Called to view a home they said call before 4:30 Friday... called Friday and the same lady asked me 2 times about why I’m calling after explaining I talked to her on Monday and what I was doing and had an attitude while asking then said she didn’t talk to me and kept asking why I was calling and it was her place she doesn’t wish to lease to an asshole like me so I told her I rather not lease from a bit h like her ... obviously this lady doesn’t care about her property if it is hers ... runs it like a lazy high schooler working at sonic who doesn’t wanna be there

I moved my mobile home from another park to this one in May 2019. Marta, the office mgr, could not have made my move and my expectations any better than they already are! I absolutely love Buffalo Ridge! The best sleep I have had in the last 9 years...very quiet...very respectful neighbors...I know I made the right move when I came here..absolutely no regrets!! Marta is a very courteous and conscientious manager and Buffalo Ridge owners should know she does a good job!!

The people are nice and its very quiet and the park mgr is sweet!

I been living here for 3years Mrs. Marta is wonderful and the most beautiful lady you will ever meet. Mrs Theresa was awesome also but she is no longer with us. This management is helpful reliable and very well kept community. There is no better place to live country or city wide.Erin Spicer

The office manager has been very helpful. Pool is very clean open 6 days a week. The grounds nicely kept. Has really improved since my last visit with friends that had lived here before. It is quiet and well monitored which made me feel safe lu ung here. Thumbs up to management and crew

I dont live there, Ill go visit my grandkids time to timeIts on the feeder Road off of 35Dont know about rent ( they have rental mobile homes and you can bring your own.They have a lot of kids out thereA small swimming pool.Your kids can ride the school bus there.He had to walk a little bit

Very nice, clean and homey mobile home park...quiet and they have an in ground pool!! Id say it is the nicest mobile home park in the Burleson area. Beautiful homes as well!!

I bought a home here a year ago and love it for my family. I have amazing neighbors, the community is monitored closely and kept extremely clean and maintained. I have referred several families , single moms and dads. I enjoy the pool and rose garden in the summer , tree lines driveway, country living with the convenience of Burleson City and Burleson ISD. Love it !!!

The manger Martha is very horrible!! I dont recomend to live here people move out more than they do to move in. Manager also is making a side hustle in the office to fix Hispanics papers!!

SCAAMMM!!!i do not know how this place has not been reported to the BBC BE VERY VERY CAFEFUL HERE, We were practiclly gvien a moble home with out jobs, (we had just moved to the area) literally we walked in and had no jobs just a pocket full of money, and they ACTUALLY FINANCED US A HOME....needless to say we got jobs and yes i will say it was in a quiet area, far from any city life life was moving on, the HOUSE PAYMENT WAS LOW...THE LOT RENT WAS almost double our house payment, but we figured oh well no biggie...UNTILL 4 MONTHS into the lease the lot rent was raised, and again 3 months later was raised ... and YET AGAIN 3 MONTHS ANOTHER RAISE.... in the mean time we are like gezz get us off this property ... but we were told NOPE CANT DO IT... Must stay here (untill the day we moved out then we were told we could take the moble home!!! WOW!!)FINALLY GAVE UP IT WAS JUST ENTIRELY TO EXPENSIVE FOR A MOBLE HOME THAT AFTER A YEAR FELL APART LIKE A LEGO HOUSE!!MOVED AND AWAITED WORD FROM THIS BANK OR FINANCE CO THAT WE NOW SUPPOSIDLY OWE 30,000$ TO......4 YEARS LATER......WE HAVE NEVER HEARD OR SEEN ANYTHING ON OUR CREDIT THERE IS ABSOLUTLY NO RECORD THAT WE TRIED TO BUY/LOST OR PAID ANY MONEY FOR THIS HOME.....NOTHING nO WHERE AND WE PAID ON THIS HOME FOR 3 YEARS!! hummmm......it catered primarily to illegal immigrants... posile reason for such good reviews, the pool is totally full of nothing but spanish non english speaking residantsAVOID AT ALL COST THEY WILL DO THIER BEST TO DRAIN YOU DRY THEN BOOT YOU
