Very nice mobile home park in an excellent location. Centrally located between places like Walmart and Target but not in a crowded location. Very quiet and peaceful with nice views.

I have lived here 2 years, 6 months in a rental until my house was built. There were many cracks in the house and it took about 6 months to get those taken care of and then the painter missed the laundry room so I will have to do it. Then the landscaper left the sprinklers off and plants started dieing. Took a year to get the plants replaced and then that landscaper turned the sprinklers off so I have more dead plants out there that I will have to dig up. The storage shed dead bolt does not work, that has still not been fixed. I am still missing two shelves in a kitchen cabinet. The HOA fees are $578.50. And you have to help pay the property taxes for the park on top of your own. It is a beautiful property and everyone is nice but the trouble I have had to go through should not be happening.

Place is Very Nice.The new Manager Zee is Great.Friendly / professional and is getting this community back together.Last manager didnt do anything and talked too much..Great place to live.... 5 Stars.....!!!

Pricey at almost 600.00 per month and THE priciest community in Mohave county but at least I dont hear barking dogs and loud cars. The best thing they have ever done here was to put former community manager Yolanda Erickson out to pasture as evidenced by 3 phone messages I left that went unanswered. She was only here to line her purse and sell, sell, sell and not here to address residents needs or concerns. But great neighbors and well kept landscaping make a beautiful place to live along with the abundant wildlife here such as quail, roadrunners, wild rabbits, and even wandering coyotes yipping away in the distance.

The people who reside there r very friendly, even the maintnence workers!

Very rude customer service, even though I had told them I had never been there, they still ran a check and brought 3 other individuals profiles to the agent interrupting our conversation where I had to verify I was not any of the individuals. Questioned my integrity, these individuals were from California even though I live in AZ

The people are special and activity are very good..

We love living in the Reserve at Fox Creek. The residents are very nice people and we love to get together for pot lucks, games, poker and much more. 2 heated pools, beautiful grounds and views. Dog parks with 2 pets allowed. The staff is great to work with as well. I feel completely safe in the community not only because it is gated but we watch out for each other. Highly recommend!!

A beautiful retirement community with wonderful caring neighbors and staff. A grear club house with lots of activities and two well kept swimming pools.

Just moved here and am very happy here. The place is kept up very nice. The place is very quiet. Pools and hot tubs clean. Nice club house. Will be living here a very long time. Knock on wood.lol

Friend lives in this park, its well maintained, clean. And they have activities in the club house, to keep the residents occupied.

Pricy, alot of accommodations. You buy the home but rent the land.

Retirement community. Has 2 pools hot tub and work out room. Lots of planed acctivities. Gated community safe place to live
