The employees look miserable which reflects the management. Management is rude and the bathrooms are dirty

Gym is awesome and very clean. Lots of activities held year round and very friendly and helpful staff

Went for a baby shower. Seems to be a popular place to have parties because there were 4 others going on at the same time. Well spaced as each room has private bathroom and kitchen area. If I lived in this area I would book parties here.

Great location for a gathering. Swimming pool option was a hit with our families.

The “The Jonas Brothers” who were in charge of closing the facility tonight, could have been more professional when asking us to leave the gym today. We have rented a room for a party and did not know we couldn’t use the gym (two adults, two teenagers and two toddlers). We were simply playing a basketball game with the kids. Two employees (identical/twins) approach us with an aggressive attitude and told us “We couldn’t be there” because we weren’t allowed. Understandable, our mistake, but could have more professional in his approach. It almost seemed as he wanted to punch my brother because he got close to his face. Easily, he could have said, “Hey guys, hate to break the bad news, but you guys are not allowed at the because it wasn’t part of the package for the party. Sorry.” That simple.

Water park is closed. It would be great if they could heat the pool & put a roof on it. Year round swimming. Nice

The water park isn’t really the best. The water is freezing cold and they really don’t have heaters. Residents have to pay 8 dollars each, which is insane because most bigger water parks that I go to you only have to pay 3-5 dollars for being a resident. The lifeguards are very rude. During the adult swim, the lifeguards leave the pool and cut in front of everyone on the waterslides which is really unfair. Last time I went to Burbank water park I’ve had 7 or 8 life guards go in front of me on the water slides. Also they’re only open until 7 o’clock on week days and on weekends 7:30 pm. I really hope that Burbank Water Park improves.

Clean .empty.Burbank tax payers should get some sort of discount.nice place.

Place is great, customer service is not. Theyll be nice to you when youre signing a contract for a party hosting and paying your dues, but they seem to forget that by the time the party starts

My 9 year old son who knows how to swim and wanted to try the diving board before went on the diving board and dove in. He then began to drown and his mother and all the other people at the pool were screaming at the lifeguard Joe for help and he was adjusting his glasses. When my nephew finally got the lifeguards attention he said that my son wasn’t drowning. Luckily my nephew went on the diving board with my son so he was able to save him. I highly suggest you don’t bring you child down to the Burbank pool for your kids safety.

Its fairly busy all the time , sometimes water is dirty, but the new slides are really cool especially the closed one

I love it its so muvh fun, you have 2 slides that are awesome also if you older there is a very deep pool and if you a kid they also have 3 feet pool for you or 4 feet for babies there is a pool tooo and enjoy the gybln pool!!! :p

We got there at 5pm only to find out that the pool will close at 6pm. Because we are not residents of the area, we were charged full price. That wasnt the problem, we understood the price for non residents however, they charged full price even if they were closing in an hour! Just not right. Should of been a discount.

