Friendliest staff ever! I was helped by Jake, Eli, and RJ when I was looking for a hard to find gun. Im new to the whole gun owning deal and unlike other shops, these guys made me feel welcome and didnt make faces when I didnt understand something.Additionally, Jake the owner was super helpful when I finally found that gun online and I had it delivered there.To me this is worth the almost half-hour drive from Meridian even though I have a gun shop literally across the street from my house.ILL BE BACK!

I came in looking for some Crispi boots and immediately received some assistance. They didnt have the boots that I wanted on hand but did order them from the warehouse. Based on some experiences that Ive had with other local pawn shops, I was a little concerned about leaving without my boots but these guys came through and hooked me up with a great price, too. If Id had the money, I wouldve bought a new pistol there because theyre definitely willing to work with you.

I purchased my safe from here and the staff was so helpful and friendly. I was impressed from the start and I dont usually impress very easily. The part that completely wowd me was when my house sold and I was in a time crunch to get moved. I realized my safe was way heavier than I thought it was so I called Als to have them move it for me. In the tight time crunch, they got it going anyway and had it moved quickly and professionally. Above and beyond helpful service was given to me and now I am a life long customer. We all know buying a good gun safe is usually the end of the transaction with a company. What was shown to me was worth everything to me and am forever grateful. Thank you Als!!

Stopped in for ammo. First time there. Very unwelcoming. Asked for 9mm ammo. Was told it had to be ordered on line. Um what??? Really . Wont be back.

Went in to see about sight upgrades for my moms sub 2000, JR was extremely helpful and ordered a UTG red/green optic sight for her. A week later the sight arrived and we went back in to purchase it, JR once again awesome, worked with her to make sure it was what she needed. Installed a new mount and the optics, sighted it in to the best he could while in the shop and she could not be anymore pleased. Just waiting to go shooting now to try it out.Now my daughter ordered a MK IV standard from them and is waiting for arrival. Great price! Not only are they friendly when it comes to customer service and they actually go out of their way to help an order stuff for you. and their knowledge of firearms is actually High compared to most places Ive gone that sold firearms and their prices are fair these gentlemen do not try to undermined the customer by overselling product such as Firearms safes and miscellaneous stuff Ive not only purchased firearms from them but recommend other people to them and hand out their business cards because I believe that this is a fair and honest business.

Family owned and operated means they rely on every customer that comes through the door and they treat you as such. Such a change from EVERY OTHER PAWN/LOAN SHOP. My wife and I recently move from Alaska to Emmett. I had to leave my Franklin 35 behind and needed another gun safe for our new place. Stopped by Als and met R.J. and Jason. Super guys and extremely easy to do business with. Bought a Franklin 50 which Jason installed in my garage. The concrete floor presented some challenges due to it not being anywhere close to flat. Went in and even though they were busy they acknowledged me and apologized for any wait. The staff was friendly and I was able to sell something at a fair price. Ive worked for hotels, and it was awesome to see the customer service we always practiced but never quite got right actually happening at a pawn shop in Nampa. I would not have any questions about going back.
