Fantastic Christmas lights and amazing park. The kids and my whole family had a wonderful time. We all had our eyes wide open driving through the place and in awe of the lights. The entry might be a rush, but it is surely worth it. They have you listen to their radio station and the lights alternate according to the music... and it cannot be put in words on how wonderful they look. The Santa workshop was also great. People were socially distant and with masks. Took a quick Santa picture without ripping our pockets. It was $8, and nicely shot.Would highly recommend this place.

If you are looking for a great time for you and your family, I highly recommend going to the establishment. The campgrounds are clean and the staff are awesome. My family and I rented the glamping cabin with triple bunk beds and it was awesome. My 3 kids loved their bunks and we loved our queen bedroom. The nice perk with the cabin is the screened in porch that is out front. You can sit all day and enjoy the view.

Jellystone Park Camp-Resort in Caledonia is a great time, value and family friendly place to get away. Check in and out are well organized. The staff is considerate and accommodating. The resort has a splash park, fishing hole and many kid friendly activities. Mini golf, giant chess, bouncy house, laser tag, several parks and access to bear paw beach. Tip, rent a cabana for the day and go before noon and after 4 pm when the beach is not so crowded. To make your stay more enjoyable, Pre order activities, firewood and any extras so they are waiting when you arrive. Mosquitoes were biting this wknd so bring extra torches, citronella or other repellent for comfort.

I cannot say enough about this place!! The camping spots are spacious and clean, the staff are wonderful and helpful, and the amenities are well maintained, clean and man, are they fun!!!! Shout out to the front desk manager, Miss Cindy, who was so kind and helpful.I saw in a review from a few weeks ago that someone stayed on campsite 415 and had issues - that is the site we are currently staying on, and we have had absolutely no issues at all. Yes, we had to level our RV, but there are few places, if any, that we have been where that wasnt the case. It worked great for us, with plenty of room for our family of 5 and our two Bernese Mountain dogs.We will absolutely be back!!!

We were especially impressed with Zach as he happily went back & forth between big slides & kiddie area to ensure kids of all ages could try out what we pay good money to experience. Later, he opened window to cash in gameroom tickets. He was everywhere! Place is under staffed after school starts, meaning ammenities are not all available. There is no price break during this time? This would be my only complaint. People who work here do a great job from grounds keepers to lifeguards, clerks, etc. Campers were respectful of COVID space. Overall a great place for families.

Very poor enforcement of their rules. I’d look to stay at another campground. 10 pm “ quiet times” yea right. There was a small village of campers, they had 6-7 sites grouped together. Music thumping till well past midnight. It felt like Jellystone rave party. Thanks for nothing. I’ll wait for them to respond and make it my responsibility to have corrected the situation. What a disappointment.**edit**First and foremost, I stand by my review. As I stated , it’s not my responsibility to police your campground. The size of their group and the extent of their party was disturbing to other adjoining sites as well. The next morning I spoke with two other families that did not enjoy the late night activities. I had to sleep and occupy a space in close proximity to the large group. Given the current climate that we are in, it is irresponsible to confront a large group of people directly or indirectly. The potential safety risk to my wife and small children as well as our belongings outweighed any type of confrontation. To that point, the next day when you visited my site, you might as well have held up a sign saying that we were the ones that had issue with them. You had other means of contacting us.My advice would be to review your security protocols and increase or improve upon them. It only takes one incident.I did upgrade my rating based on my overall experience at the campground as we did enjoy other aspects of our stay.

Even though my grandson had an amazing time he really loved every minute. Unfortunately the adults did not. Our campsite was so uneven we all have back aches from standing on such uneven ground our whole trip. We called the office right away to see if we could switch sites but they said they were booked...not the case the site directly next to us was open the whole time we were there. So we tried to get maintenance to do something about the 10 deep ditch created by water run off from previous RVers. It was a constant trip hazard. All the roads are gravel and full of pot holes. Not to mention how close the sites were. See pictures attached. Also notice how close our fire pit is to the campers truck next to us and see the poop pipe on our site...not ours but the sites next to us. FYI THIS IS SITE 415

We went for a Halloween weekend and it was a bit crazy. I decided to give Jellystone a second try and still am not a huge fan. They do have a large area and lots of activities for kids. During the trick or treating, some families drove cars and got carts when i was under the impression that it was a walking thing. So, there was a lot of motorized traffic jams on the small roads. The staff was all friendly and everything was clean. The campsites are huge too!

