It is a good place to see the fossils from Vermont. I was quite impressed by the Vermontian trilobites. Though it is really small. It would have been better if it had more specimens and space.

Its a small place, but chuck full of interesting finds. The day we were there we couldnt find anyone to ask questions of.

If you love rocks like I do, you’ll like this free museum. Look for the hidden Peep.

Great set of exhibits nicely displayed. Great to have a nice little museum like this in town.

The museum was a little hard to find, and the parking was not obvious, but once we got there, it was quite marvelous. Not too big ( just one room) but important and interesting exhibits which not only deal with Vermont geology, but paleontology as well. We spent one hour there and left delighted.
