Great place for children activities. Lots of parking, handicapped accessible. Secure check in of parents and children. If your badge stamp does not match the badge stamp of the child leaving with you, no exit is allowed. Further proof is needed to gain exit. I think that this system is great and prevents mix ups, lost children etc. Youre greeted at the door by a life sized Chucky cheese character, music is playing, an assortment of prize toys are set up near the entrance and there are various ways to purchase the tickets which allows your children to play various games. Theres simulated race car driving, skiing,, dunking the basket ball, skeet ball, wheel of chances, matching games for toddlers. Theres a salad bar for adults and children. Individual personal Pizza as well as full sized pizzas with various toppings in addition to plain cheese. There were three Birthday parties beginning at the time of our arrival . The monitors for each section had videos of children learning a Chucky Cheese Line dance. The children appeared to love this activity as I observed lots of laughter, smiles and over 95% participation by the youth. Restrooms clean, child friendly staff.

The best $5 value for pizza anywhere. Chuck E. Cheese offers orders to go and they are even selling cotton candy and a variety of the prizes you would normally need tickets to purchase with. The employees are friendly and the orders are processed quickly.

We had fun, place is clean Staff was friendly, especially Emma :) she was super attentive. I wish you could get more for your tickets tho, sucks to spend like $100 and get some toys that you can just buy from the 99 cent store.

I waited an over an hour for my food after I spend 53 dollars for food and play points and the place wasnt super packed. 6 machines my daughter tried to play werent working. Some that worked wouldnt give tickets after the game. The floor had a lot of trash on the floor. My daughter loves Chuck and during our whole time there he didnt even show up once. I gave this 2 stars instead of one since my daughter loved the stickers she got at the end of the night.

Great place for little kid birthdays

Pretty good for kids. Took my nephew here and he absolutely loved it! Great value for money and the pizza wasnt too bad.

We were there about 2.5 hours , my son was playing, before eaving he asked for to go fries , ordered it, it took more than 40 min , I went to check if it is ready or not, they said another 20 min, need to mention that meanwhile was waiting in front of kitchen for fries , i just saw couple of pizzas served on tables after 20 min my husband went to check they said they are busy , after some discussion they offered store credit and my husband got upset and asked for refund at the same time a young gentelman with a box of fries appeared and handed it to him and that he could enjoy a free fries. My son grabbed the box and wanted to have them but they were cold. Not sure how long they were sitting in the box so within 7 min we ended up to nearest Burger kings to get fries....It is better you enjoy your free fries... watch your words and be nice....

My family always come here whenever we have small achievements to celebrate. We like it here because their service is fast but precise.

Over all the experience varies from day to day. If you go on a busy day it could be dismal. If you go knowing the pizza could take anywhere from 20 mins to an hour to get to your table and you know how to use the play cards to your advantage, you should be good.

Inge atmosphere is family friendly. I feel that my kid is safe as the security is good.

Today we had a birthday party at 4pm table for 2 hours. Half of the food came 5:45pm rest never came. The ice cream we ordered came 7:15pm most of kids already gone. Bad service, this would be 1st and last one.

$3.49 fries, 12 minutes to order and half hour to receive. They were good but works out to 11 cents a fry. Understaffed.

I order the chicken nuggets and they were above average, I was ok with them and for my kid also got the game pass with 90 minutes for my kids and she played as much as she wanted, I was pleased with the experience.

Chuck E. Cheeses has stepped up their game in improving their food selection and they even serve wine and beer. They know parents need a little something to take the edge off from listening to SCREAMING children. My only complaint for the location in Burbank is that Chuck E could show a little more enthusiasm when interacting with the kids. The manager there was excellent. Im upset with myself that I cant remember his name. However, the staff other than the rat was very attentive. Good job guys.

Fun place for the grandkids and grandparents. We had a ball!

Ive never been a huge fan, but they must be doing something right to have survived several generations now. This location was clean and well-maintained. All the machines were in working order. I took my grandkids and we just play the games for an hour and a half or so but we did not eat. (The salad bar looked good.) We bought the time card which gave Unlimited gameplay for over an hour for $22, pretty cheap entertainment for 2 kids.

Vanessa, the manager, was rude and somewhat disrespectful. No apology for the late pizza (an hour late). For a Saturday evening to have 1 register open and a line that curls along the tables is ridiculous. Other than that the kids had fun and that seemed to balance it out..

