First Bank service excellence is not new to this community.Me and my family have had nothing but a great experience with this establishment and all of its personnel, since i first opened an account in 1965.There has been changes along the way and we still enjoy the same personal service at any of the locations that we visit,no matter what the financial business.Thank you to each of You,past & present.

First Bank, Burkburnett, TX is everything a bank should be. It is staffed with friendly, knowledgeable, very helpful people. Being a small town, it is probably easier to get to know the folks at our local bank, but I am certain they would treat everyone the same no matter how large. We have been associated with this bank for many, ,many years and have always been pleased with our experiences.

I have AWAYS had good service at the Burkburnett branch. They are very helpful, friendly every time I go inside and even through the drive threw. I have been with First Bank since, approximately, 1982. I will continue my business with them. Thanks First Back for an awesome job.

All the people at First Bank in Burkburnett are fantastic. All of them have helped me and my wife Angela out in so many ways. One that comes to mind is the credit card replacement(for what ever reason), this process is now totally painless and very fast, thanks First Bank. On occasion I have cashed checks or made deposits at other branches in Wichita Falls and the personnel are all first rate and extremely friendly. We have been with First Bank for over 20 years and have no plans to move our accounts to any other establishment.

First Bank in Burk ROCKS! When I walk in there, I feel as though I am treated like family! I really do. When I went in earlier this week, I had not been in this branch in a while, and Carrie G. helped me and she was incredibly helpful and so friendly. She asked about my family, by name, and I really dont know Carrie well. So NICE. Jake, Brandon, they all greeted me by name and I just love this bank!

Called with an issue about setting up a recurring payment and was greeted and helped quickly. I am currently out of pocket but not sure if my issue was totally fixed but they explained that it could take another source to fix my issue. Thanks,Don Nixon

Mostly use the drive thru. The people that work there are very friendly. They greet me by name and as a friend instead of just a customer.

Tried to pay our house bill on our husband’s card. Brought in proof of marriage, card and Id, bank refused to transfer the payment.

We started banking with First National before 1952, 50 of those years from California and whatever under the name First Bank. Several times we had needs and we were always helped and accommodated. We have had 3 Local banks for getting checks cashed locally before the wifi era, but none have been so helpful. That is the reason we continue banking there.

When my father moved to TX he opened an account here and added me to it (at least he thought he did with his interaction with them). A year later he had a stroke and I had to start managing his finances. The bank said I was not on the account. I told the lady I talked to that he was in a home, there was no notary there, but I could have a witness sign for any signatures. She said she would get back to me the next morning. Next morning came and went with no contact. Drove back to the bank after work. She said I had to get paperwork notarized. I told her again that there was no notary there, he was 2.5 hours away and that I visit him on weekends (when banks are closed). She gave me a stack of papers showing a bunch of places he had to initial and sign (a person that just had a stroke...). I asked where the notary was supposed to verify all this, she told me on a separate piece of paper (she obviously had no clue...a notary cant verify my signature by notarising a separate piece of paper). So now i have a stack of paper with no place for a notary to sign, that is supposed to be notarized, but the girl I am dealing with has no idea where...just a response from her that she is not familiar with what notaries do. I wound up just removing most of the money from the account and putting it in a different bank by having him sign one check..with no notary, initials, etc...

The automated system doesnt give an option for an operator. You have to know someones name. If you dont, you wont ever get to speak to a csr. Customer service doesnt exist at FB.

Randy Brewster is the president at that bank but he is also a city councilmen who can tell two tells.I had a person steal my credit card and used it at a first bank teller machine as a bank president he informed me they saved video for six months.It turned out that the person who stoled my credit card family had friends in city government.Later as a city councilmen he informed me that they only kept video for 3o days.Which is it Mr.Brewster?
