Awesome movie theater. Always kept clean and fully staffed. Seating is rather comfortable, even in normal seating arena. Customer service here is lacking and definitely needs improvement.

I recently purchased a ticket at AMC Burbank 16 to see Joker at AMC prime theaters.Paying close to $50 for prime tickets, I expected a wonderful experience, but what I got was a recliner seat that crushed my cell phone and management that does not care about anything other than themselves.During my movie, the recliner seat swallowed my cellphone as it slipped out of my pocket and went straight inside the recliner seat itself. Once the movie finished, I tried to reach in there to take it out, but quickly realized it was stuck. I tried for over 30 minutes to take my cell phone out and then asked management to help.I waited over 30 minutes for someone to come and help. Then we had a floor manager arrive with 2 security guards to remove the cell phone. It took them 20 minutes to flip the recliner over and pull out my cell phone.Obviously, I am 100% certain that this is not the first time this happened. After recovering my cellphone, It was completely destroyed. AMC premium recliner seats destroyed my Pixel 3 phone.I reached out to AMC and quickly realized that no one really cares about my personal property that was destroyed by amc faulty recliner seat. I plan on sharing my info with social media outlets, news organizations and inform the public to avoid AMC and AMC prime tickets at all costs.Do you value your cell phone? If its important to you, avoid AMC bad designed, poorly made recliner seats! Look through my photos and judge for yourself.

I was previously an AMC stubs member and I really enjoyed what it offered. I recently upgraded to the A list membership after I looked up the amount of money I spent at AMC the previous year on movie tickets. It makes sense for me to be an A list member.The theatre is at a convenient location with plenty of other businesses around. Overall, this place is a great experience.

Love AMC Burbank, been coming here for years. Like their perks program and never have had any problems redeeming my rewards( here or other AMCs) . The seating are comfortable, and depending which theater, like prime or Dolby , its much more comfortable and spacious. The only reason for one negative star is a few times during my time coming here have had some negative experience; someone once fell asleep in the middle of the movie (snored loudly) and couldnt get a refund, (left after a few minutes the person didnt wake) sometimes I have forgotten to show my card to scan for points and usually it was easy to get the points going to the upstairs customer service desk but twice (probably new people) they couldnt get hold of the manager , so they wrote down my info, and told me they would take care of it, they never did. (Didnt have time to come back again those times to fix).But other than that , love it here, theres restaurants outside for different budgets and lots of parking in the area, I usually park at the mall parking structure and walk to the theater. Theres one across the theater but not a fan of it gets too crowded on busy days.

The place was nice and clean. The seats are comfortable and the atmosphere is nice. The workers are friendly, but we did have to wait seven minutes for a hot dog and that made us lose our assigned seats... Thats was the only bad part. People didnt respect the assigned seating. Get there on time so you dont lose your seat like I did

The theaters have the latest movies, and the prices are ok. I have found these theatres to be clean and have been very happy bringing the family here.I love it that you can use the kiosk, or you can go up to the counter, or you can order tickets online.... super convenient!

I absolutely love this theater complex!! It is convenient to many eateries. The chairs are comfortable. The theaters are nice and clean. The staff is friendly as well. As an AMC Premiere member my online orders are always ready when I arrive.

Nice theater... clean, for the most part. Lines werent too long today, either at the box office or concessions. Took a bit too long to turn the theater over for our movie: our show started at 5:45, we werent allowed to enter and take our seats until 5:40. The place is a bit more chaotic during the summer.

