I shop online and do curbside pickup. I have always had excellent customer service, always! I have called quite a few times and the manager answers my questions even calls me back, if needed. Best in the business!️️️️️

This is a nice Michael’s. It was clean, the staff was helpful, and they had the yarn my wife was looking for. She could get nicer yarn at other stores, but Michael’s had sufficient yarn at better prices. They also had many wooden decorative bird houses (not really good for birds) and other items were on sale or buy one/two get one free.

The one cashier was very nice even though I was the ninth person in line. Impressive how positive she stayed under the pressure she was put through.

Always a fun place. Almost always had what I need (and far too much that I dont need but get anyway... because one cannot have too many craft supplies). ;)

I can find nearly any craft need here. The staff are friendly and helpful and took me directly to the aisles I needed. Love it!

I usually come in here every once in awhile for Christmas as well as Halloween this time around it was Halloween. I end up picking up some black branches that you would incorporate into your Christmas trees and these are nice and thick a little expensive but Michaels is expensive but theyre got some of the coolest stuff in this store. Anyway I end up doing some shopping for my Halloween tree and end up picking up some black branches as well as some spiders it really looks good on the tree. Its a great place to shop for Halloween as well as Christmas items though they can be a bit expensive.

Tons of nice craft items! Affordable too ! A nice selection for kids , kitchen sections, wide variety of paint , knick nacks , seasonal items , stickers . The staff is also very helpful and accommodating, a few going out of their way all over the store to find exactly what I needed !

The young lady with multi colored hair gave me exceptional service.3 stars 5 for service 1 for product.Got a large shadow box it is decent quality.Bought a package of Chevron shaped push pins to mount in box. 80% broke when trying to use. A couple were already broken in pack. The adhesive used is not up to holding pins onto the Chevron decorative part that shows. There are adhesive that work.Will only buy frames from Micheals in the future. Eric from Lombard IL

Long lines almost every time I visit. They seem to love leaving one cashier up there to die. I also think it is dumb that we have to stand in line even if we order online. Maybe you all should have separate lines.

Well stocked and the associates are very friendly. They were wonderful interacting with my baby, and usually have some great deals running.

You can tell the Store Manager doesn’t have any ownership in the business. Stood there socializing with another employee in the doorway of the store and said they were closed. I ended up at Hobby Lobby with in five minutes and got great service framing several cross stitch projects.

Michaels is a great craft place! Prices are okay and the options are great for me. As a childrens librarian, I need a one stop shop to get all the craft supplies I need and if I dont use them I can return them helps out when you are using program money. I have used Michaels for craft supplies, frames, and Saturday kids crafts workshops. Really love it!

Terrible customer service. Not sure of her name, but the attitude of the manager is horrendous. Waited in line outside and when someone walked out, naturally I walked in. She rudely asked me what Ithought I was doing and when I explained that someone had walked out, she told me to wait outside. That attitude from a customer service representative of a company is unacceptable. Hire better people

Very hateful lady answering phone and bringing out curbside pickups. My wife called twice for pickup. The second time, the hateful lady basically called my wife a liar and showed major disrespect when bringing out the order. Customer service at its finest.

Great variety of items for all occasions.

This particular Michaels has gone downhill big time. It used to be a very clean and organized store. For the last couple of years I have noticed a BIG difference. There always seems to be clutter and disarray everywhere. The items that are on the shelves are messy and not normally in their right places. I wouldnt be surprised to see this store close if things dont change.

Ive never had a bad experience at a Michaels. Fall does not start until you walk into Michaels and are overwhelmed by pumpkins, scarecrows, and autumn made by China. Michaels is whats up.

I have shopped at this store since the day they opened. I make jewelry, decorate cakes, and paint, so this is where I purchase almost all of my supplies. I go there at least 3 or 4 times a month and I usually stay for a few hours. I love a challenge, so I also dive into new projects. Its my favorite store to go to, so my friends and family give me gift cards for special occasions! ️

Clutter filled the aisle. Employees very nice. Just made me feel like I was at a rummage sale with things so out of sort. Prices higher than I expected for a lot of items.

Its always fun shopping at Michaels if you enjoy crafting, but the store is a little sparse right now changing over for the season. I will say that I think the Halloween collection is going to be nice and if you like Day of the Dead they already have a lot of paintable sugar skulls and Day of the Dead figures so I think theyll have a good collection in when they get the store set up.

