A nice desert campground. Average size sites, though not much shade. Lots of well done sheet metal art scattered around.
No longer a Sunrise park but honoring current members. Many upgrades by Colorado River Adventures who bought it. Great views, close to Laughlin. No Wi-Fi and poor cable. Las Vegas TV over antenna is good.

The bad part is its part of the Colorado River Adventures membership. The good part is it is the best run Colorado River Adventures park in Arizona. There are advantages and disadvantages to membership camping but we are full-timers wanting to be in AZ in the winter, so the advantages outweigh (six months stay with buyout weeks so you dont have to leave) the disadvantages. We were there with pool, etc., closed due to Covid-19, but the entire park, camping spots, laundry room, restrooms were spotless. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We will definitely and gladly stay again.
Such a quiet place. It is always clean, the Manager is the best, and lets not forget about the cottages, they are very clean and new with everything you need from cooking to bbqing.

Very clean, quiet (which I love ) and just over the river is Laughlin. Not really a family park doesnt have a playground or anything for the kids to do. The staff are friendly for the couple times Ive seen them. We have been here for, this is our 3rd day and I would come back. The laundry room is kept clean and has air which is nice if you do laundry here. 1.75 per load to wash and 1.25 per load to dry. I really enjoy the peace.
First time camping here. Clubhouse is very nice. TV in the clubhouse is dish Network not DirecTV. Campsites all have a concrete pad, but no picnic tables.
We have not found a nicer RV park in the area. Clean and well maintained. We have enjoyed our stay each time we come.
This is not a high-end place, but after being in the area for a month for work and checking out other local parks, this is definitely the best of the bunch for my purposes. If youre like me and dont want to be on a main thoroughfare with a lot of traffic noise (and foot traffic which tends to lead to more problems with thefts) but still be close to everything, this place is perfect. Have more space than other local parks and plenty of room to maneuver your RV. Have everything you need here at a reasonable price in a quiet setting and people are friendly, non meth heads. Theres a wash that runs through the middle of the park that empties out onto what I think is Mohave County park property and is a great spot to exercise your dogs. Climb the hill at sunset and get a great view over the Laughlin casinos. The airport is very close and that was one of my bigger concerns when reserving a spot here but this is not a high traffic airport. You have maybe 4 small planes in and out daily and the noise is negligible. Gravel lots with concrete pad, no tables, most sites have a tree or two although shade in Arizona is pretty scarce. Have had no power supply problems. Laundry price just increased but coin machine installed. The dryers are a little weak, they run for 40 minutes and my stuff is never dry the first run, no matter how light the fabric or the load. I enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Never used any of the showers but theyre available if needed. Zero regrets about choosing to stay here.
Its on the hill overlooking Laughlin, really nice clubhouse with pool. Its a part of the Colorado river adventures that we belong to. I dont think it is open to the public. Very clean, well kept sites, quiet atmosphere.
Great pool, showers and bathroom. Kids room was okay. They need a nice playground! Very little camper participation in activities, so they dont happen, in the summer. I hear that winter is much better. We did enjoy a July 4th BBQ They need a lot more trees, or shade structures, as the wind was too hard for our awnings. Laundry is the cheapest that weve seen across 4 states. We did all our laundry!It will be nice to see how they continue to expand and grow. A water feature for kids would be a great summer draw.
Enjoyed our stay with Sunrise Ridgeview Resort so we extended our stay. Nice clean pool. Bingo and other activities. Grounds are clean and well maintained, other improvements still in the works
Membership Park. Part of Colorado River Adventures. Easy access off of Bullhead Parkway. Close to Lauvhlin Casinos restsurants and shopping. Friendly staff. Paved Roads in Park. 30 and 50 amp connections. Swimming pool and hottub. Great views.
Nice RV park, lots of room for 40 motorhome and Jeep. Close to casinos and downtown, only occasional overflights from adjacent airport. No railway tracks within hearing distance. Minimal to no highway noise.Unfortunately cable was not working and front desk person response when asked when it would be working was it is out. Implication being that it will never be in.In addition, if internet is important to you, it is only available at the main office.So, no internet and no cable means you can give this place a pass if these are important services for you.