Edit: After emailing them photos of my VOID Black movie passes, AMC Corporate finally sent me replacements (about a month later). Ill up it 3 stars to make it an average rating, for setting things right.I tried to use my Gold Experience tickets on Sat 9/28 to watch Downton Abby with my mom for her b-day, and AMC 16 refused to accept my gift certs (tickets) that I got for my b-day. I had to pay cash and jump through hoops with AMC corporate to try and get replacement tickets. Evidently, they must have gotten hacked and all the Gift Certificates are now considered VOID. Now Im stuck holding $60 of worthless paper.I didn’t even have the option to save $ from my veterans discount. I think this is very poor customer service on your behalf, shame on you for not making this right. I ended up having to spend $25 that I wasn’t anticipating or had budgeted for. I would like replacements for my now useless movie tickets and an apology you corporate thugs.I have supported your theaters since they opened June 2003.Ive been an AMC Stubs Member Since it began in 2011. I didnt complain when you switched programs and deleted my original account and I lost a ton of points. You keep raising movie prices, cutting services, and making lines and wait times longer. You fail to control loud patrons in your theaters and employ some questionably sanitary employees.

Woo him we love AMC Burbank. They have awesome screens and the while scenery is fun. A lot of shops and places to eat while we wait for our movie

Great movie theaters with stadium seating. Concession lines move quickly and the staff is friendly. Only downside is the parking lot. Extremely narrow underground Iot that is always difficult to find parking.

This is my favorite theater to go to in Burbank. They have the signature reclining seats and they even keep the location pretty clean despite the large amount of guests they receive. Unfortunately people can be animals but the staff is quick to clean up messes and replenish empty condiment stations.

Busy, alot of people. Theater full to brim. Sat 4 rows from screen. Parking almost impossible but Friday night; to be expected. Overall good. Love order popcorn ahead of time, Express service great so , 3 1/2 stars.

You gotta get the AMC stubs. It makes life so much easier. No standing in line to buy a ticket and get whatever seat is available! You just show up, have the code scanned. You can even order ahead food and have it ready for you. Theres also a bar!

This theatre is probably one of my favorite locations. I usually like to order ahead and its usually done on time. The food is good, seats are comfy and clean. I recommend this theatre especially if youre out on a date. You can go and walk around and enjoy all the great spots around.

One of my favorite movie theaters in town, mostly because Im an A-List member and there are just so many options here (and at the nearby AMCs). Lots of nearby parking and restaurant options. Nice theaters. The best screen in the theater is the Dolby screen. GREAT sound and comfy seats. Highly recommend it.

$6 movie ticket Tuesdays are my favorite. I cant usually convince myself to buy $14 movie tickets unless its something I really want to see. The parking can be a little difficult here, it is free but can be very busy. The theaters could probably use a little extra TLC, they are not always the cleanest. I like being able to purchase tickets and food before hand and have it ready when I arrive (the concession lines can get pretty long).

I really enjoyed this movie theater. this was my first time at this AMC and I was very impressed with the interior design. I especially like the theaters with the stadium seating. the customer service and popcorn were exceptionally great. the location of the theater and all the surrounding food stores and clothing stores is a wonderful place to spend the day

My husband and I enjoy coming here every week, the seat are so comfortable and always clean. Usually we eat before coming because as we all know theater food is pricey but there has been moments when we do order a big slushy and popcorn because truth is the popcorn is real good here, you must try. We dont have a microwave so we miss eating popcorn. The screens are amazing and you can choose if you want Dolby, 3D and IMAX.. it all depends on whats playing.. we usually watch the best movies playing for the month.

Great location with plenty of dining options surrounding the theater. Lots of parking options too, theres a few parking structures within walking distance of the theater. Ive heard that this is the theater that film makers go to when they want to see a movie. Not sure how true that is but it makes sense.

Just watched Black Panther at the AMC Burbank and I gotta say, the experience was breathtaking. The sound was amazing, the visuals were crisp and so real, and the dialogue came through with unmatched crispness. Tickets are expensive as are refreshments but at least now they’re starting to offer food rather than just candy/popcorn, like pizza for instance. I did think it was a little unfair how they offered so many staffers to be available to premium members but only one ticketeer and one refreshments person for us normies. Still, the movie was great and the theater is clean and spacious. I don’t know how I feel about assigned seating..yet.

Good overall experience wish they had better seats but movie quality is great.

