For the record Ive never practiced here, but as a youth I played sports. Its an OK practice facility with a baseball field and a couple soccer pitches. My concern is with the soccer pitches and the prevailing wind coming off the ocean. It seems like the could have been set up better if this would have been taken into consideration.
