Great Prices to see a Movie. They NCG always has great Deals for Popcorn & Drinks. NCG also, give Free Refills on Their Popcorn & Drinks. Excellent Customer Service given here too. I highly Recommend the NCG at The Courtland Center Mall in Burton , Michigan. It is very affordable compared to other Movie Theatres & Movie Chains.

Matinee times are the best if you want to get the most for your money. Clean place and not over crowded. Nice theater for families.

I visited this theater (probably wasnt NCG then) around 15 years ago and never had any interest in going back. I recently moved and its the closest theater to me now, so I tried it again and was pleasantly surprised. It was clean. Staff was friendly. Prices are reasonable. My only complaints are that the seats were not comfortable for me (Ive been spoiled by recliners), and the movie didnt seem to have surround sound.

If Im going to a movie its always NCG. Clean theaters, and bathrooms. They offer some sensory friendly movies on Saturdays. They are well priced and typically cheaper than other cinemas. They have a decent rewards program, not as good as it used to be but still dont see many rewards programs for theaters. Staff if usually polite and helpful.

Pleased with the experience and friendly staff. Tickets are reasonable. Concessions could be cheaper. Clean well stocked restrooms.

Tickets and concessions are cheaper than anywhere else in town. Its a small theater so they dont keep a movie long. Always clean. Friendly staff. They do not hold back on the popcorn butter.

Have been going to this cinema for years! It is a great place for dates, even with just friends. Always playing the new popular movies. Pricing is pretty competitive compared to the other theaters any where near by.

Not too busy. We got free movie tickets from Dort Federal Credit Union a few months ago. Me and my boys went to go see the New Star Wars. It was good.

This is a nice little theater, the seats are not as comfortable as Emagine Birch Run but the price is much less. All around it was a good time for my granddaughter and me to spend some time together.

The price of a tickets here are better then most other theaters but the price of a small popcorn or small pop is still outrageous I mean to get 5 cents worth of pop it costs 5 dollars and cup is half full of ice and for 2 cents worth of popcorn with 10 cents worth of butter flavored oil its also 5 dollars, what happened to the combos? But then thats probably the price at all the theaters now.

Changed this place some but clean and not alot of people when I went j like that dont like to be crowed.

I normally love all NCG cinemas, I’ve never had a problem with them before until I went to Burton MI theatre because it was the closest to the hotel we were staying at on vacation and was not pleased at all with them. Very messy, dirty, nothing was stocked, the employees were ALL so rude and short making me as a customer feel like an inconvenience. I left my wallet and had to drive 40 minutes back from my hotel; they would not answer the phone when I called until I was 10 minutes away and when someone did answer they were not helpful at all, they were extremely rude. When I got there no one came up to me they just ignored me and when I finally talked to someone they told me no wallet was found sorry. That’s it. So I walked into the theatre where a lady watching the next show told me she found it and brought it up front, thankfully she came with me to the front to confirm and get my wallet. Needless to say I will never be here again and it was an awful experience completely. Every employee there needs to be re evaluated and learn some customer service.

This is an affordable movie experience and close to so many other things. Its easy to make a fun day or night of going to see a movie then going around the mall.

Decent place, the seats are in poor condition and squeak/ clunk when you move. Had to deal with some hoodlums cussing, yelling and running around for half of the movie... The movie Avengers End Game was amazing for what I could see/ hear, ther theatre need a little improvement the area doesnt help it any

Trash, staff couldn’t sell ticket because they couldn’t tell someone was over the age of 16. Even after valid proof of being in college and being with people who are clearly older than 16

Friendly workers and great atmosphere to see a movie.

Purchased tickets online to still have to wait in food line to get tickets. Was charged a convenience fee and relayed my disappoitment to employee she was very confrontational and acted like it wasnt her problem. Not a good experience! Theater was freezing wouldnt recommend buying online unless you think its sold out. Which with their attitude repeat business may not happen anyway.

Great theater IMO. They often have $2 shows of not very old movies. Seats are standard and picture is nice. Standard concessions.

Went to Burton NCG to see Once Upon Time In Hollywood. (not very good...SLOW and long)I gave the 2 young girls my phone and my NCG card they said they could not scan my free popcorn coupon from my Email It had to be printed. So I said I wanted the gift bucket with the 3 refills she said she didnt know anything about such a bucket so she asked her manager. They apparently do not carry then any more. I have gotten these since my children were small ( they are adults now) Great value item!!! VERY DISAPPOINTED in the discontinued gift item. So I bought a popcorn and a pop for my husband and I.Ticket prices are always good there but that may be the only reason to return. We may be like everyone else and go to the dollar store for snacks to smuggle in. Not because we are cheap but because concessions are way over priced and the bucket was excellent value It should not cost a couple to go to a movie with pops and popcorn and tickets $30 Just sayin

I feel the price is affordable and the Popcorn is great. The seats are fairly uncomfortable and we could hear the sounds from a movie in the next room. Otherwise, happy with the experience.

If I could give half star ratings I would give them a solid 3.5. The prices are fair and they have a decent rewards program, but the theater in general is pretty run down. There are only a handful of screens in the building so the selection is limited and most movies cycle through pretty quickly, sometimes they will only run for one week. Unlike some of the other theaters in the area the seats have not been updated in a very long time, but at least they do a decent job of keeping the floor clean.

