Never had a bad experience. The tickets are yours, but not always guaranteed for a seat. They always say get there early, because its 1st comes 1st serve. I go to quite a few MOM tapings & I always get there around 2/2:30 to make sure I get a seat. Ive always been able to. We never know how many VIPs will have seats. Even though the time on the ticket says to get there between this time & that time, I would get there earlier than that. Its not a matter of being rich. In fact thats just a dumb statement. I did have a little problem with Mad About You last night on Sept 13th. Some people said the line was forming on 1 side of the street where the shuttles were & the other said on the other side at the Ivar entrance into the parking structure. I was 1 of the 1st few people standing in line there & then they brought us over to the side with the shuttles & there were some angry people. Why not specify clearly to everyone where the line should be? There shouldnt be a mix up like that. Maybe it was a last minute change of plans, but I didnt get that. Im going to another taping next month on the 4th & I dont want this to happen again.

Very disappointing. We understood the tickets didn’t guarantee admission, but to let over one hundred people, mostly children, wait in line for hours with no chance of getting into the taping is ridiculous.

Absolutely awful experience- we signed up to get tickets exactly 30 days before when tickets opened up. There is no consideration as to when someone obtains the tickets. We planned our trip from New Jersey around this activity and arrived 2 hours before the show time as directed. When we arrived there were already 200+ people on line in addition to the VIP line with priority tickets. There was absolutely no way we were going to get into show. Perhaps you should create a time stamp ticket for those that obtain their tickets before others. Someone who recently obtained their tickets within past few days was admitted and we were turned away. What exactly am I going to do with tickets for another show when we live in New Jersey? Your system has serious flaws and your customer service is reprehensible. My very disappointed 11-year-old has decided that she no longer wants to even watch Girl Meets World. Thanks for ruining our vacation and wasting 4 hours of our precious vacation time!

They have no idea what theyre doing. Some simple organizational skills could prevent hours of unnecessary waiting. After almost two hours of waiting and lots of inactivity, we were told the seats were full. A simple head count couldve helped them realize this earlier and prevent so much extra waiting. Instead, the clueless, confused-looking staff continued to divide people into random lines that made no sense while we waited. Not to mention, they revert to the cave-man style of using ripped pieces of paper as their number system. Really? In 2018 this is the best method you could come up with?Go to a Conan taping and learn how audience management SHOULD be done. SMH.

Was very disappounted in the whole experience. We arrived 3 1/2 hours early. Staff was snotty like their shit don’t stink. They know exactly how many people are allowed in. They give out so many tickets. Then they allow VIPs which they don’t tell you about and let in a lot. So then they give out 120 stand by tickets and you wait the 3 1/2 hours only to be told they are only taking 55 people in because they let in 50 some VIPS. Not recommended to even try to go unless you actually get a for sure ticket. Apparently this is another thing only for the rich. Also the tickets were not realized on time ax your website stated. I was constantly tangly clicking on it and it kept saying it was not yet open and then all of a sudden I get in and it’s standby.

I love this website I use it all the time and cant believe how many bad responses its getting we all know that since these tickets are free there a high demand and I have read the term that state your ticket is not guaranteed and that they are on a first come first served bases which is why I take that in count when coming extra early up to 4 hours or more depending on how deeply want to get in. If you cant handle getting there at least 2 hours before depending on the show then dont bother coming at all.

This outfit does not explain adequately what you are getting into when you sign up to try to go to one of the shows it works with.I obtained tickets through its website to a taping of Girl Meets World on Wed. Aug. 5, 2015, at Los Angeles Center Studios for myself, 12-year-old daughter and 15-year-old son. My daughter was especially excited at the chance to view a show in person. We arrived at the studios at 3 p.m., well before the 4:30 p.m. taping - we had been told to get there an hour before but we arrived even earlier. We were placed in line and told guests and VIPs would be admitted first, even if they showed up late until up to 4 p.m. By that time, we had moved up to be the next in line. We thought we had a great chance to get inside the studio, but people who showed up late kept being admitted ahead of us well after 4 p.m. until about 4:20 p.m.At that time, we were told the space was full and given priority tickets for a future show. I explained to the employee that we lived across the country in Maryland and were leaving two days later, and would not be making it back to LA in the near future. All I was told was sorry and that there may be a show in New York. This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and really disappointed my kids. We wasted half a day waiting in line and driving to this studio, only to be turned away as people who arrived later than us were allowed to enter. It was a frustrating situation, and we were not alone. There were numerous people behind us who were also turned away. There should be more consideration towards people who travel longer distances who cannot return to a future show, rather than locals who can easily return. The system of allowing people to show up 10 minutes before the time at the expense of those who have waited a couple hours is ludicrous. Those who make the effort to get there early that day should be rewarded. And if they say the cutoff time is 4 p.m., it should be cut off at 4 p.m., not 4:20. But this is LA - its who you know that mostly counts, right?
