The bouncy castle arrived well before our party started which was great. I also received a text informing me of what time it was getting there, if any mamas know, party days are busy to the last minute, it helps to know what time everything is happening. It was also picked up well after the party was over which was perfect because not everyone leaves when its over so the kids had plenty of time to play. Simple process to rent (website), great communication (owner answered all my calls) delivery and pick at the time we requested. We rented a 18” slide and had no issue. Good job!

Kept in contact with us up until the delivery. Delivered the pink castle jump house about 4 hours early and the kids loved having the extra time. The gentleman who delivered and picked up was very nice and kept his distance due to corona. Would absolutely recommend and will be using this company again!

This service was fantastic! We rented the A-Z Obstacle course for 4 hours but they delivered it 3 hours early and didnt charge us for the extra hours. What a treat, especially because the pricing was way more than reasonable to begin with. My entire family ranging from ages 1-65 years old had a blast the entire day. Delivery and pickup was easy and quick and the guys were very friendly. This was the first time we had ever rented an inflatable and will ABSOLUTELY rent from Jolly Jumps again!

We hired Jolly Jumps again and they did not disappoint. We love using Jolly Jumps, Ashish is wonderful and really goes out of his way to ensure we are happy. Some of our family arrived late with their children so I called Jolly Jumps and Ashish said he would leave the jumper over night and pick it up in the morning. Obviously, it was a small fee but way worth it. His driver was even on the way to pick it up, thats called flawless customer service. The kids had a blast (even the ones that arrived late). On the day of our event, the J.J. crew were really fast for both the set up and pick up. Very punctual. Liked them so much that we rented from them again this past August. This was our first time renting a jumper. It was the easiest experience to place the order of what we needed online and they called us to confirm the details a couple days before to see if there was anything else we needed.