The mini golf course greens was all tore but it was free so I won’t complain about it. the stores were really nice and clean. The golf carts were clean but in the boys bathroom near boo boos boulevard a toilet is installed sideways I don’t know how that happened but it gave me a laugh. Not going to lie but it was one of the best camping trips I have had in a while. Someone took our golf cart by mistake and the staff got a little laugh out of it too they were really nice to us about it too. The fishing pond had fish but I fished there for 2 hours a day there and I caught nothing I think the pond needs to be restocked. The Pool area was vary clean and nicer than I expected it. the fishing pond had a bunch of trash in it and I think someone needs to clean it out. The camp ground has its ups and downs I think it’s a great place for camping every thing is fairly clean and the staff is really nice and the campground is big and has lots of things to do.

Do to the travel orders that went into effect I am not able to take this trip to WI. from IL. without losing 2 weeks work and pay. I called the campsite to explain my situation being that I am just under the 30 day mark from the visit and there is no consideration here, I will lose the full amount of money spent on this trip if I cannot make it which I cant. That shows this establishment is more worried about $$ than customers health safety.

A cool place to go but know what to expect.I give 4 stars because we always have a great time when we go here. Unfortunately it is much more expensive than many other camp grounds in the area. I call it the wi dells of camping. Its fun and worth the trip but its crowded, many of the attractions or activities in the campground are extra $, especially since theyve added the new beach area. We paid $20 for 2 baskets of 10 apples to shoot out of a cannon. We paid $10 xtra to do the corn maze that we were told would take about an hour, we finished in like 15 min because we accidently took short cuts that looked like trail that were made by previous guests. But we go here knowing what were getting into. We know were going to blow xtra $ in stuff thats mildy wothy, but were gonna have fun.One thing that i get annoyed with every time we go is the lack of staff and the inconsistent service. All the staff are young... like highschool or college age...which is fine but it feels like the place is run by kids that dont know what they r doing. Some are super nice and helpful while others are unknowledgible, look miserable to be there and r too busy talking with friends to help you.Sorry but When u go in the office on a busy Halloween weekend and there is one person working that is ringing people up and dealing with firewood... and they are moving so ever-loving slow... ringing up another customer that bought like 40 items that all need to be folded and bagged, its hard not to have a karen moment.I just think with the amount of $ i spend to go there the place could be better staffed where it matters. This particular trip we werent happy with our sites. I requested 2 next to eachother but could only get 2 back to back. Iwas OK with that but Our sites were not back to back but more like kiddie corner and separated by a patch of woods. Also one of the electrical sockets didnt work and had a piece of clear tape covering it so no one could use it. This means that they were aware there was a problem but said nothing to us or our neighbors that share the hook up with us. They had to run a cord to their friends site to get electricity. So yeah i know we didnt say anything about these issues. There was nothing to be done about our sites because there wasnt anywhere to move us to on such a busy weekend when you need full hook up and need to be near your family. I just let it go and realize that i need to book earlier next time.

Our weekend was horrible. Huge bee hive in the propane tank outside our Glamper. Electricity would go out all the time. Just in the back bedroom and loft. My daughter cut her toe open on a screw that was stuck under the kick plate going into the kitchen off the screened in porch. No available golf carts. Called office several times. No answer. Went to the office and the maintenance man was very rude and did not help at all. I carry an epipen. No air condo in my room one full night and no electricity for my air cleaner. My daughters toe should have had stitches. Time slots for pool time were booked all day and the kids were unable to swim in the area for campers until Sunday. Then only allotted 2 hours. While I was cleaning the camper they went at our allotted time and they would not let them swim without me there. My daughter is 13 years old. So they only swam for 1 hour. We also had to leave the camping area and go to Bear Paw Beach after we checked out. Could not even park there. We ordered food at Bear Paw and an employee gave our food to someone else that did not have the receipt. We had to wait another 45 minutes for our food to be remade. $35 worth of food. They were very rude about it. So I had hungry and unhappy children. I do not know that I will ever go there again. I have been camping there since my older children were just babies. So over 25 years. Also my daughters friend left a cell phone in the glamper. Took them 2 days to even answer the phone then they said they would have house keeping look for it after they were told exactly where it was. I did a location finder on it. Its still there but they said it is not. Well now the battery is dead. Very disappointed in everyone involved. Paid a lot of money and spent a lot of money in the stores. None of the problems were fixed before checking out.

