who cuts the grass (more like sand) threw rocks put indents in ours and 3 other campers! Ran over and broke our cable wire to our Dish and not a week later ran over our friends power cord!!! Anyone that camps knows how big a power cord is! Its easy to see! And why was he even that close with a tractor?!?! Our friends camper is brand new, didnt even make a payment yet and the owner asked if he could glue it back to his camper to fix it!! Ha!! This place is a joke.... just keep looking.

Had a camper here for about 4 months. Rent was $550 all bills paid. The price was great, but the problem was with the manager, the other residents, and the general area. Apparently they call this park the ghetto of Cambridge! So if you can avoid staying here, that is probably best. If not, then just beware! The owner is the one to deal with, the manager is pushy, rude and lies, lies, lies!! She will tell you silly lies that she thinks will rationalize whatever she is telling you.

I have lived here for bout 2 years I love it everyone in office is great I have never had problem with them at all people like to judge a lot no matter where you love there a issues if you want a perfect life then I suggest you buy your own home

I began not to like it where we live at becaurs i cant take a bath or shower in my own place that im for each month i shouldnt feel scared to take a shower in the bath tub but. Im because i have health priblems they shower come in and redo my hole bathroim to make me happy the renter i should be able to take a shower or a batb where i live at but i cant i wish they would come and put anew batbroom in for me lime a good heavy metal tub with it being lower cor me to get into and something for me to hold o. To and my daughter room needs a bugger bedroom and the kitchen drawers needs fix and the cabnet needs fix to ut has a hole you can sre outside and need mire kitchen drawers and the floors are falling aoart in tbe frontriim and needs fix and needing carpet in in the frontroim and there is a mirror in the frontroom needs cix i can take pitcures of it all to shiw you wants all wrong wuth it i wish tbey wiuld get us new one and hemp us i have heth pribjems and needing help to get in ny own. Bathroim and there are stuff tbat needs a lot of stuff fix and i nhave told them want all.nreds fix a d needing a goid handcap ramp and poycrh to set on please help
