Kept part of our registration fee during pandemic after cancelling entire session. No reason given until many emails sent. While other organizations are offering 110-125% credit to stay with them, this guy is charging you to get your money back.

My wife received a disgusting email from John amid this pandemic. The email offered to keep the funds paid towards a skating session that cannot occur, as a credit on the account, or if a refund is requested, there is a $10 processing fee.I do not recall any terms of the contract mentioning a fee for refunding. This is no fault of the families who in good faith paid for these programs that cannot occur. Keeping money of these families is extremely poor business practice and should not occur. Refunds should have been issued automatically.A good business retains clientele; this business has just ensured they lost the business of my family and likely many others.

I am so glad I found this training centre for my boy. John and his team are so friendly and professional. I highly recommend this centre to everyone, especially if you have a kid who is afraid of skating. John always has a way to make little new skaters less nervous and have fun on the ice! I wanted to recognize John and his program. My son started skating lessons with Ice-Tech and loved it. They had a great mixture of games and off ice activities for first time learners. Additionally, once my little guy moved along he continued to love the fun activities and quickly learned basic skills. Due to my own scheduling I ended up going with another learn to skate program and my little man was not interested at all. I always thought Ice-Tech was good, but getting that experience of another program to compare it too, really showed the value that John and his team provide.

Very happy with John and his instructors. Really friendly and helpful! My son has improved so much since his first lesson. Would recommend to anyone looking for a welcoming and friendly skating environment.

Both of my kids went from non-skaters to excellent ones! John is friendly and very approachable and the instructors make the lessons fun and engaging. My kids love their lessons and the small group size makes them feel special. Highly recommended.
