I love how big this park is you can walk the trail for awhile almost feel like its wrapped around Burleson which is cool you can travel it an get places. I believe every area should have a. Park that covers their city.Wild life is all around even for being in the city area which is nice this park cant be missed.Check it out take a walk, jog, walk the dogs, even throw some frisbees Im not sure what the game is called but looks fun. I see you can fish here as well never have one day.Over all Id say go check it out.

Such a peaceful where I can sit and eat or think or choose to take a walk. I enjoy seeing people with their dogs and kids or maybe fishing. I always catch a smile or two, and we need that every day.

Its really a real nice place to take the family its for fishing jogging bike ride theres a concrete path all the way around the little lake lots of trails an they keep the lake stocked with a variety of fish added a real nice pavilion with bathrooms if you havent chk it out.

Great views, amazing walkpaths, best place for picnics, good scenery for pictures and there is a fricken disc golf course. This place is a must see.

Nice park, they keep it clean and there are plenty of trails to walk or bike. I like to come out here with my daughter and feed the ducks. Theres also a nearby Disc Golf course that looks to be very well done.

Its a very nice park and a good place to take my dog walking on his leash. The lake is really cute as well complete with ducks. Theres also plenty of tables for picnics. I will be returning with my fur baby Spike for a nice walk.

Great place to visit. Fishing is slow bit some nibbles. An trails r nice.

Always clean and friendly park members. However, the city needs to do a better job at stocking the fish and lighting the running path at night. Thats all

My family and I love going to Bailey! Its so cleaned and beautiful always great for a walk, picnic, or fishing. One of our favorite spot.

Great place to go for a walk and see some nature. I feel bad for the people that dont know you can buy fish at the store, but as the saying goes, if you teach a fish how to catch humans, then that fish will never have to...well, ah.

Took our grandbabies, here from CA, fishing at Bailey Lake because ...I want to go back to that super cool place we went last time and catch another really really big fish again. Bailey Lake is even famous in CA.

We love to take our kids for all kinds of activities @ Bailey lake. The sidewalks are smooth and large enough for the kids to ride their scooters. They seem to clearing more land and adding amenities so maybe there are future plans for this little lake. The fishing is mediocre.

If youre looking to fish this is a great spot, youll find blue gill and catfish mostly, some being upwards of 7 inches. All around a great atmosphere, with lots of people.

My husband and I wanted to find some new parks to explore in our local area. So we did a Google search & found a list of a few close by.Bailey Lake Park has a nice trail for walking, running, or biking. There were also a lot of families out there fishing. It was also nice to see Dads out there with their sons.This park is also an amazing location for anyone wanting to do a photoshoot or just enjoy taking pics of nature.

So many duckie ducks. Quack quack quack. So cuddley and cute. Hung around the edge of the water sadly saw some trash in the water, dont worry I picked it up and removed it from the water to protect the duckies and fishies. Amazing park, great smells. No mean spiders.

Peaceful big ol pond..Plus the course is challenging with mostly tree hazards. You gotta be waaaaay off to hit the lake buuuut it happens.

Great place too get your morning run, fishing fix, or just a picnic at the park. Also has discgolf which my late son Dakota Birdwell loved so much.

Played the 9 hole disc golf course. Its a recreational level. Mostly shady.

This is a cute little park, perfect for dog training and a bike ride.

There is a increase in dog owners disregarding the park policy for keeping dogs on leashes. Today a woman with many children let her dog loose to run. This dog almost crashed into a bike rider. The dog even then was not put on a leash. Watch for loose dogs.

Was pretty good took the boys fishing we fought about 15 bluegill in two hours.

While the Parks. And Rec Director, Mark March and, put this wonderful park experience together a while back, my 1st Time here was Tuesday evening... I have been back twice since walking the entire trail and its only Friday. Whether you like to fish or just enjoy a beautiful, winding trail, Bailey Lake Park is your spot.

A nice place. Offers a variety of choices: both a paved path for strollers and long trails for those who prefer to get lost in the wilderness, and still stay close to home.

My family really enjoys this park, its not crowded and is very relaxing. I enjoy the trails that it has as well, some pavement and some that make you feel just like youre in nature.

Nice pond and trails, a couple of ponds actually to fish and a hidden creek!

Oh I love our family friendly park! It is very well maintained and that makes me so proud to be from Burleson! There are a regular crew of morning walkers and a lady named Mary is training for a 29 mile marathon in New York. I love all the friendly faces and worry alittle when one is missing. Only thing, I wish everyone picked up their dogs poo

You can go fishing here but... Your lucky if you ever get a bite

Well kept public park with walking/biking trails. We love the fishing pier and the serenity of the lake. Theres lots of beautiful natural wildlife, but please note the signs about the snakes and insects. Its nature at its naturiesness :)

Great fishing

Nice small community park. There is one small covered area that had been taken over by what appeared to be a gender reveal party so toy may not have an option of even sitting in that area. You can bring your dog but must keep it on a leash & there are bags along the paths to clean up after them. Just be careful walking the path around the lake as I slipped & fell on a muddy part of the path.

Lake is great but needs more parking

This is a nice little park. I enjoyed riding my bike with my husband until I ran off the road. Luckily I didnt get hurt much.

It is a very nice park but I believe there should be restrooms on the other side when you bring your children too far of a walk.they get very tired easily or there should be a bridge built across the lake to just walk straight across .

A great relaxing lake and park in the midst of growing Burleson. Concrete trail connecting Chisenhall Fields is good for walking or cycling.

Its a great little park with walking trails and a very nice picnic shelter with fireplace. It does need a little trash clean up around the back edge of the pond and the back area in general. Highly enjoyed my walk and plan to come back again.

On a cool, sunny day the park is great for hiking, jogging, or fishing. On a rainy or cold day Im not so sure as I havent visited during those weather conditions. Will have to report back