Recently took my little son to the Burbank facility and was pleasantly surprised as they have changed their format to a debit card type of system. You can pay for a half hour of free play for $11 and just rage as many games as you want. Some games are for bigger kids, some games are for little kids...but really, arent all games for every kid? The ticket payouts are kind of scheisty. The workers were teenage kids that didnt seem too enthusiastic about working here, but then again Id probably come off with the same attitude If I were a 17 year old C. E. C. associate

We went on a week night so fortunaly it was Not too packedI like the option they now give you with the game card(there are no more tokens)You pick between actual game credits or minutes to have loaded into a cardEx. 20 game credits or 20 minutes. We figured it was more economic to go with the minutes & yes you are able to pause your time if you decide to go with the Minutes :)

Games work on cards you swipe now they tell you that you can pause the card when you leave the game area to go back what they dont tell you is you can only pause it once

Food quality needs help, kids enjoyed the games

Beware this Chuck E. Cheese is very small. Not allot of variety of games. Buffett is small too. At the time I was there, The soda machine on the right side of the two soda machines. Only soda work correctly, which was the Mt. Dew. The rest didnt have any soda syrup and the lemonade was completely gone as it didnt drip to let me know its been empty for awhile. But the staff is friendly, fast, and hard working to get things done to have enjoyable experience at Chuck E. Cheese. They have a small working crew, but they get everything done if you work with them to have a fun experience.

Chuck E Cheese aint what it used to be. I paid $45 for a large pizza, 4 kids drinks and a salad. Workers are to busy socializing instead of getting something you ask for, restrooms are disgusting and the time I came in wasn’t even busy. Im disappointed!

I know times have change! But, have people lost courtesy and customer service, (since WE are the customers that put $$$ in their checks)!? Well, went to celebrate a 4yr old boys birthday and it was 4 adults one birthday boy. Simple right!? Well, the staff very immature and very much disconnected from important things like us, the customers the activities going on and the cleaninance of the place. Then, what happened to having PERSONALIZE one cup cake for the birthday child that came to have fun for 2 hours and family spent $80 on lunch!? Thats called customer service! Saying thank you! Also, the food is ridiculous poor! Nasty dried up pizzas everything has grease and salad bar is sad for the prize! Fries, I think they counted 12 all dried up and refried! I know times have changed from the time I brought my children 20 years ago! But, please $12-15 dollar salad for basics!? No veggitarian choices No healthy anything for people with sensitivities!? Sad! I will not recommend this place and I only went for a friend NOT my ever choice! Sick to think they have an A on the door! Shame! The volume of people that go there are people with monapoly money! Meaning, money that doesnt excist for hard working paying citizens! So, We will complaint with valid reason! We work hard and we deserve better! Thank you!

Its Chuck E Cheese. If your child isnt sick... they will be. Bring hand sanitizer and a can of Lysol! All the games worked. The staff was super friendly. The food was... well who goes here for that, but go for the salad bar if you have a choice. In the end its a place. In all due respect it looked clean. How!? I have no idea, but it was. You just know the germs were there. How do I know? My son the next day had a 104 fever and a visit to Childrens Hospital ER. Im not blaming anybody... just letting you know.

Chuck E. Cheeses is mostly outdated and the food options are not healthy at all. I personally would not take my kids there. However, it is a great place to tech your kids what to avoid in real life. For example, their greasy cheese pizzas or what seems to be a pizza. It definitely needs a major upgrade asap to keep up with modern culture... Two stars for at least checking people before they get in...

Its a good place and it gets very crowded on weekends. Pizza is good and salad bar to. Drinks sometimes dont taste good. And no matter who is at the entrance from manager to any employee stamping you they never greet you. They just expect you to put your hand out to stamp it.

There salad bar claims they have 30 different varieties of food and there was probably may be 15 and they charge you $8.49 This salad bar was awful

Was there last sunday around 5 pm. Place was packed, they were short on staff, most of the machines were out of tickets. By the time you called a worker to restock the tickets another kid would be on the machine and they would get the tickets.

I havent been to Chuck E. Cheese since I was a kid, my son loved it because everything was his size and the music and dancing was fun. The only downside is that no one working here wants to be here. Ordering food takes forever, then you have to wait forever. It took an hour to get a pizza because the person assigned to bring it out was on break. If youre not planning on eating there, Id easily bump it up to a four, but if you are... Three stars.

Chuck E. was clearly not happy to be there. I get that people have bad days and may not like their jobs but whoever was in the costume was so blatantly rude and ignored the all the children so excited to see them. They had zero enthusiasm and put zero effort into the character. This has happened several times Ive been there. The staff is also highly unorganized and very unenthused.

Kids had fun. Employees were just doing their job. Nothing more nothing less. I Like the unlimited play pass they have going on but prizes are garbage. Probably wont go back to any location.

Usually this location is bz so expect longer wait time for pizza, we had our little girls bday here and it was ok and its cleaner than 2 other locations that Ive been to. Overall not the best but not the worst eather.

I give it two stars because the people working there are awful mostly a guy named Eric, he was really rude to my family. The people working there didnt take our order right. Again back to Eric we told him nicely that we need the pizza and he said we didnt order the pizza all rude and stuff. The food was really good, it was just Eric who ruined our day. Eric doesnt clean good he just sits and doesnt do nothing he just brings the room and starts using it like if it was a toy or something.