I havent had any bad experiences at this theater. The staff has always been pretty friendly. And from what Ive seen the inside is pretty clean (popcorn on the floors and counters of course but thats to be expected). Like any movie theater I have ever been to though, the food, drinks, and candy are ridiculously expensive! The ticket prices are pretty good. Only $4.00 before 6:00pm!

Its always clean and comfortable and the movies always start on time so this is the reason for a 3. But the customer service and management can get a makeover. The cashiers are never smiling and they make it seem like youre bothering them and the manager is the same.

Cheap tickets, average seating and attached to the mall. The mall itself is not what it once was. The steady decline due to the locations demographic causes staggering conditions. Grab some popcorn and enjoy a cinematic experience here while you still can.

Great movie experience and the staff were nice. Used the womens restroom and the husband used the mens both were very clean. Concessions stand was also clean. I enjoyed myself.

Cheaper prices but also not very comfortable seating. Tuesday specials are great for $5. Seating is first come first serve.

Its alright for a cheap night out. But for a better movoe going experience i would go somewhere else.

They are about average. But a good place to take your kids and family. My only concern is the seat because they are very stiff. Overall ok.

No heat in the theater where my movie was showing. Freezing the whole movie. After the movie I talked to a manger and was told “yeah the heat doesn’t work in theater one. We have someone trying to fix it” She didn’t offer a refund or seem too concern. And that is why we go to Birch Run

Went to emergency room at Health Park and got 15 stitches on face and 8 inside mouth. Have left theater before twice due to unruly young. Staff does nothing to protect patrons.

Very rude staff tonight. Not happy. Would not let my son in movie because his friend had no I.dThen rufesed to give him his money back after he paid for the ticket.

The only star is loses is for seating, but if they were to get better seating, prices would go up. So, Im good without the great seats.Price is great. Location is fantastic for downtown Flint folks. Popcorn is fresh. What more do you need?

Decent priced. My favorite place to take the family to be movie. Not as packed as others,yet still plays 1st run movies (including 3D etc) at a a fraction of the cost. One side note, they did change their pricing at concession making it slightly more expensive than when I originally posted, but I still prefer the smaller venue.

It is a nice middum size movie theater. However if you want to watch a serious movie, I will go to another place where people behave better...The standards and expectations of how people should behave in that cinema are lower than in the other cinemas.And yes, you pay less to watch a movie in that cinema, so I think people value the experience a little less which is a petty.Cheap cinema...cheap behavior.

Lines moved quick. Restrooms were clean. Now they didnt clean the floor in the auditorium so I had popcorn under my feet.

My most recent experience with this location was absolutely TERRIBLE. My friend and I had come to the theatre to watch a movie and got concessions. We buttered our popcorn the same amount we always do but this time was different. We get into the car and notice the butter has leaked and ALL OVER both of our clothes and left obnoxiously large grease stains(we wear lularoe - this is NOT cheap clothing). We promptly call the store manager to complain and was told by the manager that the popcorn buckets leak often and that if they leaked it must be because we put too much on (no more than the last 10 years of dedication to this company). She then offered a SINGLE pair of ticket refunds (for $269.00 worth of ruined clothing). I am not expecting a full refund but $4 ($8 total) tickets and NO apology is a disgrace. I then called the corporate office and left a message (as I was told by the manager) with no response from them. It has been a week, today, and I still have had no response. My friend and I use to be loyal customers to this establisment in the tune of thousands of dollars a year between tickets and concessions. Unfortunately that will not be the case anymore!

The theater is dated but the movies are priced pretty good and the staff is nice. The screens are smaller than the newer cinemas.

They seriously need to remodel this theater or at least add in some bigger more comfortable seating for adults over 225 pounds,cuz me and the bbws I love to entertain, cant watch a movie in comfort! About to just say F it, and start going back to Birch Runs Emagine Theatres! They totally rock but NCG gets a pass for their 5$ ticket prices,but its a very cramped situation! Ijs

My family loves this place

We went to a 7:25pm showing on a Monday evening. We purchased refreshments & inquired about refills. The attendant informed us that do offer free refills; but the concession stand closed at 7:40pm on weekdays (Monday - Thursday). I asked for a bag so I could put some of my popcorn in it for my nephew and was informed I would have to pay the price of a regular popcorn to receive a bag! It wasnt like we were going to try to get free refills with the stand closing in 10 minutes! Then the lights stayed on during the film (due to a lack of theater personnel to check on the theaters, perhaps) which detracted from the movie experience. I would not recommend this theater.

They still cook the popcorn fresh here. Its not from those big bags like some other theaters.

It bugs me when I go to “the movies” as against watching it at home in order to enjoy the big screen experience and the screen turns out to be dim and the sound quality poor. This cinema needs to replace its bulbs or whatever they do so the the movie doesn’t appear to be filmed in twilight. On and off during the movie the sound was so muffled I could not understand the dialog. It was not that it was not loud enough. The last time I heard an effect like that was on a very old cassette player.
