Theater isnt in great condition and the screen size isnt overly large - but they play movies nobody else does in Camarillo and the people who work there are wonderful. Would be nice if Regency put some money into the theater.

Nice little theater. No issues with video or sound. Seating isnt the best you could ask for, but that doesnt really matter much anyway. Concessions include things like nachos, ice cream, popcorn, etc. The reason youd visit is to watch niche films and its a good overall experience.

This is a clean and comfortable place to see a movie. The popcorn was fresh but the soda was a little flat. The restrooms needed a little attention but its obvious that they are inspected regularly.

Excellent staff, they show good movies that arent about chase scenes and stuff blowing up. Its an older theater so you wont have heavily upholstered reclining seats.

Just saw an excellent movie here (Wild Rose). There are 4 theatres, and they show a lot of independent films here. Wednesday Senior deal (61 and over) is only $5 before 5:00!! Great deal.

This is a great little theater tucked away in a shipping center off of Daily Dr is difficult to see from normal traffic, but worth finding it. They often have obscure films not shown elsewhere. Sometimes they even have nights where they show retro films. The popcorn is always fresh and they have an assortment of coffees with plenty of options for flavoring said coffees. Great theater!

We love coming to this theater. Small town feel, friendly service and a choice of movies you cant always find at other chain theaters.

ALWAYS GREAT FOREIGN MOVIES, SERVICE + BUTTERY POPCORN

A bit of an older theater. The seats are not updated, and the rows are narrow. But the ticket prices, as well as concession prices, are much more reasonable compared to other local theaters. They show some really good movies that dont always make it to the larger theaters. Go here for a good movie, but dont expect the niceties that you can find at other theaters.

Great place to see Art Films. Like the intimacy of the small theatres.

A great theater, not because of its amenities, which are just ok, but because of the movies shown there. This is the only place in Ventura where you can see low grossing but excellent art house flicks. Go, see great films.

This is one of my go-to spots when its a hard to find movie, often showing Independent films that are actually very very good. This old theater is still in very good shape and kept up well by the owners. Im 55 years old and I remember coming here when I was in high school to watch Mad Max. My only concern at times is that the projector bulb and may not get changed as often as it should but so far that doesnt seem to be an issue.

Its great having a place in town that shows indie and foreign films. They also have live comedy on Thursdays. The seats are very old and can be uncomfortable if you have any back issues so bring a pillow.

Good “art house” theatre. I’m glad there are still places showing these edgier independent movies. Place is showing its age. Needs to update seats. Love their popcorn.

The place for films catering to adult over 50 crowd. No comic book heros. A quiet three screen theater. Very clean venue, courteous staff. A throwback to a time when movie going was a pleasant event.

This is a pleasant little Art House theater. It has old style seating and is not a stadium theater. And tickets are always full price. But it is rarely crowded. We enjoy it

Great art house theatre. The staff actually makes sure people behave during the movie. They also have a senior day on Wed. $5 to get in, good for an older crowd. I love this theatre.

This is a great old time theater that shows off beat movies. We go here when we want to see something eclectic and not your average shooting and explosions movie.

Such a simple experience. Never seemed hurried always feel comfortable in this theater.

Although this place has not been renovated or remodeled, the seats are actually comfortable enough for one movie, even with my bad back.

Great Indie movies. Seating is rather uncomfortable. The theater draws a large percentage of seniors who tend to vocalize during movies more than one would like. The young people who work there are very friendly and helpful and the place is very clean.

Pretty nice little theatre to see some smaller indie films that the big chains dont show. I wish they would upgrade their seating like a lot of other theatres have.

Well its cheap but they only have a few movies showing. The problem is that the popcorn tastes super old and stale. Not really worth it unless there is a movie you are desperately trying to see.
