Very nice mhp...very well kept up

HORRIBLE! Very rude staff. They do not care about your problems they are a business and its not their problem, said by one of their staff members. Its expensive to live there with ridiculous rules. They sent me a letter saying they were not going to renew my lease and I had to be out by the 31st of January but apparently they also evicted us because we owed them rent money. Only reason I didnt pay rent was because I had to find a new place to live.We had a 84th district court officer tell us we had the weekend to move, he was incredibly rude and was yelling at me on the phone telling me if I questioned him and who he was hed make sure I was out that day, and this is while I was at work. I had to leave work, using g one of my vacation days to hurry up and move within that weekend. Then when I was in the process of moving , the staff members from country acres told him there was no movement so I got another rude message from him threatening me again to have my stuff out or he was going to come with animal control take the animals bring cops and forcefully remove us and put our things to the side of the road.Its not like I brought drugs into the neighborhood I mean I barely even drink..I work two jobs to support my 3 year old daughter.It was hard to keep up on rent because after the late fees they stack on within the month it was almost 1200 a month to live there w and without utilities included. So if your late once you will always be late trying to catch up with all their fees. Never will I go to another trailer park again, never will I refer someone to here. Super stressful.

Nice clean place

It wasnt a bad place to live down fall there prices will kill you way to over priced I lived there years ago and the house I lived in was 700 a month and its back up for rent now and its almost 900 If your buying a trailer or home out there off someone selling it wouldnt be so bad

This is not a bad review for Country Acres but more an observation as to some of the comments others made. Every place has issues but there are people who are so f____ negative that all their experiences are bad because of their attitudes,maybe its time to look in the mirror. Life is what you make it and if you come at other people with an attitude you must expect negative back. As far as the white trashComment was uncalled for! By the way $760. a month is NOT expensive because a 3 bedroom where I lived was $1200. a month. So whatever!

Best manager ever; tough but fair and works hard to make this community a great place to live.

I love here and it is okay, I do not think of it as the best but certainly not the worst. The staff are nice most of the time and there is a lot of nature, so I think it is okay. But after 10 pm you can get kicked out of the park for disturbing any other people.

The housing is good, and it appears to be well taken care of. Might not be the best area, but definitely well taken care of.

Great. For fresh veg/salid fixings. Good meat department. These are great on prices ... Rest of products/shelf items box ,can, ECT. Are a bit expensive.

Decent Mobil home park for elderly and families.

I havent experienced any of the drug activity folks talk about here. Only issue I have to complain about is the pipes occasionally freezing. Keep a faucet running low at night and youre fine.

We were told by the one manger that was here when we first moved in back in end of June of 2017 that we could use a community building for birthday party the whatever never said it cost anything she just told us to let her know what date to make sure its available to use. Just recently this month January 2018 I asked the new manager weve been writing it for a few months now about using it for a birthday party for my daughter and she said thats fine tell her the date but its $100 deposit, and I live here in the community park and we are paying a mortgage payment on our house, and just pay lot rent to the park here. I thought that was ridiculous that we have to pay a deposit when the previous manager said the only ones that had to pay a deposit where people that dont live in the park, but didnt say we had to pay anything for using the space. There is like no amenities barely at all for residence rather they rent theyre home or own their home. They have been going through maintenance guys to since Ive lived here for about 6 months, and I know the current maintenance guy has a couple times plowed snow right into a driveway into our yard and obvious that he did and were not the only ones that hes done, the kids cant really use the playground in the winter time right now the way they are plowing. Just today a FedEx dropped off the wrong baggage at my house I went to go to the office and talk to the new manager to see if she can figure out who it belongs to since Im still getting used to everybodys at and the street names in this community, but she refused to help me figure it out saying that she dont know who it belongs to even though I said the street address, but said she still refused to help me, all I got out of it was that it was a reliability issue. And when we are trying to pay our rent this month for January 2018 it was the first time we needed like a day or two extra to pay it, and we offer to pay at least most of it or half of it right away and pay the other half like two days later, or ask to see if they can have a post-dated check for just two days later, but the new manager right now said we can accept anything thats a post-dated check and we have to have the full amount upfront, and the late fee was like $50 and had to be paid that day after in full too, she was saying it was company policy. When most places Ive lived at and know of around the area and in northern Michigan would accept if you paid at least most of it or ask them ahead of time to make arrangements for payment, which there might have been a late fee still or possibly waived if we gave them a heads up in time, not this place, they dont seem to really care. As soon as we can get some land of our own we are moving out with our house. If we knew some of the stuff that was going on we probably wouldnt have moved into the park, we would of found something else instead.

This used to be a good place to live, but now the office staff is rude. Maintenance doesnt do their jobs. And they raise your rent all the time. And now they seem to just let anyone move in. They have had 2 meth bust and an armed robbery of a pizza man in the last 2 years.

The rent is VERY high, $760.00 per month for a three bedroom. After we moved out they claimed that they had to replace the carpeting throughout the entire home and tried to charge us over $2,000.00 for carpeting/pad and paint. We had actually replaced the living room carpeting before moving... only cost me $300.00.

New management, Dawn in the office especially, is rude. Theyre not doing background and credit checks like what used to be mandatory so theyre allowing pretty much anyone to live there now which has brought trouble. The neighbors are terrible, the neighborhood is going downhill as theft is a regular occurrence that the local police and trailer park itself is either unwilling or unable to control. Rent increases every year but the services provided do not. Its just turned to a terrible place to live and/or do any sort of business with.

Its a trailer park. Ive heard complaints about management but I dont live there myself.

I would not even give it one star! Park is filled with druggies, not a place for children. As far as staff is concerned they suck! Dont be even a day late with rent, you will have extra fees to pay and threatened with court papers to evict you...BUT if they owe you money they will take their time and not give a crap. When you move out they will tack fees for damage that wasnt there or was there when you moved in. If anything is broken good luck getting it fixed properly.. they dont approve maintenance to do anything! This is by far the worst experience Ive had renting. I wouldnt recommend it to anyone!!

Rent is very high. Pay 734 a month. Can find somewhere cheaper to go.
