Its Michaels. I dont really know how to rate or explain this store if you dont know it. They have craft stuff for every imaginable hobby. I went looking for Holiday decor. Its August 9th and they already have Halloween through Christmas.

Its great when its not shut down due to covid

Very friendly associates. Everyone is in a great mood and happy to help. One thing I do notice is that theres not enough floor associates especially when I need assistance with items behind a glass/caged door. Please add more floor associates or atleast buttons to call for help that would be very useful instead of walking to the front of the store. But again, very good service and wonderful staff.

Although I enjoy shopping at Michaels, this location has suffered in being maintained clean and organized. Been here a few times and the store is always a mess and shelves in some departments are bare. Cashiers are always friendly when I come shopping.

Super friendly staff! The lady that rang us up was AMAZING. I unfortunately dont remember her name but she had a little bit of purple hair coloring. We found everything we needed for my upcoming wedding and even had a 20% off coupon!

This store is the best. Whatever project or arts and craft this is the place to find everything. A lot of seasonal decorations.

This location seemed a bit claustrophobic for my taste hence the 3. I would give them 3.5 for going above and beyond at the customer service line but the aisle you stand in while waiting for a cashier seems to be a bit too closed in.Their clearance racks upon entering and on the right all the way to back is very unkempt and disorganized. Also, there werent enough associates on the floor to help others who had questions about their items inside the store.

Great service and everyone is so polite at this location.

Very concerned about the way this location is handling it’s virus transmission precautions. I ordered online for pickup so I didn’t have to go into the already crowded store but they asked me to come in anyways then left me at the register by the exit for 30 minutes while they tried to figure out where my order was. They allowed limitless amounts of people in, many without masks. Absolutely no social distancing occurred. They didn’t even have sanitizer for carts or at registers.After seeing that I am concerned for the health of their employees. It’s shameful such a large institution can not provide even minimal precautionary efforts. I will not return.

Good for sewing supplies if you’re into that stuff. Sometimes some stuff is out of stock also it is really fun to go to when shopping by yourself but can be a drag and really boring when not shopping for yourself and accompanying someone else.

We have an upcoming family event and we were able to find most of the items we needed for decorations here,, my wifes very creative . Unfortunately the coupon we counted on expired 2 days ago, we didnt notice, and they wouldnt honor :(

Helpful and efficient staff in a well-stocked but a bit messy arts and crafts store on a busy Saturday afternoon. Buy online pick up at store counter easy to use right by front door. Easy free parking (no valet parking.) Discounts available through website are useful even in-store.

Pulchritudinous, lovely, exquisite items that you cant find anywhere else. It leaves you saying, so this is where the Whos go to get those wonderful toys.Theyll bang on tong-tinglers, blow their foo-flounders, theyll crash on jang-jinglers, and bounce on boing-bounders!

The employees were helpful and very kind. Ive been there a few times and theyre regularly fully stocked with interesting supplies and trinkets. Highly recommend looking up prices and coupons on the site first. Sometimes there are online only sales, but you can pickup in store so you save on shipping

My Mom, really Enjoys going too Michaels.. She gets all her Craft supplies there. They always have Coupons which, she loves.. The staff at any Michaels we have been too, are Very welcoming, very Knowledgeable and Professional.. We were there Yesterday, my Mom forgot her Coupon at home, and was really bummed out, she doesnt have a Smartphone, but something Amazing happened, an Employee on there day off was Shopping in there with her friends, and let my Mom use the downloaded Coupon on her phone. WOW, thats going above an beyond for a Stranger, Very Cool..

Good store for finding everything prices a little costly but with discounts they are affordable.

Please teach your associates to use UPS system, they also have to ask if the person needs a receipt and not doing it all on their own and then also be rude about it!

Always have great customer service here. The first time they gave us a refund at the store for an item that was discounted a few days after we bought it. The second time we needed to return something and even though it was only accepted at the warehouse, Wendy was very generous and went out of her way to assist us with the return. Will come back to this Michaels, customer service is great!

Located in the Burbank Empire Center, theres lots of parking and many other stores nearby. The store is big and has a large selection of supplies for most craft and a picture framing service at the back of the store. Its a bit messy and theres usually a line up to the cashiers but apart from that, its a good store.

Love Micheals they always have what I need.

I like Michaels but when they have a sale sign that says 30% off all Halloween items, why do they say that the treat bags that say happy halloween arent on sale???? Then I go online and can get 35% off all regular price items for same day pick up(including the treat bags). Im so confused.

I was looking for some ribbon but I saw yarn half off and it was a no brainer. When the cashier scanned the yarn it was at regular price. I told the her the yarn was supposed to be on sale and she told me it wasnt the kind I was taking. After paying I wwnt back where thw yarn was and sure enough the sign had the name of the kind I was taking. I took the sign to the lady cashier. When she saw me with the sign on my hand she smiled and said something like you found it. I asked what was the stor policy regarding overpriced items. She askedwhat do you mean? I said that some stores give you the overpriced item for free. She said oh, no. We dont do that and her smile disappeared. I felt she judge me because she thought I wanted the yarn for free when in reality I was looking for some empathy... Some right-doing after the store mistake. She didnt say were sorry at all. How many costumers paid full for something they saw at half price just because they trust the store pricing?

Phone number for curbside keeps hanging up on all customers and nobody would come out to help the customers standing outside because of the phone issue. Terrible service. Will never come back here again. They didnt even acknowledge the customers.

Best experience ever. Nothing compared with the store in Encino.If you can just go to Burbank store. Encino is a really poor customer service Avoid that store at all cost!

The staff here have always been nice. Ive had great experiences at the framing department.However: On a recent visit I came in looking for something to make homemade rubber stamps. Its a pretty common craft! No one in the store had any experience or was able to tell me what supplies I might need. Most of the supplies I had seen artists use online were not in stock. The most the employees could tell me is what aisle they might be in. It was a bit frustrating! They ended up directing me to purchasing acrylic blocks which turned out to be the wrong material when I got home. I damaged them trying to carve them and doubt they can be returned.In general I have found that many of the employees are not proficient in the materials they are selling and arent able to answer questions. It would be like a guy at REI selling you boots who never goes hiking. Just... not very helpful.I realize for experience craftsmen needing specific supplies or beginners needing specific advice it is probably better to stick to tried and true places such as BLICK.