The Michaels store on University Drive in Burlington, NC has been updated. Im getting used to the new arrangement. There are fewer empty shelves, and new items are filling any empty spaces. The people are friendly and helpful. You can usually find coupons on line to save $$.

Everything you need for almost any kind of craft, and if you forget your coupons at home the check out keeps them and will use them for you, theyre super nice and helpful when you have questions!

Great customer service and a really clean store, but I have to give it 2 stars because I cannot shop there because the lights are always flickering. Not great when you have chronic migraines. Ive tried going several times in the last year and they have yet to fix the lights. I feel so sorry for the poor employees who have to work in those conditions.

Waited in line forever when there was like6 ppl on ther floor and the lady at the counter was a total freakin witch. My buisness is always done on a separate card and when I told her I had 2 orders she goes um well we cant do that anymore bc of the couponThing. First off I had 2 separate coupons one 50 and one 40 percent off and they were with sl2 different cards so she should have a course in how to act with customers.... freakin awful I will never go there again and I spend hundreds every 2 weeks bc my buisness so thank you you def lost a customer and everyone I know will be told to not shop there

Everyone looks so unhappy it makes me feel like I just broke into their house on a holiday. Smells like old people couch. Good selection but the aisles are always blocked off by inventory and messy. Dont know how they havent had the fire marshal called on them since thats a fire hazard.

I like Michaels for the large variety of supplies I can get. I can almost always find what I am looking for here. It can be overwhelming to look through the aisles but its worth the time. There is usually a good price range as well, so I dont feel like I have to pay top dollar to try something new. If I like it, I can come back for something of better quality.

Love Michaels, they always have a coupon each day. Only downside is getting in and out of this shopping center and the massive amount of people. The entrance and exit is ridiculous and dont think it was thought out completely.

Michaels has a good selection of craft supplies including craft and artist paint and drawing supplies, products for scrap booking, baking and cake decorating, knitting, crocheting, childrens crafts, faux floral arrangements, and house hold decorating items. The store is well organized and most of the time easily accessible. They also carry brand name product lines such as Martha Stewart and Cricut. Michaels has a great coupon and customer rewards program, however they exclude their top brands in using these rewards.

Top notch customer service!! Last weekend I had a difficult return in order to honor a coupon I entered incorrectly for an online purchase. The Manager Amanda and her associate Ashley were tremendously helpful and determined to fix my mistake. It doesn’t get any better than this to have real humans respond to real humans in a compassionate way despite whose ‘fault’ it was (mine)... they could have easily saved themselves time and energy by giving up on the return/purchase, but they did not... and for that I am grateful!

Was there for a birthday party this time, kid was turning 10...my daughter really enjoyed it. Might have hers there. I love Michaels in general anyway.

I always love Michaels. I wanted to find a way to paint my sneakers so they would sparkle for an event I had coming up. The lady helped me find the perfect spray paint. I also wanted beeds to put on the laces and she guided me there as well and gave great suggestions.Love Michaels!

They have a great selection and a variety of things my wife really enjoyed the time she spent at the store she could not make up her mind on what she wanted because she wanted everything lol only issue I had was they didnt have a big variety of model cars and the ones they did have were very expensive most averaged around 30$ when I wouldnt expect to spend more then 20 on any one Id like but overall we enjoyed our first time there

Love Michaels. Then again I love crafts and the like. I just wish their clearance items were a little better organized. Its like the just throw everything on the one random isle and its hard to look through anything. The staff is great though. Theyve helped me many a time.

Staff was great, cleaned up broken glass when a jar hidden behind a canvas we took down fell and shattered. Helped find all the items we needed quickly.

Used to find them helpful and useful, now Ive seen the light.Today (Nov 15 2018) I went to the store specifically for this one sale of Creatology Christmas crafts being half off. This sale was only for today and I found the section and started collecting my stash, when I was almost done the manager came up and started ripping down the sale signs so I asked her what was going on. She said that the computer isnt changing the prices so theyre not doing the sale anymore.FYI in college I used to work at a different Michaels and know they can manually change the price to the correct one. I confirmed this is still possible with the cashier so I promptly dumped everything I just collected and wasted my time and gas money to even come there.
