The nicest indoor shooting range...EVER!10 of 10!This a purpose-built place to shoot and sharpen your skills.Multiple slots to have at it.Minus: Its a bit dark in the individual slots to see your firearm to makeadjustments. I brought my own LED light and (magnetically)attached it to the stall. I forgot to take it with me and the owner was able to get it back to me on my next visit.ALL of the employees are helpful in making your shooting experience a good time. I just have to do a shout out to Justin,Mike,Nick and Bryson for making me feel like that this shooter(ME) was important with their great customer service and a smile.(Smiley face,here)Skagit Pro Shop: Yes,they have goodies for sale and expert advice.Well,if this range wasnt so far away from me,I would be a member.Thanks.Dave in Seattle.(The rookie with a G 21)

Much prefer going here than Skagit arms or any of the other car sales type places. The folks here always answer noob questions completely, and never talk down to me. whereas at Skagit arms the guy walked away in the middle of conversation when he realized I didnt know what to get.

I purchased two boxes of their RBS 380 ACP, which the box says they handload there at Skagit Shooting Range. I then went to shoot it out of my Walther PPK, and on the 15th round it failed to cycle. When I investigated why, it appeared that there were two rounds jammed in the chamber. I cleared them out, and then noticed a bunch of gunpowder fouling the chamber. I then saw that the bullet itself was stuck in the barrel. Recognizing that I had just a squib, I checked to make sure there wasnt any obvious damage to my weapon, then packed up to leave. Luckily, the gun hadnt cycled through to the next round, otherwise I might not have noticed the lodged bullet, and tried firing again, which could have been catastrophic. I explained the situation to the staff and asked for a refund on their house ammo. They gave me a refund, albeit somewhat begrudgingly. The range itself is actually a nice one, but I feel that they need to address the fact that they are handloading and selling shoddy ammo.

The gun range itself is very nice. Ive never been there when Ive had the range to myself, however, Ive never felt crowded either. Prices are fair, they offer discount for Military and Law Enforcement. One thing that I really like is that there is a shelf just as you walk in with Target ammo for sale. Ive done the math and it beats everyone in the area including Cabelas and the other big box stores.Another positive is the the gun shop/gunsmithing attached just off the the range lobby. Ive been been in there several times times for simple and even some more complicate parts. I am a novice shooter and Ive never been made to feel uncomfortable asking what may seem like silly questions. If you have any need for anything AR, these are the guys to see. Simply put, theyre a good bunch of guys and I encourage you you the check them out!-Patrick

Beware-You can only shoot at this range if you bring a buddy with you. I was turned away because I went alone. I give two stars instead of one because the chick staff member was very nice to me about it. But it would be a five star if she accompanied me to shoot at the range instead of turning me away for being alone. That would be the perfect customer service, and much appreciated!

Forgot to get more pics, but this place is nice! Top of the line range, average prices. Ammunition is surprisingly cheap. Will definitely be going back. They also have a military and first responders discount.

The staff are prompt and helpful. Prices are fair. Not too fond about children being allowed in the shooting range area and parents letting them run around when theres shooting going on. Last time my husband and I went a big Mexican family were shooting in the range and pointing their gun AR 15 and the ammo was hitting the ceiling and track system. There was range leader in sight watching. It did not make us feel safe. The family was talked to by a couple other people in the range about their behavior and they just ignored them . My husband and I ended up leaving a little earlier than usual because of it.

My top choice for tactical gear or firearms. Good people on staff and nice owner. They have a wide selection and great opportunities to learn.

Recently took reloading course. Although I had experience with reloading in the past with father, and Ive helped set up and load for a few friends, I wanted a refresher and to see if I could pick up a few tricks. Our instructor, was very knowledgeable, they had single stage presses, for each student, we were taught how to set up each die individually, and the process was very well explained. And even total newbies understood. Even if you have experience, I would highly recommended taking this course. You go to a live class, get hands on, and are able to ask questions, and learn for real! You can try watching videos all day, but nothing beats hands on experience!

Went in today with my wife. Im military and fairly familiar with the 9mm Beretta. My wife is not a huge fan of going shooting. But we are looking to get a gun in a couple months and wanted to try a few out and make sure she could handle them. The staff was very helpful with getting her to manage to shoot and she ended up enjoying the outing quite a bit thanks to the staff. Will be making further trips to this range in the future.

Great quality Indoor Shooting Range with a great Gun Shop inside. Family friendly and knowledgable, staff are very helpful with questions. Good selection of rental firearms if you want to test shoot latest firearms before buying (the only range I know right now where you can rent a Sig Sauer p365 to test shoot). Great deals on reloaded ammunition and range gear.

Really friendly staff, excellent facility, always able to find room and they just make a good atmosphere. The shop in the same building really adds to it and the RBS ammo is a good buy for range food. They are some of the people that helped me get into shooting and I will go there as often as I can. Its a great place.

This is for the Gun Shop only, have not used the range yet. The employees are very nice and fast, I took in 4 guns to be transferred and they only charged me one transfer fee, and gave me a veteran discount. They carry a good supply of Dillon reloading presses and accessories. I have also built two ar15’s out of that store.

Very helpful staff, who were more than happy to give me some tips on improving my aim. Ive spent over 10 years in the australian military and its the first time that Ive received helpful advice. My aim had significantly improved by the time we left. Would love to come back soon for more practice!

Called to around to find a good range and check prices on getting into sight and practice my AR-15. I first tried Norpoint Gun range as it was close to home and was told that the rifle range is only open to members. I am a law enforcement officer and use these type of ranges to keep up on skills needed for the job. I was told the range is closed even for law enforcement officers and all first responders unless you are members. I have used Norpoint for many years in the past and am Im not sure what has changed with this gun range, but its evident now that their priorities are in making a buck and not supporting first responders. I called the Skagit Shooting range and it seems they are happy to support the first responders. I am happy to drive a little farther to support those who support us!.

Great place. They are always very patient with me as a new shooter. Always willing to answer questions and give tips on how to improve.

This is my range of choice for practice. 25 yard indoors with 2 shooting bays. Its got outstanding target carriers and armored positions seperating you from other shooters. The air quality is outstanding and the ventilation keeps up with all the shooters you can throw at it..... There are steel target nights, Glock Challenge shooting and so much more.... The staff is knowledgeable and uses just the right amount of supervision to keep everyone havi g a great time... A couple thing to check out, Date Night and Ladies night with an all female staff...... The users range from raw beginners all the way up to serious competitive shooters. There are 2017 world championship trophys in the trophy case so dont think this is an exaggeration. RBS ammo is the local choice manufactured on site and many other brands are available at really good prices, theres a Pro Shop in the same building ...... All in all a really well run and safe place to shoot....

Always friendly staff, safe, clean range. Of all the ranges in this area, Skagit Shooting Range is by far, my favorite for indoor pistols.
