The recent remodel was greatly needed and it feels and looks cleaner and more high quality. Makes spending the 8.50 per ticket seem more reasonable. Concession are expensive ($13 for a medium combo) but it comes with a free refill on both the popcorn and drink. If you dont use the refill then you can bring your bag and drink back the next time and use it then. We love this option!
Went with my grandson to see the new Star Wars movie, first time for me since they made their changes to the entryway. It was very smooth, good flow of the line for getting in. I noticed also the sound system during the movie as if I was right there. I love the Star Wars movies! And great to see them when they first come out on at the cinema.
Purchased tickets to the VIP lounge specifically to avoid sitting with young (under 10) children. Got in and sat down and a family with kids all under 10 came in and sat right next to us! Went to the lobby to inquire about the no one under 16 statement on the website. Was told they normally dont let kids under 16 in the VIP lounge but sometimes they do...purchasing the VIP tickets here is a rip off! I dont go to the movies often but when I do, I like to enjoy the movie, not spend the time listening to kids. I wont come back. I would rather drive to Twin Falls where they know what no_one under 16 means!
I loved the new look. Very friendly staff and crisp clean interior. Inviting concession stand. I wanted to stay for a second show after wards. Easily seen from the road and well advertised. Will return very soon. Theater wad clean and cooled.

The remodel has made the movie going experience at century Stadium 5 much more enjoyable in the winter and during the windy springtime.
This is the nicest theater I’ve been in and it even has a theater full of reclining seats that is for 16 and up to keep it more quiet so you can focus on the movie you came to see. The service is amazing and the price isn’t bad. This theater is the best place to watch the newest movies that come out.
Century Cinema 5 is easily the best movie theater in Burley. Because its the only one really. There is a small one screen theater downtown, and that is only for $2. And it only plays movies that have already been out for a long time. But century Cinema 5 is great. Reasonable prices. All the amenities you can imagine at the concession stand. I highly recommend this as a date night.
On February 27, 2020 my wife and I attended Jumanji 2. It was a very slow night as there was only one other couple sitting in the audience. During the previews the picture quality was very blurry, so before the movie started I went and told the staff that the picture was out of focus and needed adjusted. I returned to my seat and the movie began, however the picture quality had not been fixed. After about 15 minutes a very nice employee approached us in our seats and very kindly explained that they are unable to fix the picture quality and they would be willing to offer us a refund if we left now, or if we wanted to stay they would give us passes to return again. My wife and I agreed to just stay and get the passes, since we had already hired a baby sitter and only get a date night like this maybe 3 times a year due to my work. We continued to watch the movie and a short time later a different female entered the theater and stood at the entrance (im assuming she is a manager) and yelled something that could not be understood so she walked closer to us and very loudly shouted, If you stay through the entire movie I am not giving you a refund or passes. confused by this my wife motioned for the manager to come speak with her to get clarification, since that contradicted what we had just been told. (keep in mind, we had already hired a baby sitter for both our children, and my wife is 6 months pregnant.) The manager approached us and pointed her finger at my wife and yelled in a very condescending tone I am not giving you passess if you stay through this entire movie. My wife then tried to explain that she didnt feel that was fair since we had already dedicated alot of time and money to watch this movie, however before she was able to explain her self, the manager cut her off and yelled the same phrase she already yelled at us previously. My wife (being pregnant) began to cry and I asked the manager if we could speak outside. My wife feeling so embarresed left the theater and I stayed to speak with the manager. She handed me passes and I explained our situation and told her I felt her behaviour was very unprofessional and rude. And instead of offering a sincere apology she offered an excuse of I just have a loud voice and sound like im always yelling. Just felt like we were mistreated. I dont expect anything free or any handouts, I would just like a company to back up any service they provide. And if they cant do that, then they should try and make it right. Instead of making you feel like you are a burden on them.
We like the remodeled entrance that allows you to get out of the weather while waiting to buy a ticket.

