Weve been going to Laughlin and Bullhead for years but never came across this amazing amazing spot. What a find! This is one of the finest maintained RV Resorts you will find anywhere. It is clear that the staff truly takes pride in keeping everything immaculate. Sabrina and Randy made our stay perfect. The location couldnt be better being just steps away from the Colorado River. And the amenities are first class. We cant wait to come back.
Nice RV park. Very clean. Sabrina was very sweet! Unfortunately we picked the hottest weekend of the year. My only complaint is that the sandy beach isnt right at the water. There is a rocky drop off so the only safe way into the water is walking down the boat ramp, which by the way is very steep. Which isnt fun walking up to go back to the RV in 110°. We will definitely go back when it isnt so hot.
Clean. Relaxing. Outstanding service. Bullhead City is full of Dumps representing as Motels and RV Parks. This establishment is NOT a dump. Very very clean rooms. Everything is well kept, well stocked and very vacationing welcome. We literally only needed our cloths, towls and food! Beautiful Clubhouse for Family time. Very nice private beach and river access. This is one of Bullhead Cities Best Vacation spots!!! 10 +
I’m giving this place a two star. Only because the manager SABRINA is NOT FRIENDLY AT ALL. makes you feel very unwelcomed!!! We met multiple people during our stay and all said the same. And not to mention she charged my card and I did not authorize her to do so! And it was for something three weeks after I stayed there and I have no idea what the charge was for. The date I was charged I was working. Two stars are because it is a beautiful place. The owner is very nice. If they got rid of the manager it would be a family friendly place. As long as Sabrina is still there I highly recommend you all to stay somewhere else. Now I’m filling a dispute with my bank over the charges I did not make or authorize. I’m furious!

Nice quit place... very clean. Nice size sites was able to get my 42ft 5th wheel in with no problems. Just wish the beach and water area was a little bigger but other then that its a nice place to go to

Clean small camp site with boat ramp to launch boat or skis. Staff are nice and helpful...our site was by bathroom and showers so a lot of people constantly come by...next time well get further away. Overall its not bad for our 3 days of camping.

Clean rv park right on the river.The park model we rented had a great view of the Colorado river. It was very clean and cozy a/c was on when we arrived kept us nice and cool when we werent in the water. Overall a well kept place!
Not to many spaces but right on the river. Staff was very helpful and try to get a spot as far from the road as you can.

I made a reservation and unfortunately we are not able to make it as scheduled. As of today Ive tried for 8 days to cancel. Ive called 4 times the phone messages box is full, 3 times I was lucky to be able to leave a message , with NO reply. Today the phone message box is full again. They also charged my credit card in full for the 3 nights. Never been charged upfront for a site, always a 1 night hold.
Wonderful resort
We went here in August I believe. It was extremely hot. Pretty much unbearable.Unfortunately our camper couldnt even keep up with the heat. This place is Kind of located in the city. The parking was kind of tricky . With a pretty tight squeeze .We tried to get a refund but they only offered us a voucher. we would not recommend this place.

The people who run the park are wonderful and helpful and very trusting.we drove up talk to them on the phone gave us a slot .
Not very nice.. next to a boat shop and a real busy Hwy 95. It does have a nice view of the river but who doesnt in this town.. Better of going to north side of Davis Camp

Lil over due this review...Over priced with absurd hidden fees. Was recommended to the oversized lot as I was bringing my boat paid the extra money for a double spaced concrete slab in the middle of 118° weather with absolutely no shade had to pay extra vehicle fees, had a relative come for the day of boating was charged 20$ a person for any visitors including 2 children under 8. Cost over a grand for an utterly horrible exp. After the way the owners treated us we didnt even stay the length of our contract. Penny pinching, greedy, unprofessional and jus bad people the owner and his wife that is... I truly believe they write their own reviews. Never have I been treated with such disregard, I wish I could give them negative stars....

Small RV Park. Very Clean, private beach. Pool and spa, club house with exercise equipment. Managers are very friendly and helpful. A lot of road noise and sirens if youre parked up by the entrance. Internet is very spotty and extremely slow. Overall still a great little park!

We stayed here for the 2016 Bullhead City Regatta. What a great RV park! Extremely clean, very well maintained and great location right on the River. The park Managers, Dave and Laurie, were awesome!! Super friendly and accommodating...... definitely made us feel welcome and part of the family. We will definitely be back!!! Leslie & Hertz
Very nice and clean resort, small and quaint, They are expanding I heard, no place to walk your dog with grass. We did appreciate them allowing our dogs. It was loud from road and a bar (on weekends) across the road. Beautiful beach! Great pool! Did not like our site, no patio like others had. Might come back when they expand.
The J-Johns were nasty, smelly. With feces smeared on the walls.But I really liked how they expanded and opened upp more beach areas by the trees. So if you arrive early, you can have a nice shady spot for the family before the crowd comes.

Stayed 3 nights in Nov. NIce sites. No pull thrus. Back ins are easy to negotiate. Super nice family owned staff. Clean and well kept park. Will stay there ever time were in Laughlin.

