It was a beautiful place to go. The fishing was excellent. I caught to Carp that put up a good fight. The night fishing was really nice and peaceful. Hope you enjoy it as much as I did. Dont forget to bring a light if you go night fishing.

The park its self is cool. Its a nice spot to walk the dog and take the kids. Not sure if the bathrooms are open in the parkThe inn next door is why i came out, its absolutely amazing and if anyone knows anything about the LAKE SHORE INN please contact me.I would like to purchase this place and reopen it for something that can bring $$$ back into California City and help people instead of letting it get dilapidated.

Nicest part of Calcite and next to a challenging golf course. Really liked the course which city is bringing back to life.

Playground is good .But lake bridge fence and rose garden are creepy .Old dirty and brokenBUt thats all we have So when possible i go to tehachapi parks.

I absolutely love this park. The remodel of the playground equipment is beautiful and safe, and happened within a matter of months. I hope they fix the bridge on the trail soon. Thank you Central Park and all park staff. My family loves you.

Its clean and green

Central Park is starting to look really run down...it has such great potential, I really wish the city and our community would take pride in this park and really fix it up.. after all that was one of the reasons why I bought a property in California City turn the corner saw the golf course to the left and the Beautiful Park on the right and it wowed me Im quite disappointed after 2 years of living here that nothing has been kept up its such a shame

Im learning to appreciate the outdoors more. Coming to Central park is relaxing and a great place to get a workout in.

I really love this park, its a surprising spot in this desert. The only negative is that you can tell its only a shell of what it once was and it is a little depressing to imagine how it mustve been. I would love to see more effort put into restoring some of the area but even as it is its a fantastic park.

Nice park! Would be much better if the City would fix the broken bridges and maintain the walking paths.

It was like going back to the eighties. People were friendly and it seemed to be place were you could let your guard down and relax a little children would come up and greet you and the parents didnt seem bothered by it. It was pleasant. However the park need restorations and plant control. This place has potential hopefully the city will get someone in office that is able to make changes a restore the dream it once was built on.

God help this place. It could be a wonderful way to spend an afternoon but it isnt. Broken bridges and messed up walking paths. Terrible shame.

Love this park!! Seeing all the birds and baby ducks in the pond. Just walking around is very relaxing. Theres also a public swimming pool and playground.

The potential of this park could be amazing but the surrounding people that live in this area dont appreciate it.....sadly

Pretty nice park they just replaced the playground area which is nice just wish they would fix the bridges so we could walk over the lake. Its a beautiful park though.

Lovely park with a pool, basketball courts and plenty of grass for outdoor activities. It has a lake or a pond where you can see some . It has always been peaceful when I visit.

Clean but could use a power wash. The out door swimming pool needs to be drained since it is December. We feed the ducks in the pond they are very friendly to be ducks and the little black ducks have the weirdest feet I have ever seen. We swing on the swings. Watch the kids play basketball on the indoor court.

I would love to rent and move into this beautiful house!! (If only itll still be available at the end of December)

I didnt like that they took the benches out so moms can sit down and watch their kids from close vew. And the restrooms were closed. But I did like the park.

Great park near the golf course... Man made pond, popular for feeding the ducks, and some enjoy fishing here... Surrounded by trees and greenery, its relaxing, to picnic, and watch the kids play... Summer time pool, and annual events that keeps some family excitement in town... Tennis courts, basketball courts, playground, pavilion picnic tables, restrooms, and walking paths.

Not enough picnic tables. Only I portable toilet. No drinking fountains. But Bass were hitting on lures and very serene quiet.

Outside bathroom is never clean when I go.

Really pretty, peaceful space but it could be so much more if they just finished everything.

The park has always been the go to spot to hang out since I was a teenager. They need a couple more water fountains or even water fountains that work. Its starting to get hot again and the park was pretty busy. I miss the way it used to be!

I grew up in this town and I have seen this park change alot over the years but I still manage to come and find peace of mind and quiet here. Still love to visit!

Wonderful and they have a wonderful fenced in dog park which is awesome for my dogs to run around and I get to sit under a wonderful big tree!!! Thank you

Park could use work and very little to do unless ur a kid under the age of 10 or have a few bucks to waste at the pool during the summer time. Park could use a few more activities.