During coronavirus, facilities should be taking extra precautions to do their part to help stop the spread. I did not feel safe in any public space at the campground. My family did our best to keep our distance from others and wore masks in public. The only time staff were wearing masks was in food prep areas (minus the bartender who was without a mask one day). Other areas, either staff werent wearing masks at all or werent wearing them correctly. When the teenagers cleaned the cabin next door to our campsite, there were about 4 of them in there without masks or gloves during cleaning. They were in the cabin for less than 20min. The blow up course at the beach has zero socal distancing, as everyone walked over in a large group and got on together. The jumping pillows were packed with kids without masks. The beach is still open to the public, and there isnt anyone counting the amount of people that go in. Overall, the amenities are ok not during a pandemic. The newer campsites didnt have much shade, and the ground was very uneven. After a rain, our camper sunk into the ground. Anytime anyone emptied their tanks, you could smell the sewage. Staff is mostly under 21 years old, and a lot were rude and unwelcoming. Saw Cindy bear deliver milk and cookies to guests in a cabin - the staff member that handed the food items to Cindy wasnt wearing a mask and neither were the kids or family hugging Cindy and receiving the cookies. On a positive note, the food at the beach area was well priced and tasted good. We had a mixup with our cabana due to them changing to a new system, but the cabana was a nice option to have. The beach was raked each day. Check in was easy. The fishing pond was nice - kids caught a few bluegills.

Online times can be booked at anytime for the use of the pool. Good value for camping during the week, Sun-Thur. w/full hook-up. I would have giving 5 stars, but soap is crucial these days in BR down by pond and the popped balloons from water wars made their way into the pool or around pool area. Clean grounds otherwise, easy online check-in, and not too much of a wait to get info pack at gate. Very satisfied with experience.

I’m writing this at 8:00am while listening to the trash truck right outside my window. We were passing through and stayed 3 nights in a premium pull thru ($80 a night is pricey) and it was probably the noisiest site in the park! The premium sites are very nice & roomy, however they are located.beside the maintenance/trash facility. Golf carts zoom in and out ALL day & evening stirring up an incredible amount of dust. The trash compactor cranks up about 8pm every night and sounds like they are crushing cars! To top it off, they brought in heavy equipment right by our site to run fiber optic cable and the noise was so loud we couldn’t hear each other speak. I visited the office to complain and was told by one of the many teenaged employees that there was nothing he could do. There are only 6 washer/dryers for a park that has 200+ sites and when I finally found an empty machine, it wouldn’t accept my coins. I flagged down yet another teenaged maintenance employee and was told there was nothing he could do. I’m sure this is a great park for families with children, but if you’re looking for peace & quiet in the woods...don’t waste your time.

She had taken our son and her family for two weeks and we needed to go and see him over the weekend. She had asked again about that after she got there aswell. When we arrived the lady said that that can not be permitted. We told her that she had asked prior to coming and while here and the girls at the front desk told her it was fine. She blamed her staff and said that Im sorry for that story. I dont know if she was the manager, but her tone and attitude was not professional. My 9 year old and 7 year old did 2 sessions back to back and they had a blast. All of them just had a good time swimming and playing in the sand. They also have a small play park and bounce balloon.

Not what I was expecting. It has turned into an amusement park, not a quiet campground. Extra charge for everything. Reserved a site that I did not know was still under construction. I camped next to a mountain of construction rock with no neighbors. Grounds are not exclusive to the park, public packed the place. Flood lights and sprinklers till 10:00. Fell on the loose gravel and we were scratched multiple times on the new sharp edges of the hastily assembled tables. At least it was close to home and we returned quicker.
