Flappers is a fun comedy club. The Moscow mules are delicious and the food is FANTASTIC! I love bringing my family and friends here. I miss live shows and cant wait to come back again. Ladies Night Thursdays are MY FAVORITE.

FLAPPERS the comedy club with the funny name is really cool. Be prepared to arrive at least 45m early to allow time to walk from your car and process your ticket. For special events, they really pack you in, there is a 2 drink minimum. We saw Corey Holcomb one of the best to do it. This was his first time performing at FLAPPERS.The food is really good, full cooked flavorful menu options unlike most comedy clubs that only offer a few finger foods that taste like reheated rubber. There fries are good pick with multi-flavored or stacked options.FLAPPERS a better than most comedy club, I will be back!

This was such a fun way to be involved in comedy. The bar area is a lot of fun, relaxed, and wow so tasty! The comedians were super awesome and the experience is much more intimate. The room is nice and small so you really feel involved.I love supporting local comedians like this! Super great date night place.

Flappers will give you the small-town comedy club feeling with prominent comedians. Flappers have been actively keeping comedy alive with Facebook live and zoom comedy shows during this pandemic pandemonium. When we get back to normal, I believe Flappers will be the premier Los Angeles comedy club.

Wonderful comedy club!! My first experience, I was pleasantly surprised! Performers were very interactive with the audience which was awesome! Our server Bobby was THE BEST! Great personality, very kind & attentive! The service here was excellent and food was delicious! There was a magician up as well which was a nice surprise, and they do a raffle which my friend and I won 2/3 for extra tickets to another show! Very entertaining, especially having to rate the top best 3! Highly recommend this spot!

Went here for the first time to watch one of my wifes favorite comedians, Christopher Titus, and its a nice little place. Only reason I gave it a 4 star because after awhile the chairs got a little uncomfortable. Might just be me but it makes a difference. Their set up with the stage is great though. You can be in the back and wont even notice. Clear view of the comedian. They do have a 2 item policy though as most comedy clubs usually do and I recommend getting one of their small 3 drink specials to taste the number of drinks they have. And the wings were delicious.

Cheaper Than Therapy is a great, weekly showcase of local, sustainable, and drought-resistant comics. Jon Allen is the Higgs Boson of comedy and his wry observational and self-deprecating humor is on point and funny. If you want to laugh and you want to supplement your regime of pharmaceuticals and psychoanalysis, Cheaper Than Therapy is true to its name.

Ive been here a couple times over the last 2 years. Every time my partner and I laugh! They always have good comedians with fresh material. The service is good with polite and attentive waitstaff. They have a 2 item minimum which is cool too because then you have an excuse to make it date night as dinner and a show. (:

This comedy club and restaurant is pretty good! Its over there in the media district in Burbank, and it is a fun place to go. The comics for good the food was pretty good too, although my chicken was a little bit tough. We went in to the main room show on Saturday night and saw Adam Cordova. Very funny guy! I would say that if you have the chance to go here, then go! They have one in Claremont as well as the one in Burbank. Definitely recommended!

Pretty cool comedy club! The place is a bit dated, but still is manageable. They have a two item minimum which can get annoying, but hey thats how they stay in business. Not to mention, their food and cocktails are actually really good. The customer service was alright, not too bad, but not exactly great. I came to see one of my favorite comedians, Mary perform. It was a blast, and I really enjoyed the show. Sometimes its just more about the comedian than the club; but still a very nice place to relax and enjoy!

The atmosphere and drinks were good, the purchase process for getting tickets is relatively smooth, and the initial opinion was positive. We were told to wait for the call to go in for the show in the bar area - at no point did they mention that we would have to exit the building and go up a bit to a totally different entrance (admittedly, we didnt clarify with questions when getting our tickets). We waited.... and waited...... the boisterous drunk crowd leaving the main room were too loud for us to hear their not-amplified call for the start of the show we had tickets for. We finally got directions to the correct entrance after the show had started - the ticket lady was kind enough to let us in. The show was NOTHING like we expected. The minimalist description on their website led me to believe the show would pertain to cats in SOME way (the reason it caught my eye), but it was a very basic mixed bag of comedian standups with no feline connection. Take note: they do random descriptions for their basic shows. It was an experience for us and Im glad we had some laughs (first comedy club we have gone to), but it was disappointing that they were misleading with the show description and badly organized in making sure ticket holders (especially those who dont attend every night or are not from the area) made it in to the show. Also note: they have a 2 item per person minimum purchase of food/drink but no issues with that due to the large selection of options.

I love this place. Theres a coupon on the Flappapp where you can get 2 tickets, a free appetizer and dessert, and free tickets to the next show for only $20! I buy that every other time. Pricing is moderate. Food is okay, drinks are good but they go very easy on the alcohol. The atmosphere and the comedians are always great. Its always a fun place to go.

It was ok. Not the worst, but nothing special either (which is what we were hoping for). Honestly, everything was mediocre, from the service, to the food and beverages, and finally the comedy. A couple of the acts were funny, but too many were just sad. Might be expected on a Tuesday, but for a Saturday date night, Id pass.

I have been to Flappers a number of times. You never know exactly what you will get with live comedy, but I have had generally positive experiences with the performers. I had a cheesecake with a drink both of which were very good. it was a little pricey but I had anticipated having an afternoon out so it was fun.

Ive been a few times, most recently to see Joel McHale. Its always a good time. Upscale yet still casual atmosphere. A tiny bit cramped when at full capacity (and it often is) but I feel it makes for a more intimate experience. Tickets tend to be around 20 or 30 bucks, and there is a 2 item minimum on top of that (food, drinks, alcohol), so be ready to spend around 40-50 dollars total per person. Sets are long and I have yet to see someone bomb so the show is well worth the price of admission. If youve got a date or just want something a little different to do on a Friday night, give it a go.

Comedy was great, a solid 4 stars. However, the food service and time it took for our food and drinks to come out was ridiculous. One should not be getting the order they placed pre-show during the last act near closing time. It took + 1 hr to get a beer and a margarita and even longer for our food to come out. Do they expect guests to swallow the food whole and then pay and leave all in 10 mins? What made it even worst was the lack of acknowledgment from the staff. We turned on the service light to inquire on the status of our order and it took +20 minutes for someone to respond to it. As a prior restaurant owner I understand the challenges food service can have (busy kitchen, backed up orders etc) but this was unacceptable and inexcusable.

You do have to buy 2 items per person but the prices are reasonable enough to make the outing affordable. Theres free parking and seating is first come first served. There really is no bad seat in the house though. There is a bar connected to the club as well if you want to get there early and start drinking. All in all we always have a good time at Flappers.
