Can never get the right help. Ive been given the wrong information several times when trying to process paperwork. And when you call for help they direct you to the website. Seems like no one wants to be helpful here and its very frustrating. Also, have had several rude woman over the phone. Customer service skills are lacking.

I pick up payroll every week and continually treated very poorly and ignored even being the only person in the Room. The 2 women that are back there will ignore you.

I got paid for 90% of the jobs they handled. In October /November 2019 I didnt get a check for one job. They were slow in responding to me and they did not apologize for the error, however they opened and researched my case.Good News!! EP finally procured my missing check!! My original check had been stolen and it took 6 months to track down the forged check. Thanks for following through EP !

What a wonderful company! Every time I have an issue with my paycheck, I contact them and they are able to resolve everything fast and painless. Considering the amount of work they have to process on daily basis, it is much much appreciated they are able to take care of additional issues. Thank you!

Simply the rudest staff I have ever encountered. From the frigid and rude receptionist to all of the agents. This place does not get the job done and their employees dont know what polite is.

Ive been paid by EP on numerous projects for 29 years and never had a problem. If I did it was handled quickly. In recent I have used them as our payroll service for the shows I produce with no issues.

I worked on November 5 and never got paid yet and its November 21. I called on Nov 19 and Nov 21 and I was told to call back on November 29th if you dont get your check in the mail that was mailed on Nov 15th. So If I dont get a check by the 29th, they will stop payment on the checked the orginally mailed out and send out a replacement check on the 29th (hopefully) and I should get my check by December 6th? A whole month later, what service they have.

2 stars pending...I wrote an official letter requesting a y.t.d. earnings report on 12/4.(following all guidelines) its a month later. Nothing. Incredibly rude. Gonna have to go see them in person. Very inconvenient, and costly.

I cant believe they have a rating as high as 4.2. I have been an employee for 2 years and have had to call them several times . I never get a live person . I just get voice mail recordings that a leave numerous messages, never one time has anyone ever called me back. Horrible just plain horrible customer service. Its extremely frustrating. If i could leave zero stars i would. Go take a look at thier yelp reviews 2 stars its a more acurate description of what you get when dealing with these people

If I could I would give negative stars not even a 1 rating.... takes complete advantage of people.Ive had an ongoing issue with payment on the show Goldbergs and many others this company works with in regards to getting paid. I feel completely that the production team at Golbergs + more and the payroll company take advantage of people by not paying them when they have worked. They seem to find an excuse to give you as to why you cant be transferred or helped and give you the run-around. The response time to get back to me on a show I worked on 8/15/17 Gooldbergs has been well over 5 months in time, and todays date is 5/7/18 with the issue STILL not being resolved. Demand letters by certified mail have been sent to resolve the payment issue with many of the production teams they work with - who they will not name. Nothing can get done when you have a missing check from them. This situation is morally wrong and blatantly ILLEGAL. If someone works for your company, you are required to pay them. I can not believe they have been getting away with it for this long. I believe they will continue to take advantage of people, since no one is speaking up due to the fact its in the film industry. In the film industry people entering it are afraid to speak up because they want to stay on good terms with the industry for future endeavors and bookings. My experience has left me completely uninterested in EVER pursuing this field again. I will be speaking to the attorney general and take further steps to settle this unfair treatment and incorrect behavior they have taken a comfortable liking to in regards to not paying their hired talent for work done.DO NOT WORK WITH THESE PEOPLE AND EXPECT TO GET PAID ON ALL JOBS WORKED.

Went to assessment center suite 110 for a test. The computer at spot 6 was crazy slow and had to deal with it over 3hrs. I was so stressed out. The clerk said there was nothing he could do about it... oh well..: /