We stayed two weeks and our spot was AWFUL. We were next to a boat shop and it was VERY noisey, as was the traffic on Hwy 95. The managers wife was SO unfriendly and very rude. People were clique and not real friendly to new people. The showers were great as was the laundry and fitness center. WiFi was unavailable most of the time and cable was terrible!!!! People warned us about the drinking water which the manager didnt let us know about. DONT DRINK IT. Town is run down and dirty. Wont plan on coming back. Not worth the money.

By far THE BEST RV park in Bullhead City. Lots of amenities including a clubhouse, fitness room, pool, jacuzzi, boat ramp and beach area with lagoon. Super clean and quiet with all updated rooms and facilities.
Not handicap friendly. There was no beach access. They advertised a lagoon. You couldnt get to it. It only had boat ramp. People did the best they could on the boat ramp to enjoy water, dince it was so hot. No csnlr like they advertised.Had a trailer next to us that had 2 puppies that had them out in the heat for an hour. Knocked on the door, no one there but a child, adults were gone and the child would not let the puppies inside. I gave them water. So sadCalled Manager. He didnt care. Then at 6am. Puppies were out again and barked till 7am. The park was clean. Would we come back? No.

Awesome! Clean, good Sam discount. Right off the river with a little oasis for the kids & dogs to swim in off the river. Pool, hot tub, WiFi, SUPER friendly staff. Stores & restaurants close. Will for sure be returning with our family soon!! We really enjoyed this place! We have a 28ft trailer that fit great too ;)

Fantastic RV resort with rooms and cabins to rent. Very clean, right on the river, with good WiFi and great showers and restrooms. 5 minute Lyft ride across the river to the casinos. Planned on staying one night, extended my stay for 5 days, rented a car and did day trips to Grand Canyon, Hoover dam, and Las Vegas, saved a ton of money. Super pleased, my new home when I am in Laughlin. Really pleased I found this place on Google.

Great friendly hosts, nice private CLEAN showers, wide spaces, awesome spot on the river. Its in a part of town with poor cell service and the wifi was typical campground wifi so it was kind of isolating (can be good or bad depending what youre after). South facing spots get a LOT of sun so plan accordingly throughout the year. Would definitely stay again.

Dishonest and decieving management; terrible, place. When I called to make reservation for an RV space, I was giving very nice discription for their Park, I was told it’s very nice leveled spaces, very quiet, and few feet away from the Colorado river, when I get there the location of my RV space was terrible, along a busy road literally 3 feet away from the road, vey noisey and very far from the river, when I complained they stated no refund would be giving if I cancel my reservation. I was stuck in a terrible place for 2 days. If they lie to me, I am sure they will lie to other people. Strongly recommende to avoid this place
RATS RATS RATS RATS... HUGE FIELD MOUSE INSIDE MY ROOM.. I PAID OVER 500$ FOR A ROOM ON THE RIVER.. EVERYTHING SEEMED SO PERFECT UNTIL THE ROTTENS CAME OUT TO PLAY.. FIRST SIGHT WAS SEEING THEM RUN FROM THE BATHROOM TO THE HALLWAY CLOSET.. THEN FROM HALLWAY CLOSET TO THE KITCHEN UNDER THE STOVE .. ONE OF THE MOST WORST INCONVENIENCES EVER,, FOR ME MY KIDS AND MY WIFE.. TRIED CALLING THE OFFICE FOR HELP.. NO LUCK.. BARRICADED A OURSELVES IN THE ROOM UNTIL CHECK-OUT IN THE A.M.. THANKFULLY,, HOPEFULLY WE DONT TAKE A PREGNANT ONE HOME.. APON CHECK-OUT THE OFFICE SAID THAT THEY CAN ONLY GIVE US HALF OF DEPOSIT,, DUE TO PLACE HAVING TRASH AROUND UNIT.. ISNT THAT YOUR MAIDS JOB?? BUT THEY SAY PUT TRASH IN FRONT OF UNIT AND IT WILL BE PICKED UP DAILY.. ARE TRASH STAYED IN FRONT FOR 3DAYS.. IF YOU ARE NOT BRINGING A RV.. I DONT NOT SUGGEST THIS DUMP.. ITS EQUAL TO MOTEL 6

Can I give it no stars?1. Hands down the noisiest RV park we have ever been to. And thats 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. On Monday (MLK Day) the jet ski/boat/RV repair business next door was pressure washing boats until 11PM with massive flood lights set up so they could see to work. Seriously. There isnt even a wall between the road and the park, just a short, insignificant little fence.2. Massive light pollution. In addition to the huge amount of ambient light which the park management has little to no control over, the same business as was pressure washing leaves their 20-foot-long, flashing, animated, incredibly bright sign going 24/7. We had to put towels in all the windows on one side of our rig. Turns out the sign is non-conforming to zoning rules, but when I asked management about the issues they told me, We have no control over the business next door.3. Dismissive, even adversarial management approach. When we asked about canceling months 2 and 3 of our reservation, we were threatened with losing our $200 deposit. Seriously? Were trying to give you 3 weeks notice and not even asking for any refund on the $425 we paid for this month. I havent slept more than a couple hours in 4 days that Ive been here. Its that bad.I am so sad to have to report this experience, but I see no option. If I had heeded the review detailing pretty much the same experience were having, we wouldnt be in this situation, but I didnt and now were stuck. Dont make the same mistake. I have no idea how anyone sleeps here.
