Beyond rude. I went in to ask about a particular wine I was looking for and if they could home deliver as a gift for my friends birthday. First of all, the lady was not wearing her mask, she had it pulled waaay beyond her chin. When I asked her do u have Sancerre wine?.. she turns around and says These are all our wines then I asked her do you home deliver, she says We own this place. then I asked again DO YOU HOME DELIVER she said Yes, within 10 miles so I said, Okay let me give you the address and she turns around and says Ill come back I have other work to do. I waited for her to come back for 5 more minutes, there were no other customers except me waiting to be served, the other customers had someone else attending to them. I was horrified by her behavior so I decided to leave and I ended up ordering from wine.com instead.

Ideal place for wine and music lovers

Love this place! They have such a cool atmosphere with great tasting wines. Plenty of room for everyone. They have incredible specials throughout the week. Its the perfect place to catch up with a group of friends or take that special someone on a date. This place is one of a kind that offers a wide variety of wine. Urban press also offers live music and events.

Excellent wine, especially their Cabernet-Merlot blend from 2014. Also did the wine flights and happy hour before COVID hit. I recommend coming here - the place is a best kept secret.

The wine selection is excellent. The pour is a bit light. Service is prompt and attentive. The food takes a very long time to get. Beautiful.patio.

Always a great time here. Love the happy hour and loved our server. He was so sweet (hes the one who wears his wedding ring around his beard! haha).My girlfriend and I had such a great time and were treated so well. We will definitely be back soon!

Did not know a lot of information about the wine. Did not take my friends and I seriously because we looked young. Spent more time with other guests when it came to serving wine. Took 35 minutes to taste 5 wines because the woman was serving other people. For example, she would come say the name of the wine and then leave to other guests and talk with them for 10 minutes. Out all the wines she gave us to try, she recommended the $9 dollar wine which made me feel that she was judging us based on how we looked. Overall, do not come here. Go to Solvang where they not only treat you better but the wines are better quality.

Great ambience for a date night, nice wine list, yummy tapas style plates and excellent charcuterie. The happy hour is a great deal abs the service was awesome! Loved the tunes the DJ was spinning... Groovy and sexy! Will be back!

This place is always a nice experience. The staff is friendly and very attentive. Only downside was that they didnt have food but they are working on getting their kitchen going.Would highly recommend this place.

Great wine selection, diligent service, and there was a wonderful musician duo playing while we were there. The food guy that has partnered with them is pretty good as well, and while the cheese platter may seem pricy, there is a lot of food that comes on it

Nice atmosphere and decor. Good assortment of wines to choose from. Live entertainment on Friday and Saturday nights. A very casual and fun spot for just drinking good wine and spending time with friends. Looking forward to returning soon.

Gem of a place. The wine is fantastic and the food is incredible. The wait staff is attentive and theres always an event going on to keep you entertained. Get a bottle and a pizza!

I love this place! So much so that I joined their wine club, which is awesome! You buy 3 bottles every 3 months and they have a fabulous wine pick-up party. If youve never been, start with getting 5 tastings!

A winery for Grown ups! Excellent wines, occasional Jazz and Blues and an ambiance that is cool! Giovanni has the perfect personality, hes welcoming, knowledgeable about his wines and is a fun guy! Love this place. They always make sure that my wife (who is disabled) is accommodated and comfortable. A great place to chill after work!

First visit to Urban Press. Invited to BEF fundraiser. Impressive set up, creative use of space! Food provided by event sponsors was outstanding. UP White wine blend I would have again, very tasty. Barrel aged merlot surprisingly appealing, with food. Not generally a red wine fan. Look forward to returning another eve to enjoy the place sans event festivities. No pics, to much conversation & food

A great gem hidden in plain sight in downtown Burbank. The outside patio is the perfect place to spend a weekend afternoon outdoors with a picnic and a bottle of their very own delicious wines.

Love the service, and the wine is generally 3-4 stars or better. Prices are a bit high, but its worth the occasional drop in to have good quality wine and hear amazing live jazz.

We finally came here tonight after weeks of walking by. I dont know why we waited so long because this place is truly amazing! Theres nothing like it in Burbank. The decor and ambiance is so romantic and has a relaxing feel to it. Its almost like you are in someones house just having some wine and chilling out.We had Rae Rae serve us (I think thats how you spell her name) and she is such a sweetheart and super knowledgeable about the wines! Come here on Tuesday nights and women get 20% off and you have Rae Rae to serve you! And the wines are really amazing! I loved the Sauvignon Blanc and Merlot, and my boyfriend had the Pinot Noir. Each one had a special taste and quality to it. Great wines and very good quality. The hospitality at this place is super warm and friendly. Grace greeted us right away and made us feel like at home. This is the place Burbank has been waiting for! I highly recommend it!