Its a good place to go have fun for the day its kept very clean and the ranger does patrol however watch out for the skunks
Liars and Thieves! They will promise anything to get you to sign a contract and then they change the rules and the contract! CRA is the absolute worst RV membership park out there.If you value your money, stay away!They went back on their word and evicted twenty families, some in their nineties. Regardless of their words and promises, they are NOT trustworthy!Be Warned!

Ridgeview RV Resort is well-situated in Bullhead City, just across the bridge from Laughlin, Nevada. We stayed here for just under two weeks as part of a camping membership, so it was very affordable. The sites are basic (picnic tables would be nice), but fairly level and the streets are wide and easy to negotiate in a big rig. The lodge is large and modern. The laundry building was just a few steps from our site, and was clean, modern and very convenient. It was pretty to look at the lights of the casinos in Laughlin at night. The location is convenient for day trips to Oatman, Lake Havasu City, and of course, Laughlin. We would stay here again.

Great space location. 153 with a view of the Casinos. Night sky was a site to see. Weather a little rough. Hot and humid with the storms. Cant predict the weather, though.
I came here with my 3 grandchildren and 2 dogs and it was awesome! The people who runs the office are very personable and helpful. And my grandchildren loved the pool and Jacuzzi!
100+ degrees, and the pool is closed for repair or upgrade. We were not told about this when booking. The closest available water is the river and is a state park that you have to pay $7 a day. Quiet park, few campers to be seen. The metal art work is fits the desert landscape. Some pull through sites would be nice for the large rigs. The icecream social on Saturday was refreshing. We will choose a different park next time, as we are not gamblers.

I really like being here, friendly staff and campers. Generous sites. Down side is the wind (but thats EVERYWHERE, no fault of park) however the company that manages the laundry need to up grade washers and turn the dryers up, they dont get hot enough for the money. And one more negative, the path thru the hills ( which is nice) is littered with dog feces on both sides of the path.Dog owners fault....EVERY PARK requires you to pick up after your pet...but some people just dont care.......so, now were back for the 3rd time and I just went to the path....ALL DOG MESS HAS BEEN PICKED UP!! Extra nice now... . Good job!!

This is a RV Resort, I am here in my motorhome. The pool and hot tub areas are well maintained. The new owners are up grading and adding park models. This is a membership park.The office staff are friendly and helpful.

Love this resort. Well kept up and friendly atmosphere with a beautiful view of Laughlin. The pancakes and biscuits and gravy were plentiful on Saterday and the ice cream social brought forth the biggest banana split me and my wife ever consumed. Friendly staff and members.

Very nice RV park with a great view of Laughlin! Ever since the new owners took over, there has been a lot of renovations. Previous owners werent doing anything for the park. I have been staying here for years and will continue to come back. I am also friends with a lot of the members that are in the park and all the negative reviews coming from previous monthly renters are BS. They all had plenty of time to find a new place. The previous review that said there were 70 people that got kicked out is a lie. A bunch of them purchased memberships. People need to stop being so salty. Stop bad mouthing a park that you obviously liked since you were there monthly just because new owners took over and you decided not to purchase a membership. There are plenty of other RV parks and they werent ALL booked up. ANYWAYS dont listen to all the negative people. This is a wonderful park and the park managers said there are more renovations coming soon! (including a bar at the pool)
Even though we had a free two day stay because of a tour program, I can see that the new owners will improve the RV Park in good time. Location is great and the people were also.

First I liked it, then they changed ownership and it became memberships only. Over 70 RV had to find somewhere else to go Within a month-and-a-half. This is right before Christmas holiday. Also in r winter time season when most RV parks are full. So good luck to those people who rent month to month and have been there for quite some time. I cannot believe someone to do this. It would be my recommendation not to do business with such a place that is so inconsiderate of others.

Great new place for CRA members. Like to gamble....5min to casino in Laughlin. Want a desert ride in your 4 wheel, get in and go riding. Want to to fish, Colorado River is right there to enjoy. Go into Laughlin and enjoy the offered entertainment.

We are staying here for two weeks through our CRA membership. The campground is clean and well maintained. Theres a nice clubhouse with a pool and spa. We have a great view of Laughlin from our campsite. Cons: Poor internet, and cable TV isnt working.
Nothing to do except stay on the trailer especially for kids. Will not be back

Was there Feb. 10th - 13th. had a great time! Great RV set up,wonderful view of the night life in Laughlin. Pleasant neighbors. All around great time. We will be back! We stayed in a 42 foot and there was plenty of room!! Nice job!!
