It was a fun place with a lot of animals . Their is also a gift shop and a playground. You can also feed some of the animals. Perfect for all ages.

Had the greatest time yesterday at Babby Farms! The staff were so polite from the assistant manager there yesterday to the gal running the check stand to the nice man who was operating the pony rides! The girls had hours of fun for an affordable price! We will definitely be going back! Its a great place to get away from all the commrodery going on right now and lets kids be kids! Thank you Babby Farms!!

All the workers are super friendly and the animals seem content. I have been there several times over the past years, and its nice to see improvements continually happening. Landscaping is little by little coming along, so thats the only reason I didnt give it a full five star rating--it just needs more grass, trees, and flowers to feel more pleasant overall. But I really appreciate how they dont try to price gouge on the admission fees, souvenirs and snacks! All very reasonably priced and great bang for your buck considering the priceless experience kids are getting: to snuggle kangaroos, hold hands with a baby Capuchin monkey, and pet a giant tortoise...and so much more! Really, a cool place.

Definitely not in Caldwell. Its waaaay out there in farm country. Employees did not have face coverings or plastic shield between us and the store/entry person. (I understand workers not having them because they can maintain a distance outside, store lady Definitely could/should have been wearing a face cover.) Hand sanitizer is available. Soap outside the bathroom sinks, not so much.Animals seem well cared for and most animals have been given to them. Animals are kind and take feed gently for littles who want to feed them.I think the babies are a spring thing. They could definitely plant more trees and/or shade covers. Its hot and shade is definitely lacking.

My daughter and I had a great time. The staff was extremely friendly. Would definitely recommend Babby Farms for first time experience for children who love animals.

Extremely friendly staff members and animals. One of the kangaroos in particular was very cuddly. All the ponies and donkeys are eager at the front of the fence to check out guests. Enclosures are kept safe and youre warned ahead of time if any animals are feeling skittish due to recent storms or if theyre naturally biters.If they give you the option to buy food for feeding Id definitely recommend it cuz the animals seemed to be looking forward to being fed by guests this morning. Flies were swarming the eyes of the yak and donkeys so maybe be kind and help shoo some away. Some of their fur and hooves needed caretaking I think, Im no animal expert but I think the people who care for these animals do love them quite a lot.The gift shop was open and had a lot of cute things. Wheelchair accessible and definitely a good place to take kids. Overall a pretty fun place to go!

So much family fun! My 13 yr old and 2 year had a blast!! So did the adults. Well definitely be back. Clean animal cages, friendly staff, nice clean restroom facilities, cute gift shop, and lots of animal encounters!

Babby Farms is charming. Fun animals and the opportunity to get up close to feed and pet a variety of animals. The kangaroos were our favorite. No wait, the camels! Or the zebra. Or the zorse and zedonk! We cant choose! :) Kind of a strange zoo out in the country. But the kids had a blast. The staff were all really friendly and laid back. Prices seemed kind of high for the feed cups but that little bit went a long way. And you got a souvenir cup. We would go again.

Staff was very nice and helpful.. prices were more than fair and the kids had a great Birthday. Thank to all thier for giving Lennox a very happy birthday.

Really fun place. Personally enjoyed being able to interact with kangaroos! Lots of other cool exotic animals. Only downfall is that some of the spaces for the animals are small and it kind of has that “Tiger King” vibe to it. If you’re an animal rights person this probably isn’t your scene.

For a place that claims to be for the elderly and disabled, it is the last place for them to go. Parking lot is gravel/rocks making it impossible to get a wheelchair or walker through to the main gate . If you have a service dog they only allow you to come before opening, which is discrimination and also rediculious as that means being out there by 8 am, most people with disability are dependent on others, so that time frame is impossible for them to come. I have that in writing by Babby farms themselves that they only allow them before opening! How is this place making claims about being a wonderful therapeutic place for those with disabilities when they are discriminatory against those with disabilities?

Interesting animals that were gentle and friendly. I was expecting a bit more personal contact with them but it was still enjoyable.

Worth the drive! Lots of various animals, make sure to monitor little ones well as it is easy to get around the fences or ropes off areas that would not be safe. No place to fill my water bottle (they said the well water is safe to drink out of the faucet but they say it tastes “funny”) so next time I will bring more, they do sell cold drinks though for reasonable prices. Large patio covered picnic area with tables to have lunch. Not too crowded and staff around to help with questions and safety. They have a lot of hand sanitizer around to use, but no soap in the bathroom, odd but ok. Great little gift shop!

Very cute petting farm, We pet a Zebra and a Kangaroo!! You wouldnt believe how soft they are. Picnic tables available, you can bring your own food and drinks inside, small gift shop for drinks and popsicles. Its dusty. 10.50 for adults people with disabilities or under 3 are free.

Love baby farms take the children every summer. We have special needs children and it is a great place for them. They have staff everywhere making sure people stay safe and answering questions.

