This artist in handmade crafts and other puerto ricans artisans exhibit their wonders inside the Plaza Santiago Palmer as part of Sábados Pá La Plaza (Saturdays Go To The Plaza) a special program designed by The Municipality of Caguas as part of promoting arts, music, local artisans, etcétera.
