I love Phantom Fireworks. Its the only shop to go to for celebrations that deserve fireworks. They have a wide variety of items and always have great deals. The staff is also very friendly and helpful. 5 stars for sure.

***BEWARE**Bought Fireworks back during the weekend of July 4th and paid at one of their outdoor kiosks, and despite the fact that I was under the impression that my bill was paid in full, I wasnt charged until the end September- a week before rent is due, in the middle of a pandemic, and without any warning from Phantom Fireworks. The manager told me they shouldve sent an email about that I apologize so I will use that to pay my landlord.I have never heard of a vendor charging customers nearly 3 months after their purchase without the decency to inform customers. They stated that this was when the mobile kiosk closed its books so that was when customers who paid outside were charged- so clearly this was an issue they knew existed.Save yourself the headache and shop for fireworks elsewhere. I for one will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau.

Really good deals. Lots of people working but not asking if they could assist anyone. prices are responsible. Joined their premium club good benefits too.

We always come here to get our fireworks for every occasion!! They offer some good package deals and have a great selection of fireworks we try and get something new every year for the 4th!!

It was very crowded, but its right before the 4th of July. We got in line at about 9:15pm and all said and done checked out and loaded up by 10:15pm. Lots of people, selection gets picked over pretty quick, but staff tries hard to restock as quickly as they can.

Always a great experience at Phantom!! People are always willing to explain things to you that you dont understand. Have been going here for many years now. Will keep going

Very busy 3 days B4 the 4th. Waited hr just to get inside. And even though only allowing so many in at a time, it was packed w people. And of course, typical for fireworks, very expensive, even with the BOGO offers. Overpriced to start, mind games. Trying to go cheap for kids is not possible.

Prices seemed to have tripled in two years, and the packages have way too many filler items, like sparklers and fountains. Also had MANY DUDS. Where did the quality and quantity go? Bought the same kit Ive been getting for years and it went sky high in price, about a third less of the big stuff, and full of duds. Could feel the dampness when we got it home and opened the cases. A week of drying them out did no good.

I am truck driver, I was delivering load of fire works I didnt buy anything the guys are good, but, it was busy as parking spaces were full and couldnt maneuver around since the unloading area is tiny, it was hard for me to get into.Teuck drivers, if you are delivering on a busy days dont enter the unloading area face in front as this will result hardship to get out backwards because by the time you want to leave everywhere is four wheeler.Make sure to come at late night time and back in the back of the building where they will Unloaded you morning

Stopped by today for the first time. Needless to say it was super packed considering it was the 4th of July. The line was long but they did put up a gazebo so the majority of the line didnt have to suffer under the sun. They were handing out free water bottles which was so appreciated. The staff was so helpful. They had a huge selection even though the masses seemed to be taking fireworks by cart fulls. Overall a positive experience. Highly recommended. We will be visiting again.

Great place to buy fireworks

Been going for years. go there with cash. i mean 2 or 3 k. get your buddys all to chip in. you will walk out with karts of works. before you shop tell the owner u paying with cash alot of cash and he give u 2 more karts of works for free. best place ever.

Unfortunately Im kind of upset with this establishment but I shouldnt be. I pulled into the parking lot because I needed to change my tire. The nice young man said absolutely go right ahead take your time. Long story short the wife had to take a leak no public restroom! I completely understand this but its unfortunate because I wasnt there to buy anything

This store is awesome! I feel like the prices are a bit high and I will have to see what bang I got for my buck lol. They really do have a huge selection of fireworks but it seems like they keep the prices high and give away a lot of miscellaneous things at the end. Dont get me wrong Im extremely excited for Fourth of July thanks to phantom.

Their buy one get one free deals are great. Its a pretty far drive from the Chicago area, but I would recommend stopping at the Mars cheese Castle on the way back for snacks. I havent had issues with the fireworks Ive gotten there for the past 3 years. Selection is limited, but quality. Buy individual products and not the packs for a cheaper price.

No public toilets, port-o-potties were too nasty to go in.

This place was gross. It was packed and I went. There were lines of cars circling the lot to even find a place to park. There were lines to get in, you had to slowly move through crowds to get what you want, and very slow lines to pay and get out. I would never come back here, it was a terrible waste of time.

O my Lord the work selection is incredibly large. I didnt know so many fun things could fit into one store. Phantom brings out the child in all of us, I can spend hours drooling over the 500g selection, and scooping small fireworks into my cart, overall amazing shop 11/10

Cannot believe the amount of inventory that they do have. Being from a state that doesnt allow aerials I was in heaven. Prices are on the higher side but they do have some good deals. Odd thing about the place is that there are no public restrooms in the store and they make you use port o johns.

Ive was a member for years when I lived in another state, but after moving back and having to travel so far to the nearest store only to find out they dont carry most of the items I wanted and according to the person helping me this store doesnt have demo nights nor allows their employees to use. So, they are not very helpful or experienced. Its a good thing I am so I knew exactly what I wanted. Disappointed with this location I do not plan on returning and since there are no other locations closer I now shop at their competitors. Highly disappointed

Great place to get your fireworks. They had awesome deals, and the staff where really cool. Their website is extremely accurate. I went in with an list, and one of their staff members would find the item for me. I spent $300 here and walked out with $700 worth of fireworks, because of their buy one get one free sale. And they back all their fireworks with a %100 dud replacement garentee!

This place has a huge selection very competitive pricing and a huge selection. With customer service that can answer many of your questions about the fireworks example how they are different, what they do, and their overall effect. They also sell the permits that the law requires you to have to purchase the fireworks. This location is very convenient as it is located right on the interstate.

125 degrees inside there, Massive people and huge shopping carts in a small store ..it was chaos.. but it couldnt have been as bad as somebody that had to work there.. they got a great selection... Hugely overpriced but they pretty much have everything.. get your wallet out

From the moment we walked in we had great customer service. We were greeted and told about their special. When we told what we wanted (gender reveal) they remembered our phone call from a week earlier. They took our envelope and opened it in the back room discreetly and tore off the colored wrapping. They taped up our envelope for us and even warned us ahead of time not to look at the screen or receipt because it had the firework color on it. They were younger workers, but still very engaging on the topic and as we left they said congratulations. Overall great experience.P.S. its a girl

Always solid place to get your fireworks. They make the process ease and have tons of packs to walk in and buy then hit the road.

Went 4 days before the 4th so of course it was crazy but there were employees blocking aisles and the carts are too small for the aisles. Manager was nice and loaded our cart for us.

Has a nice selection of fireworks but if you needed help with something about a firework I mean asking questions that kind of sucked there was no one to help me