Small town Movie Theater feel. Tickets are cheaper than the bigger theaters in larger cities. Concessions are reasonable priced. Bought collector popcorn buckets that you can refill whenever you go to this Theater or the $2 theater in town for a little over $3. Currently remodeling and the theater we were in had new seats.

A great place, good service, and expensive refills? They had a sign that said free refills for small drinks and popcorns. I wait in a long line and they say it will be $2 something. On the sign it said a refill for tubs would be two something not small - large bags of popcorn. A misleading sign. PLEASE fix so it isnt misleading.
The area I was in smelled like old pee. So that was fun.

I always come to this theater, very clean, great concessions, and nice staff. Today 04/20 I was taken back a bit, there’s a girl that sells the tickets very nice and you could tell she knows what she’s doing. I go to concessions and I thought there was going to be the same energy from the ticket girl would be the same with the concession girls and it wasn’t, nothing terribly bad just not the friendliest, and not as “up beat” as the other gal. Just hope this girl gets acknowledged for her work that’s all! Overall great experience!! Btw Shazam is great!

This is a quaint movie theater. The stadium seating is comfortable and our seats were clean and not smell musty.
Becuase they got red vines in again!
Basic theaters. Long concession wait time. But what is the most frustrating is the fact that they don’t play any movies rated above PG13 more than a week and at odd times. But if a Disney movie comes out, it’ll be showed for over a month. Try doing family night. But don’t forget about your adult viewers in this area. At this point, I’ll just start waiting for the movies to come out on Redbox.

Love the VIP seating. Way worth the extra money. Snacks are fresh. Bathrooms clean and stocked. Plenty of parking. The summer movies for kids are great. Its a great summer community service for families.
So is it true that kids under 16 are not allowed in the VIP room? It doesnt say that anywhere on the website nor on the wall at the cinema. They just refused service because of age, while with an adult to the movie. Who owns this place been waiting all week to see this movie.

My preferred place to see a movie. In town and a very friendly staff. Was in Twin Falls earlier and could have seen Captain Marvel on a bigger screen but would have paid more and not seen my friends. Tonight it was Billy and crew, always happy I opted for Century Cinema 5 in Burley!
The tickets are relatively cheap, at least for the matinee. $5.75 each as of July 2017. They have booster chairs so the kids can sit on theatre seats and theyre concessions are decent as well. There was caramel popcorn, although we didnt get any. We loved going there!

Friendly staff and always have good movies to see. They are fair priced and we have always had good parking. It would be nice if there was a little more leg room in the theater but either way we will still keep going to the movies here.
It is a really good place to movies and to get good snacks and then its close to other fast food restaurants if you are still hungry afterwards.

Tried to take my wife and granddaughter to Jumanji, but it was nearly sold out and couldnt find 2 remaining seats next to each other. We started to leave and the manager said he happily would refund our money, but asked if we wanted to see another movie instead. I dont know if every theater is this accommodating, but we thought it was nice. The tickets are cheaper here than the other movie theaters in our area as well.
This place is not good. The owner is very rude. Just read the comments about him trying to kick out people with service animals too. Makes sense now. The theater is Way to Hot. It messy and sticky. The VIP rooms are the same as the 1990s sets. Watched a movie last week in another state, they had full lazy boy reclining sets with your own button to call on your personal waiter to take your order in thier full stocked kitchen and bar. Paid 22 dollars for tickets and 30 for a full course meal with drinks. This place is old and either needs to join the 21 century or close. If you read any comment on the owner begin rude, know its 100% true. It looks like its been under construction for about 2 years with no real updates, just putting in a new door. If you are out of towners Do NOT spend your money here. The owner will try and run you off anyway with threats, promises to call the police and fines of $500 without even telling you his name. Would give no stars if I could.
Maybe the best theater in Burley. Top 2 for sure. If go here for all my theater viewing needs. You wanna see a movie? They do that. You wanna eat popcorn? They do that. You want everything done by enthusiastic high schoolers...well, they are high schoolers. Enthusiasm might cost extra depending on what drama is happening being the counter.

