Do I love this little venue! The building is adorable, and it is seated on the banks over the river, very quaint location. the person in charge of the event was very helpful and personable. the volunteers assisting with the event were helpful and friendly. We had the option of buying soda, water, or cookies.the band at this evening was an incredible, national band. The tickets were very reasonably priced, and we did have the option of paying an additional amount (I believe the ticket price that was charged was not enough to cover the cost of the band, but this way more people could afford to go.) I believe there are about a hundred and fifty seats in the venue. And parking was easy and quick, we parked right on the side of the road. It was a most excellent experience, and Im sure I will be back!

Milltown Roadhouse was excellent. Lots of tunes I had not heard them play. Loads of fun.

We have been attending theater and music productions here for more than 20 years and are always impressed with the performances. For a small, local theater, in rural Maine, it produces some impressive performances. Parking is close by, the neighborhood, is safe and there are always plenty of volunteers to help you park, get a seat, etc. The plays they put on are top notch whether they be comedy, drama, or musical. If there was one hope for the future, it would be for a sound system so that the actors voices could be projected further into the audience. Being housed in a century plus old facility the acoustics are not the best, and soft spoken actors/actresses are hard to hear by many members of the predominately older clientele.

What you would expect for a Grange hall: folksy, sound system pretty ok, great townfolk audience, roadside parking, coffee and donated cookies. Just the right place to see David Mallett.

David Mallett concert. Munchies and coffee/ soda /portapotties outsideRaised seating in the back. Just about the right size for an almost intimate acoustic experience.Sound seemed to come from two speakers. Sound mixing could have been abit clearer.Ie. The base was there but the individual notes werentthat discernible. The fiddle was in and out. I must say though she was pretty decent!

Jennifer & Dana, & family & friends, have made this a beautiful fun place to go. Weve only gone 2 plays ( because they are worth it!), But other entertainment is available in their hall + former church! You must go! You wont be disappointed!
