Horrible. Much worse since Covid. Good luck getting anyone to answer your phone call. Just learned they check their mail once a week. A company with nearly 1000 employees only checks the mail once a week. EP is better.

They gave their employees only one day to work from home for the quarantine and then made them all go back on Thursday 03.26.2020. I am related to someone who works there and hes risking going in for a paycheck simply because they wont adhere to simple quarantine.

Five stars for Representative Roza Mason. Her thoughtfulness towards my payroll situation was delightful. Roza displayed professional attitude when speaking with me. Also, had some difficulty in using my Chrome web browser in viewing their portal and she found a unique way to fix it. Very clever. Roza politely explained of how important every client was to her. It was certainly a long workday for Roza, but she was not finished for the day until everyone on her call-list was consulted by her. She found my solution, let her find your solution. Job well done. Thank You, Roza Mason.

Five stars for Lissette Salazar at the Employee Help Desk. Being tax time, I understand wait times are long. I used the call back option each time I called. First time the rep called me back, the call got dropped & they didnt call me again :( The second time a rep called me back, they transferred me to someone elses voicemail. Lissette called me back on my 3rd attempt and took care of business right away! My W-2 reported more earnings than I had received. Lissette found the check in the amount of the difference, got me a copy of the check front/back, and also provided me with a copy of the check stub with payment details. She was FRIENDLY & EFFICIENT. Thank you, Lissette!

Very displeased when working with Cast & Crew. They seems to have a irresponsible and careless team representing them especially when it comes to the satisfaction of their employees/employers. Due to their mistake my party suffered and the issue was not resolved. Wouldn’t recommend working with in the future.

In a panic I misplaced my W2s and to make matters worse forgot my password to access and reprint them from C&C. Christian Resendiz walked me through accessing my desperately needed W2s today. He was so helpful and very professional. Now I can rush out to send off my taxes - thank goodness for extensions!

Although their employees are super friendly, I am appalled that in order to make a correct a wrong Federal Is # made on my check stub, I was asked to email them on an UNSECURED EMAIL SERVER the following sensitive info:My first and last name,The last four digits of my Social Security number,My correct Federal ID numberThe incorrect federal ID number that was reportedIt’s unconscionable that it is t mandatory for a company that deals with payroll/finances/money is not made to investing in a secure server in order to protect the publicist sensitive information. I have been trying to reach a human being in the help desk Dept to see if there’s another way I can send the information and only get a voice mail machine.So frustrating! I am going to send the info but I won’t be surprised if I see Cast and Crew on Fox News or CNN anytime soon relating to a breach of customers sensitive information. Just outlandish .

I had great service from Christian Resendiz today. I moved two years ago and my checks were coming to my new address, but somehow my W-2 address didnt get changed. I made some errors in filling out the address change request and Christian worked with me to make sure everything was changed properly. I apologized for making him do extra work and he was very gracious in his response.

They suck so bad. They don’t return calls and never pick up their phones. I cringe every time I go on a show and it’s cast and crew. I never have a problem with Entertainment Partners.

They really need to work on their client support system and customer service center which at this time is non existing. Called four time and left every possible detail to get a w2 which was never received and three days later I’m still waiting for a response from anyone. The actors you disappoint today are the producers of tomorrow and your cutting your business life short because you can only screw us once. Hoping you’ll redeem your company somehow soon Phillip.

Horrible management and horribly organized. Temps are not trained properly as theres no established training method. Their trainer is unenthusiastic and explicitly hates doing it. Temps are blamed, and new temps are constantly hired and laid-off on a whim.Theyre constantly backed up and are behind on a lot of work. They clearly need help but dont want to accept help.