***READ THIS REVIEW ***DANGER**A man attempted to lure my daughter to him under the gazebo at Owens park. Luckily I was parked in the car windows down listening watching her.Called Police they came quickly and we just left I don’t want her to be subjected to courts and etc.Brief explanation of what happened,I let her stay after dark to play And As i said I was right there watching.That was my 1st mistake. Never let your kids go to park late Wich is closed anyways after dark,and really think hard about letting them go alone in the daytime period. He constantly for about 3-4 minutes tried to get her to come to him where he was sitting at gazebo.Using terms like hey come over here hey I know you hear me why are you ignoring me this went on for couple minutes yes that long. But here’s the part that put this guy in the phedophile child luring category. He used words that a groomer would use.Hey kid you do you have problems at home,do you have family,is there something bothering you do you wana talk. I was seconds away from getting out from the car and dealing with him I heard enough and suddenly then he said and did something that scared my daughter enough to make her run to the car. He changed his voice to a deep voice and said,hey! I know you hear me!Why are you ignoring me come over here!She ran to the car and I stayed parked there for 5 minutes frozen on what to do.Confront him or 911. I allowed him to continue attempting to lure her to him for 3-4 minutes to see her reaction will she do as I taught her scream run etc. that was why if your wondering why he was allowed to talk to her for so long without me intervening. He was about 20ft away sitting down I was right there so she was safe Plus I wanted to to see how far he’s willing to go.We live in the area and hell ya I wana see if this guy is luring a kid. If he did it once he’ll do it again and has done it before.That’s my point. But when he changed his voice and demanded she come to him that was it.Ok this guy is 100% grooming and luring.I called police.I felt bad for my daughter from me allowing him to continue to creep her out as I sat in the car but I took it as a great learning experience for her and me and so did she as she told me.That made me feel better. Police were there in 1 minute. We been here 20 years in the area they’ve always been like this,quick to come when you need them.That was good. We told them what happened and we left. I didn’t wana let him see her face better and you know didn’t wana put her through anything more so I hoped the police would take his info make sure they got his picture and just keep him in the file.An incident report would be sufficient. If there’s ever a call about a guy matching his description who attempted to talk to little girls in Burbank Well there’s 1 guy you can go check out. Burbank is safe. More then the further suburbs. It was a incident that happens every where.A police car is always passing by somewhere close in all the areas and especially schools and parks.The point Of this post was to wake parents up. I always see little kids walking around alone. Way To young. Left alone at parks. God forbid had I not been there how far he was willing to go. He was adamant in her Coming over to talk to him. Watch the kids and keep your eye out right down suspicious cars plates keep an eye on someone looking odd like a someone staring at kids at Parks or pools checking out houses cars etc. Criminals hate areas that are under surveillance by the neighborhood.This review wasn’t about the pool.Burbank pool is a nice place for kids. I put 1 Star so people can read it.This incident happened at Owens par near 78th leclaire Laramie area.

Real nice place to go on a hot summer day. Awesome for kids and adults with the adult swim every hour. Love the diving boards for kids to jump and flip off of. Slides are fun to race with each other. Sometimes can get boring with the limited activities that are there. Overall a fun place to be.

Me and my daughter have season pass to the water park. We noticed on one of those times one of the lifeguard put a kid on time out ! Facing the wall for more than 10 minutes..i believe it was alittle to much. Other then that we enjoy the place . stuff is friendly. Place is clean

Great little pool venue to try out. The pool is pretty big with a section for little kids and board diving. The lifeguards and staff are very nice (except for one of their managers, she seems to take her job a little too seriously in my opinion). Its $12 for adults non-residents. A little high for just a pool, bunch of tanning chair beds, and a kids area I think. But they do play music all the time and have a little concession area where you can buy food and drinks. They used to have two nice big slides but they took that down this summer, idk why :(Anwyays, I love this place and so should you, I am definitely coming back!

Great improvement over what was there before. The play area for kids is great! Lots for kids to play on. Even a large covered pavilion to sit and watch the kids or for a family picnic.

Very very disappointed in the pool. They decided to tear the waterslide down right in spring just before they open. The water is very cold. Not what you would expect from a suburban pool. Dont waist your money. Staff was just ok not very friendly BTW I am a resident

The pool is a good sizes with two diving boards and a section for the toddler and infants

I love this place but I want, SO bad, to rate it low so nobody else goes! The kids pool is so much fun for my littles and the slide is great for my bigs and the diving board is fun for all, but the fact that I can get food here too...!

Nice pool terrible lifeguards, a kid was drowning and the life guard took forever to come at this time a little kid was helping the other kid who was drowning when the life guard came and kicked him out the pool and yelled at him saying this is my job. The kid had said he was only trying to help the life guard left and had nothing to say.

The gym is clean, everyone one is respectful and never overcrowded.

Well kept facilities and the fusion building is large enough to have a lot going on.