Great fun! Great animals and people. It’s not a zoo or a fancy yuppie place... if you have the right expectations you’ll have a great time. It’s hot there in the summer so dress accordingly and bring water and sun block.

This was a great place to visit with our family. Our son loved seeing all the animals and getting a chance and feed some too! Not a lot of shade so dress smart and bring the sunblock, its idaho people, it gets warm. Super friendly staff, go early so you get more time with the animals and get the most out of your trip. Walkways all around makes this place perfect for strollers, walkers, and wheelchairs.

Babby farms is open seasonally, they close October 1st and open again on May 1st annually. Google is wrong.

My family and I had a great time here! We were hoping to see the new baby sloth but he was sleeping in his house so maybe next time. It was definitely fun being able to pet kangaroos and feed deer!

Very polite and knowledgeable staff, I brought 7 kids (ages ranged from 2-16) and all of them loved it. The animals seemed well cared for and happy, a staff member helped my kids feed a couple monkeys some grapes, and taught my kids and I some things we didnt know. Definitely a great place to visit, and the playground was much appreciated as well!

Is closed for the season, they need to update this information. we went today and we told to leave the premises, even though google says open and hours were updated by business a week ago.

Good farm for the kids.

It was hot and time for the animals to eat, we were the last 2 people there and the staff did everything they could to keep us entertained and taught us a lot about the animals. For my money Jack the Yak is the man to see but he wouldnt cooperate for a picture.

Over 130 animals. Every thing from horses, donkeys and goats to zebra, ze-donkey and horse-ze ( combos of zebras). The had llamas, monkeys, a yak, several different wild cats, otters and so much more. Most animals can be fed and several can be pet. Extremely kid friendly and safe. Clean, no smell few flies and a concrete walkway.

Took a large group of specially abled friends today. The staff were very friendly and patient with us. Even at the end of our trip they went out of their way to come ask if we needed help loading up our wheel chair guys. Best experience we have had there yet!! We will deffinetly be back.

What an amazing family experience

This place exceeded my expectations! I didnt think they were a full on zoo! Its so close to where I live too! The cost is very affordable and reasonable, they even have a little gift shop with cute trinkets! I will be going back and I would definitely reccomend to my friends and family with kids! Heck even as an adult I loved it!

This has potential to be a wonderful place.... BUT the animals look like they aren’t very taken care of, there doesn’t seem to be adequate shelter from the sun for some exhibits and the birds are in dog kennels. The sidewalk near the exhibits is a joke too! Forget trying to push strollers or wagons especially when it’s busy. The price is steep for the lack of presence of staff or knowledge. I wish this place would provide better for their animals and I wish our society would care more about standards. Then maybe they’d put in more effort.

Absolutely loved it for my kids and us adults.

Had a great time. Liked the girl upfront and the girl with the goats... but the rest of the staff was horrible. The older lady that was watching over the monkeys didnt answer questions and just kept repeating herself and having an I told you so attitude. Girl in the jungle room was like all the birds bite and yet had this huge parrot out. SO no training at all for the animals. Which takes me to the price... little pricey for animals that look like they dont get any care out of it. The cats look like they get no interaction, The Yak was extermely matted and looked miserable, the alpaca looked extermely skinny like most their animals, and the monkeys are probably the only ones who full on get taken care of. They all look like they could use some shade and more water. My kids loved it which is why you got 3 stars but they also dont understand what Im seeing because they are so young.

Enjoyed my experience here. They have a lot of wildlife animals. Great for the whole family to enjoy. The staff are friendly and informational. My favorite part was to pet the kangaroos. Kids get to enjoy feeding the animals.

Very fun experience. They don’t have a ton of animals but you get closer experiences than you can get at any zoo and the staff treat you like close friends. I would go back just to play with Minnie the monkey. She was awesome

Bappy Farms is a great petting zoo were you can feed some of the animals; kangaroos, zebras, goats, and horses to name a few. They have a playground for the kids. They now have an awesome gift shop to buy souvenirs. Great place to visit for family, friends, schools, and those with disabilities. We had an awesome time today!

This place is such a great learning experience for little ones! Its one of our favorite spring destinations. I miss the guided tours though.

Kind of cool for the kiddos. They have some neat exotic animals (e.g. camels), but they place is pretty compact and not exactly zoo-quality. But it doesnt claim to be a real zoo, just a neat place to spend an hour. We went on a busy day, and there was a line for the rain forest, so I dont know whats in there as we skipped it.The farm is really in the middle of nowhere, so if youre in Boise, its a hike to get there and back.

Kids loved petting the animals.They have 137 animals including camels, zebras, goats, a yak, alpacas, and kangaroos. Prices are a little high, but they enjoyed it.

So much fun! You get to have great interactions with the animals. Youre able to feed some of them and go in their cages with them. Its a bit of a drive to get there but totally worth it.