One of many AMC theaters I have visited around USA. Comfortable seating, excellent quality of screen and immersive sound that will definitely make you enjoy every movie you wish to see. In every AMC there is option to buy popcorn and refilling soda.With AMC stubs you get free refill of large popcorn, free upgrade to large drink and 3 movies each week. That is definitely good deal. I would highly recommend this to anyone loving new movies for great price.

I like this place and come here often. Clean theater, good service and they always run all the AMC specials. This place is handi-cappable with an elevator and escalator. Parking is free, and besides being able to eat off the AMC menu, theres a lot of restaurants and eating/coffee establishments within a few feet.

The Joker was a freaking good movie Overall. I loved it. Will see it again. Specially here at the AMC theaters. The sound on this theater is great. The seats & view are on point.

This new AMC business model makes it feel like an airport with the priority all access platinum tier membership. But thats the concession stand. Otherwise its a perfectly competent theater thats trying to squeeze a few extra bucks from you on movie night.

Probably the cleanist movie theater in the valley. They have 16 theater rooms so you can always catch the new and semi new movies playing here. They have a full bar and even show NFL games in the theater on Sundays! Staff is friendly and you have a variety of restaurants right outside the theater so you can enjoy a nice meal after your show.

The Location is great. Theres several free parking structures near by. They offer $5 tickets on Tuesday for AMC Stub Members. Lots of restaurants around. Clean theater. They dont have reclining seats. Good snacks although a bit over priced. Plays new releases. It has a bar for alcoholic drinks. Clean bathrooms. Friendly staff.

We are A-listers so we enjoy AMC and the perks. Nice theater

I have AMCs A-List and this is the largest theater in my area. The employees are nice enough, theyve always taken care of any problems that Ive had. Theaters are spacious and the sound is pretty good (sometimes its too loud but whatever.) If I do have a complaint is the people who come to this theater to watch movies. Too often there are people who talk during the movie, are on their phones and honestly Ive had to learn to deal.

This is the movie theater that i grown up going to and I still go here . Once this movie theater opens back up again I’m gonna come straight to here because AMC 16 is like my second home .

A little experience but the staff is nice also the seats were ok but for a big guy like me maybe need them to be wider than what they were but besides that just fine!

Large selection of movies in the Burbank area. Cant go wrong, and now with a food menu, this makes it all that much more. Service was great.

I use to love going to the movies but this AMC has serious quality control issues. On our last visit no food was prepped nor did they have a full assortment of condiments available. This was at 1PM on a Sunday. Hopefully this was a one time occurrence.

Its Very Clean. one nice thing is being able to reserve a seat.Only problem I have is there is no room for people to get to there seat if there is already people seated.

Labor day and only 3 registers open (1 dedicated to loyalty guests) for concession. Line is huge! Horrible managerial prepping for a holiday! Missing our movie. 11 minutes already in line and only half way.

Went to see Captain Marvel on opening night. The theater was very clean. The snacks were delicious. I ordered mozzarella sticks and pretzel bites and because Im an AMC Stubs premier member I was able to order ahead and skip the line at the concession stand which was moving pretty quickly in both the premier and regular lines. All the employees were quick and friendly. I will definitely be seeing more movies here in the future.

We love this theater right in the heart of Burbank. The Dolby Theater is a must for it’s incredible sound and picture.

We went to see a 4 pm movie and the theater itself was clean. Which is always a plus seats were a bit old school, the one I sat in squeaked but once the movie started I just switch to another that was empty.The bathroom maint. Was in need of a cleaning, and the drink machines had no ice and out of soda on two machines that were like that even after I came out.So maybe they need more staff because everyone was working that I could see no one was just standing around.

