Went with some friends to celebrate a birthday and was pleased with the choices and staff. We had a great time everyone was really helpful and it was a really neat place.

My son and I absolutely LOVED this place. The prices are reasonable, there is a variety to choose from, and you can be as creative as youd like. My son is only 4 and still had a great time. It was nice and clean and we went early so we had the place to ourselves. I will definitely be returning with friends soon.

We had a birthday party for my daughter and it was hands down the best place weve had a party yet. We loved every second and it didnt break the bank. Will absolutely be coming back and recommending to everyone.

Pretty little pottery painting studio... Nothing different from the average place. Went for a birthday party. The staff was mediocre... Friendly but not interactive. They gave me mildly irritated looks when I requested extra paint ...however they didnt give the girls enough to begin with. One small dollop doesnt give them the three coats they were instructed to put on their animal. They accommodated cake and facilitated gift opening. They didnt provide any decorations or paper products like plates or napkins. Its tucked away in a business office with not much parking available and all of it on the street. I think they have potential, but I probably wont drive the distance to go there again. Might be better as a grown up activity.

Great experience! Fun night with a friend. Highly recommend if you want to try something new. You dont have to be super creative or artsy .

I love the Art Barn. They have great kids nights and family nights where everyone has a great time. I highly recommend taking your kids there a s painting some pottery.

Went for a birthday party and had a lot of fun; however we have waited over a month to get our finished crafts, and now I am told they lost mine. VERY DISAPPOINTED. :(

Really neat place! There are lots of options for people of all skill levels to choose from. The owner is very sweet and helpful.

I went with family members on December 23rd, and we created some fused glass pieces. I was told they would be ready to pick up in two weeks, three weeks at the latest. I called three weeks later. I was told the pieces were not ready and it would be two more weeks. I called two weeks later. Pieces were still not ready. I called about a dozen times and was consistently told that they would be put in the kiln the next day. The pieces were not ready until April 5th - 3 1/2 MONTHS later! And, to top it off, they broke one of the pieces.That being said, it was a neat studio, and the employees were friendly. Had it actually only taken 2 or 3 weeks, I would have given it 5 stars.

I love this place. They are all so nice. My son loved coming here to create his masterpieces

Im shocked at these bad reviews! Ive never had a problem here. They once had a problem with the kiln and my pottery melted. However, they let me re-make it and keep the parts of the pottery that survived the kiln (I made coasters). I always had a ton of fun, good service from the workers, and the prices arent terrible either. I highly recommend this as something different and fun to do!

The new owners are amazing and very personable!! Love the ideas and their helpful feedback!I recommend everyone giving the new owners a chance!

They chipped my mug, never called me, and then threw away a clay impression.... $50, waste of time, and they were incredibly unprofessional!

The worst customer service I have ever seen. They were very rude. Its been over 3 months and I have not recieved my paintings or my money back. They refuse to help me or return my phone calls. Im a military mom and we have tried everything. I will NEVER return and have let everyone know how terrible they are. I hope the are out of business soon.
