Went in for a few items and staff member Lydia, was incredibly knowledgable and friendly, she helped me with all my questions. Glad I went here for my needs.

I can see why this store has a overall 2 star rating. I just got off the phone with the owner, I had called to ask if they carried ultra klean products, and when i asked about the prices he said he couldnt tell me he didnt know if i was 18 and hung up on me. I called back again to inquire why he would hang up on a customer and before I could say anything else he said I told you I couldnt talk about that and clearly you are not intelligent enough to get the gist of it. Then hung up again. I have talked to a few places this morning and no one had a problem giving me prices. Im not sure why he was in such a bad mood but taking whatever it is out on customers is wrong. I will never visit this store. I am going to repot the business to the BBB for what little good it will do. You dont insult your customers and yell.

This place is easily the worst headshop Ive been to in VT. Prices are higher than anywhere else and the staff is not very nice. They like follow you around and treat you like a thief from the moment you walk in the door.

Terrible BEWARE THEY SELL FAKE JUUL PODSi bought a pack of tobacco pods and they were so obviously fake the taste like straight chlorine and pakcageing is just SO FAKEYou can’t In good faith tell me your selling real pods, you just can’t. The package has raised pods I literally went to a trusted retailer and bought a pack just to make sure and sure enough normal pods DO NOT HAVE RAISED PODS ON THE PACKAGING busted.

The store is fascinating and the stuff is really helpful. I would definitely recommend it to others and support our local business. The Waterbury location is the best one.

Bought several hundred dollars worth of stuff, and got a defective vaporizer. It was only a few days old, and hadnt been used more than six times. Kept having to increase temperature, and it would stay up. It finally died and they are unwilling to stand behind there product.When we originally went to get the vaporizer, they didnt have one in store, so manager was suppose to bring one from another store, and call us when it was in. He never called, so we called him, and he forgot to bring it. You would think he would have gone to get it. No, we had to wait!!We finally get it and it doesnt work right. They wont take it back or give us a store credit. Even online shops are willing to consider a store credit, and so far are much more reliable then this store. Online and offline.Disappointed with this company!! I bought it for medical purposes (chronic sever pain), so there lack of cooperation was even more frustrating.

Great location and selection! A little pricey but worthwhile because of the great selection and friendly staff whom are friendly to the customer!

The kid at the counter asked if he could scan our ID as entering the store. NO! was my response. I couldnt turn around quick enough! Sheesh!

Over priced Chinese seconds and snarky counter help and everyone is carded and scanned for shoplifting doesnt exactly feel like a safe place to shop

Went in there to look around with some friends and was just looking at my phone and this lady behind the counter started screaming at me, accusing me of taking a picture and told me I was breaking the law. Very rude here. Don’t waste your time.

Sold me $150 vape combo kit for oil/herb. I wouldve bought the $60 one but the girl (red look good hair, thin, forgot her name but shes always at Essex) She told me it had a warranty and they carried the accessories. It worked a total of 4 times that night then I think the coil broke. We went the next Korn to buy replacement and they had none and wouldnt be getting anytime soon. The same girl said wed be better off ordering online. The best part, no company warranty on this particular model unlike the story the sales girl gave me! I got ripped off royally! Beware