The AMC 16 in Downtown Burbank is impressive to look at as you are scaling the escalator into the theatre. I live within walking distance, and often use my A-List membership at this location. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and there are enough concession stations to ensure that there are no long waits for snacks (although one of the perks of A-List is that I can slide into VIP line for even faster service). It’s also nice to have the option of a full bar and lounge to purchase alcohol before or after the movie. The only reason I give this location 4 stars instead of 5 is that unlike most AMCs they do not have reclining seats in many of their auditoriums. The Dolby auditorium is an exception, and I am happy to catch my premium format movies there. Otherwise, I try to book my tickets at one of the two other AMCs in Downtown Burbank.

Angel has fallen. Is a very good movie. Lots of action and drama. Very good story line. Was pleasantly surprised by such a great team on the movie

This theater was really cool! I really had a great time. It was really crowded but the ticketing and shop were very efficient so there werent lines too long or had to wait much for anything other than the regular 20 minutes of coming attractions that all cinemas have these days. The location is perfect, that area in Burbank is beautiful and I recommend to arrive early or stay late just to walk around and have lunch or dinner and enjoy the weather, nice scenery and even some shopping in the mall nearby. Is a small mall but has enough to entertain yourself for a couple of hours. It gets even better if you have the A-list stub hubs app subscription because you a kid the ticketing and enjoy the rewards and discounts.

One of my most favorite theatres in L.A.! Comfortable reclining seats and a great sound system!

IF you enjoy watching movies at the cinema, and you average 4 or more films per month then you should join the A-List.This location has both IMAX and a Dolby Cinema as well as 14 additional screens. You will also find a well stocked bar and a good selection Of snacks.Consider the A-List. It will pay for itself in no time and then some.

We were going to go to the more popular Burbank 16 theaters. They were sold out. We walked just a short way to discover the same show was playing at the same time and wasnt sold out at the AMC Burbank Town center 6 theaters.. In fact, we had the benefit of comfy recliner seats. Next time you think of the Burbank Town center 6.

Lots of comfy theater rooms, though very limited selection of indie films. Small bar and chaotic concession area. While most (if not all) theater rooms have assigned seating, this venue draws an impolite crowd. I often see cell phones out when they shouldnt be, and the ushers dont enforce the rules. Its main attraction is its proximity to the Yard House, which is only a few steps away.

We absolutely love to come here with a group of friends because there are so many places to eat, entertainment (street as acts) to watch and the movie theaters have plush, leather recliner seats. Oh, and you can go to a kiosk, order your food, it scans your ticket and they will bring your food to you!! How cool is that, right??

Been going here since the beginning and this theater is continually improving with its addition of Prime and the Dolby Atmos theaters which in my opinion is the ideal way to watch any major or even classic film. Their concession stand is always adding new beverage and food options as well, with nice discounts if you are a stubs or prime stubs member. Above all else the staff here is always very helpful and always serving everyone with a smile.

This is a really good AMC Theater. It is spacious, and the staff has always been friendly.

The theater seem to be getting worse with each visit. We have the AMC Stub membership however at the window there is usually only one person assisting with ticket purchases. We pay for premier services but with one person you just end up getting help with everyone else,so paying extra is not worth it. Secondly, unless you are in the IMAX theater the other theaters,the seats are old and stained. The cup holders are sticky. Hope they upgrade soon.

They let you watch movies here on a big screen. Neat.

After being evacuated from my movie last night, it was 100% clear that this theatre management and staff are completely unprepared for any emergency situation. Fire alarm went off in one location but could not be heard in most theatres, evacuation was completely disorganized and staff had no clue what was going on, and afterwards no information was given out about what was going on or how to get compensated. Thank goodness this was a false alarm, if a real emergency occurred this would have been a disaster.

Great experience..Ordered tickets and reserved seats on line through Fandango. Cashier scanned my phone and in we went. Great movie and comfy seats..a no brainer.

The Dolby sound is bomb, its always clean, the bathrooms are well Kelly, and the AMC A List is a great bargain, too. Its perfect for dinner and a movie because there are so many restaurants around AND theres a bar in the theater. The bar is a little on the steep side but its part of the atmosphere.

