The folks that answer the phone are very knowledgeable and friendly....will go the xtra mile to get you the detailed info you want.....CAESAR GUERINI over unders are the BEST VALUE in the world and the best fitting (which they will work with you on).....ALSO the 3 pit stops are unbeatable......it tells you they believe in TOTAL SERVICE....not just sell a gun and you are on your own.....I own a Summit Compact and am shooting the best I ever have....I have owned it one year and have added 18 birds (out of 100) to my score because of the fit I believe....they are BALANCED and low on recoil if you shoot the right load.....AMAZING COMPANY AND AMAZING GUNS!.......best kept secret in the USA...ALSO i ordered my gun and it was on backorder and I wanted to change the fore end piece to a different kind and THEY DID NOT CHARGE ME $275....AMAZING......check them out!

Customer service just pawned me off to my local dealer. Would not even take the time to look up my order. Would not answer my question as to why it has been 27 days since I ordered a new Fabarm and I still dont have it. The gun was identified as being in the country when I ordered it and I was told it would take 7 to 10 days to get it to my dealer in FL. The issue is not with my dealer, it is with Fabarm USA.
