Yummy food and great vibe. Went here before a concert and youre able to get drinks from the bar and bring them into the venue. The food was delicious but a bit pricey. We opted for appetizers only and werent disappointed. Definitely will be back

Spacious set up for a small club. The entrance is set back and slightly hidden from the street but the inside is a worthwhile experience. The 3/4 wrap balcony overlooking the stage made for easy viewing at any area. A bar and bathrooms on both floors made for quick access. Parking is convenient if using the lot a half a block up the street, just past the venue.

The Sinclair is quickly becoming one of my favorite venues for live music in Boston! We all know navigating around Boston can be a pain but if youre using your GPS the venue is very easy to find. Theres a couple parking garages very close to the venue too which is great if you cant find street parking. If youre hungry theres a restaurant connected to the Sinclair called the Kitchen that serves food, beers, and mixed drinks. The sound system in the venue sounds great too! I mostly go for heavy metal shows and each show has sounded awesome. Highly recommended!

This is a great music venue. Ive seen a variety of shows here, and the sound has always been solid. The balcony is a good alternative to the floor. There is very little seating, so plan on being there early to find a seat. The restaurant is good, but there are limited gluten-free options. If you go to the restaurant before a show, make sure you get wristbands there so you can bypass the ID check on the way in to the venue.

Disappointing breakfast menu, it had been changed from recent online reviews. Didnt enjoy the alternatives offered. My picture looks better than the food tasted. I ordered chicken and waffles, the chicken was very fatty, tasted greasy and the waffles where small, thin and tasteless. Not a good waffle to chicken ratio at all. It came with this overpowering paste that just didnt work with this dish at all. For my wifes breakfast, the hollandaise sauce overpowered the pepper and chorizo benedict. Her homefries were also cold, undercooked and lacked flavour. The server was a Liverpool supporter, so it wasnt all bad. Its a shame we didnt enjoy the food offered as we were both really looking forward breakfast here. This rating is purely based on the food we ordered.

Great smaller venue with no bad seats. Its all general admission/standing room only except for a few tables and chairs for VIP and handicap. There is a balcony along 3 walls with great viewing all the way around. Bars and bathrooms on both the main floor and the balcony. If you need ADA accommodation, just let them know prior to opening doors and they will set you up with seating, a table, whatever you need. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Coat check is available for $2. Parking is expensive in the area, but the Charles Square garage will give you a discount with Sinclair validation, or spaces can be reserved ahead of time online, also for a good discount. Avoid the Chuch St. lot at all costs as they are VERY shady.

Honestly had a fantastic time here. We showed up right as the place was opening, knowing that theyd be a line out the door probably 15 minutes after we got there. we didnt expect to get a table, we didnt have reservations at all, but because we got there when they opened we were able to take a spot at the bar. The food was amazing, it was so much fun to see the crowd and all the activity. would definitely make another trip in the future.

Good venue. Staff is mad strict. Drinks are comparable to much larger venues in price. Be prepared to be smooshed in with your neighbor, or have garbage audio under the balcony. Good venue overall and the balcony is nice, but rude and inconsiderate staff. Not 10 minutes after a show ended we were being shooed out the door. My SO was in the restroom and I was waiting for them. I was forced to walk away and exit the venue without them, which I felt was not okay. Staff said Im sure theyll find you out there just fine which isnt the point. I get that you need to close down and clean up, but is waiting 2 minutes for somebody to take a leak going to kill you?

We dont live in Boston but found this great venue a couple of years ago while in town for the Zach Brown Band concert at Fenway. We visited on a Friday night and listen to the Glitter Boys 70s and 80s dance mix. They apparently play here every Friday night and have enjoyed them on several subsequent visits. Its a tighty little place, drinks are responsible, sometimes theres a $5 cover but nothing crazy and its worth it for the people watching alone. Located basically across from Harvard its a mixture of couples young and old with the occasional prof mixed in dancing the night away. Enjoy.....

I went to The Sinclair this past Saturday for a concert. I was bit worried about standing for the whole performance as I am over 7 months pregnant. We went here for a concert and had a pretty good time. The tickets were cheap because, lets be honest, its a small venue hidden away and most people dont realize its here until they show up.Its also standing room only for the most part, so be prepared to be standing for a few hours while you enjoy the show. I went to The Sinclair this past Friday for some 90s, 80s, and 70s funky dance fun. With that purpose in mind, I only hung around the bar and not the kitchen or show venue of the complex, but it was a great, fun atmosphere with a healthy mix of youth and middle aged patrons. The service at the bar is speedy and friendly. The drink selection is modest, but solid.I highly recommend this place for a pick new up of good cheer or to get a heaping dose of fun noise to move to.

Great little venue for music. I was in a cast when I went to the Missio show. There is an elevator to get in to the building. You just have to ask. Staff was very accommodating. They will set you up with a chair if you need it. I had a wheelchair so I didnt. We sat in the balcony area because I was in the wheelchair. I had a great view. Lots of floor space down below to watch from as well. The only negative thing was the handicap stall in the womens room didnt have a lock on it and not everyone bothers to look for feet or knock. Theres plenty of space to stand or dance, a balcony, 3 bars, and great staff. Upon entry (and reentry, if you want to go out for a cigarette) you must empty your pockets and get the metal detector wand-search; so it does feel very safe. There is a coat room to store anything you dont feel like carrying all night. The venue hosts a huge variety of music and other events, and is connected to a restaurant. There are tons of other restaurants and stores nearby too. The Sinclair, alongside Brighton Music Hall, is my favorite place in Boston to see a concert. First and foremost, there is parking directly across the street, which is incredibly uncommon. Its obnoxiously expensive, but its still there, which is nice. Its also in close proximity to the Border Cafe which is delicious. The venue itself, of course, is marvelous. Great, easily accessible mezzanine, small seating area, reasonably sized dance floor. The staff is and has always been absolutely wonderful. The bathrooms are always completely serviceable, and theyve also got a beautifully inclusive sign on the bathroom doors which is a huge plus in this day and age. I genuinely cannot think of a bad thing to say about this place - I just wish more of my favorite bands played here!