Honestly not sure why this has so many good reviews, the only appeal to this place is it’s cheap. The theatres are dirty, and gross. The wait for food is always so long, and they refuse to let use the bathroom even if you have a ticket and your other party isn’t here. ALSO they ID you to get into the theatre, bruh we close to 40 you need to ID us to get into a rated r movie?

Albert, the so called manager was HORRIBLE TODAY. I purchased 4 tickets for $62 at the kiosk and they didnt print. The money was taken from my account and he told me I can repurchase tickets and the other charge will be refunded. So like spend $120 today for a movie? Right?! I asked for the GMs name he gave me Jeff; I asked for the last name and he was very rude. He told me I didnt need his last name and walked away! Corporate will be getting a call 1st thing tomorrow and I wont stop until I find out for sure something has been done. This is ridiculous.

The theater was really small and the seats were super cramped. The popcorn could have been better. I will say that the plus was that the icee was refillable and that is pretty cool. I will stick to Pacific theaters.

I wanted to share my experience at AMC 16 and how corporate does not give a flying &&&& about customer service, retaining customers and keeping guests happy.I paid a premium for AMC 16 Prime Theater and my phone slipped out of my pocket and into the recliner seat. It crushed my phone and after complaining to corporate, I did not even get a call back. Nothing.This company is disgraceful and the recliner seats are built with a flaw of destroying cell phones.Try Regal Theaters, or even Arclight. AMC Theaters are horrible. Stay away

Great cinema ! What would you expect in Show Biz Central ? ? ? Burbank is movie and TV production central, so this Theater has to be good, and it is.

It was fantastic! Saw Frozen 2 in Dolby and it was just fantastic. $67 for 2 adults and 1 child is too much though.

Very nice, fun family outing! Great, variety restaurants to choose from, pleasant happy atmosphere and entertainment options! Excellent place to hang out for locals, and definitely for visitors and tourists...LOTS of things to do here for shopping and relaxation with family.

Great theaters for the price. One of the only theaters I know of in the LA area that have matinees on the weekend!! You can get two movie tickets for under $20, even for a newer release!Every other theater I’ve been to in LA seems to not have matinees on the weekends so we’re happy that we figured this out about AMC!Friendly staff, and quiet on a Saturday morning.

Nice big theater with a lot of screens and a large concession area. The folks working the concedsions need to speed up the service but on the whole its one of the better movie theaters.

The theater itself is good but the food, food presentation, and service is horrible. The cheeseburger sliders were so dry and sloppy made, and dont even get me started with the mac and cheese, it literally looked like dog barf. The food was so over priced for something so bad. The seat that i got was one of the electronic ones and it dint work. My over all experience was horrible

I went to see the movie dark Waters about how this big company poison the water in Vermont it was set in the 70s up to 2016 we have got to pay attention its about these big companies doing what they want to do.

It has been a total desapointing to order anything online for it to be on location when. I arrive... The lack of organization, truly reflects on the execution of the management.... You have chit, chat all over the place specially when doing the food... This is not the only time this happens and I challenge anyone to do there orders on Thursday when all the premiers launch an you will see what I mean... Its been two many flaws that Ive observed throughout time... And I felt I needed to share this with all that come.... I give it 5 stars to theater and sound effects, but one on the performance a d execution of the staff specifically of poor management...

Go here once a week with my AMC A list pass. Super clean. Parking gets pretty difficult on big opening nights. Same with waiting in line. Just order ahead on the app to solve that problem. The team there is super on top of online orders.

Waiting in line to get popcorn was crazy. Almost missed the movie. Stood in line for 35 minutes. Mgmt should rethink how they have a single line for snacks or either open up more cashiers. This movie theatre charges 16.00 more then most not to have figure out that one line n waiting for over 30 minutes is crazy. I would never come to this movie theatre again.

Favorite movie theater to come too in burbank!!!! only issue is the heater is on high blast when its cold outside. Dont mind it but would prefer if they lowered it down a little

Tried the new high def theater, and it was wonderful! A little pricey but well worth it!
