Hours are incorrect. I came around midnight on a Friday night and nobody Would answer the door or phone. I think this place is probably out of business. And I dont see how they shouldnt be in business honestly. I really wish Cupids was still at this location.

The store has a good variety, good prices, and it’s very clean, 10/10. The two women on shift were a little hostile and rude in my opinion. Made me feel unwelcome. Probably wouldn’t go back

Our friends are the owners of this store! They, and their staff, are all fabulous! Yes, masks are required for everyone’s safety, but they are provided or you don’t have one, as well as hand sanitizer. It’s a great shopping experience and no judgement! Make sure to say hello to Fanny the cat! She rocks!

One of the nicest adult stores I’ve ever seen! Leaps and bounds ahead of the local competition. Beautiful displays, great selection, and prices competitive with online retailers. The sales team was cool and knew their stuff! Won’t be going anywhere else. Thanks Fantasies L&M!

This store is the ultimate go too. They have a wide range of adult toys and a fantastic store layout. The staff is extremely helpful and are very educated about the products available in the store. The store is extremely clean and it is easy to find what you’re looking for. They are always stocking the shelves with the latest and best products. I highly recommend Fantasies Lingerie to everyone. I’ve been highly impressed every single time.

They were very rude and told a vet that she shouldn’t return to the store because they had asked her to put her mask over her nose and she told them that she had documentation from a doc stating that she was a disabled vet with ptsd and can not wear anything over her nose. She had a mask on it just wasn’t over her nose and because of that asked her to leave and never return that was totally uncalled for and unacceptable

I was in there last night. This short girl with curly brown hair. I think her name started with a T but I dont remember. She was awesome! She knew a lot about the products. I spent way too much money but I cant say it wasnt worth it. Will be back. Customer service is amazing since the last time I was there.

Terrible experience. Came in looking for a special gift and the lady (plump woman) never greeted me or asked me if I needed assistance. Thats okay, I dont expect red carpet treatment or anything but I think asking if a customer needs help is reasonable. Okay, so pick out a gift and the lady is on the phone when Im ready to make the purchase. Not a work related call. I could tell because she was talking about her weekend plans. I know she saw me at the counter, waiting there. Finally she ends her phone call with her friend and again, no did you find everything okay? or anything. The price at the register was wrong and different from the sticker price. She basically told me sorry, but this is the price and I think she should have discounted it to what the sticker had. Of course I said this is not okay, and she got really rude. Telling me maybe I should go somewhere else. So I didnt buy from them and took her advice. Seriously this manager needs to be fired. Just look at the other reviews at her customer service.

Yes!! The best adult store in Arkansas! Finally, a store that has the latest, most wanted toys for adults! I just enjoy walking in and shopping, it’s extremely comfortable and the staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the products! I give them 5 stars bc it’s all around the best in Arkansas for adult toys, fashion and fun!

Great toys and awesome products

This store used to be a Cupid’s Lingerie and was really a pain to deal with. I tried to make a return there and was informed I could only exchange or get a gift card. Which is fine, I asked for the gift card. But I was told that machine wasn’t working and to come back Saturday. I did and was issued the gift card. When I had taken the gift card to the other location they told me there was nothing on it. Luckily I kept the receipt that showed the gift card number and the amount of money that was supposed to be loaded on it. She took care of me but I had some left over. Much later I returned to this store and when it came time to pay they told me they couldn’t accept the gift card, that they issued to me in the first place. Just a whole mess and I strongly urge you to take your business elsewhere.EDIT: After seeing this poor reply “from the owner” I feel like I have to make it clear that gift card was issued during the business changing over hands and was the reason the machine wasn’t working that day. And although they were still branded as a Cupid’s they refused to honor the gift card they had given me at all and made no attempt to make accommodations. This was not a gift card I got from a Cupid’s and just rolled up in there thinking it was going to work /after/ they changed the sign. This was a card issued by this business while they were changing everything over- even made me come back after the system was set up- and still refused to honor. Everything about this location and business leaves such a sour taste in my mouth I warn everyone I know even every time I drive past it to just take their business elsewhere.

The prices were wayyy too high and the employees looked like they were on drugs!

I was grossed out by the cat they keep in the store that roams around and gets cat hair on the lingerie.

So there are two 1 star reviews above from someone claiming this place stole their name. When you do a search with the Arkansas Secretary of State, it is apparent that the “Fantasies, LLC” business they are referring to has a “Revoked” status and is no longer a business in good standing with the state of Arkansas.Not to mention, this business is licensors under “Fantasies Lingerie, LLC” and/or “Fantasies Lingerie & More, LLC” and are both in good standing with the Arkansas Secretary of State.The people making those reviews obviously do not understand how things work. And honestly could be pursued for defamation by this business for slandering their reputation based off false pretenses.Secondly, these people have been very nice. Service was good. Place is clean. I’ll support them.

I walked into the store and was shocked to see how bare the walls were with hardly any products and the stuff that was for sell was way overpriced.