A great place to watch a good movie. Their popcorn is very good with extra butter, Their combos are quite spendy. They just remodel the inside, they also have a VIP theater. (You have to check it out.) I fell asleep my first time in their VIP because they have comfortable seats.
Who in the right mind closes a theater on a holiday? When I went on your website it said that you were going to have a afternoon showing. We the get or large family together and get a babysitter for the baby , and head over just to find out your website was wrong. Now I have very mad kids and a mad wife. I will probably never attend this movie theater due to this issue.
Last night my boyfriend and I decided we wanted to go to the late show of Guardians of the Galaxy.. the show started at 9:45 and we ended up getting there around 10:00 We figured credits went for about 10 minutes so wed only be about 5-10 minutes late... we went in and there were three works standing by the concession in a circle we went in and asked how late we were and the told us FORTY MINUTES.. which was a lie. In no way would they start the movie early??? They lied to us and wouldnt even sell us a ticket. Once we went to the car we saw the three workers leave.. so they didnt want to make another sell because they wanted to leave? RIDICULOUS.

They have done a great job keeping prices low and the theatre screens and seats in great shape. Lots of updates. I am a big fan of this theater. Best part is they sell dip and dot ice cream.I have also been able to do private company screenings for a very reasonable price as well.

A burley staple. Decent theater but seats a little uncomfortable. Bathroom is ridiculously tiny and uncomfortable when busy.
Owner harrassed me in lobby. went to movies on Saturday night. I have physical disabilities that require a service animal. Bought tickets with a friend and went to stand in the popcorn line. The owner gets right in my face yelling at me that I cannot take my service dog into his theater. I explained my situation with my dog that I needed him to be able to walk. He just kept yelling at me over and over threatening to call the police; he also stated the federal law has changed and service dogs are not allowed on planes or in any kind of business any more. (I just flew on a plane the previous Sunday and Tuesday with my service dog) I finally got upset and stated I would not leave and instructed him to call 911 get the police there so he can be educated. By this time the entire lobby was staring, it was embarrassing and threatening and drew unnecessary attention to us. My friend and I were so upset that we did not enjoy the movie. I then made a formal complaint at the Burley Sheriff’s department against the owner as well as the theater for discrimination to persons with disabilities. Also I was advised to put in a formal complaint with Department of Justice to open an active case on harassment and refusal to accept persons with disabilities in a public place of business. The next step I was told to do was file a civil law suit for harassment. I will do this and go to court if the owner does this a second time. I have always brought my service dog with me into this theater with no issues. Trained service animals DO NOT pose a threat to anyone. THEY ARE TRAINED to help persons with physical and mental disabilities. This guy better get a clue and fast. He owns a business that serves the public. What he did is punishable by federal law with a fine into the thousands of dollars if the DOJ processes this incident to the fullest extent.

I came in on November 22nd to purchase 4 gift certificates and when I approached the box office area the girl had a very rude additude, like I was waiting her time. She directed me to the concession area where I waited over 15 min to be helped by the same girl who was obviously very annoyed and fustrated. I was alittle confused about the price she quoted us because I thought she added on tax so I asked her and she proceeded to roll her eyes and explain to me basic math in a rude tone. I am not impressed or happy with my service at all. I understand they are busy, but that is no excuse to be rude to your customers. I also asked for her name and she refused to answer me. I will not be back to this theater, I will make the drive to twin where I know the employees are always willing to help me and are kind. If I could 0 stars I would.

WOW!! The people in this town are incredible! I drive truck for a living and had some time before my next load. I decided to go see Deadpool 2. So I parked my truck at Loves and walked to the movie theater about 2.5 miles away. Watched and enjoyed the movie. I had planned to uber back as I dont like walking in the dark. But as I was waiting for the app to find me a driver an employee (it may have been the owner) of the theater came out to say there was no uber as this is a small town. And offered me a ride back to Loves.Thank you to the theater employee and the young man he had give me the ride. You helped remind me that there are still kind people in this world.
Its great for its size, but more variety in the films it shows would be nice. You can always count on seeing the blockbusters, though. Great prices and the VIP theater is fantastic!
