I have to tell you that listening to my mom in the park she lived at I questioned moving into one but I am so glad I did! It is everything I wanted and more and so happy to have met some of the nicest people. We were so use to living around the nasty neighbors and drugs and to be here and not to have to deal with that is awesome! I just want to say this is now my new forever home as long as I as our Lord and Savior will allow us to be on this earth and so happy I moved here! :) Thank you to Sherry our Manager for being willing to give us this amazing community to live in and you don’t know how full my heart is to be here. Thank You!

My husband and I left the state of Washington as we were tired of being wet and cold all the time. We drove to the California desert looking for a place to live. Somehow, we ended up here in Bullhead City Arizona. As soon as our front tires hit the pavement of this park, we looked at each other and at the same time we both said, we are home. Everyone we have met so far have been friendly and helpful. We couldnt have picked a better place to live than right here.

Have been wintering here at Carefree for the last 15 years never had a bad year the manager Sherry has been doing a great job taking care of the park and making sure that the residents are taken care of. Great little park come on down and enjoy.

Sherry is a great manager, so helpful and welcoming.The clubhouse is a nice place to hang out with friends.The pool outside and patio are also very nice too

I feel safe here. Neighbors great and Sherry is hard worker. And love the park amenities!

I have lived here for 18 months. I really enjoy it here. It is very quiet, nobody knows were here, Bullheads best kept secret. Yet so close to the Casinos.

Its a good park, since my parents bought a mobile home in there. Since my dad passed away everyone at the park has been really nice.

The park is quiet and clean. Management assures me more street lighting is coming! I enjoy the heated pool, being disabled. It really helps me get the circulation going in my legs. Pool parties & BBQs are going to be great with the new solar lights around the pool patio. The residents all contribute to the social activities & potlucks, the company of the residents is always enjoyable.

Lovely park with a awesome managers and great guests who live here Ive meet a few of them they are friendly. awesome pool and they as so have potlucks and everything is clean and I love visiting there great place to move to and great rates for all so come check it out

This park is a jem hidden on a hill with a beautiful view has a well maintained pool with beautiful lighting around the pool at night makes you feel right at home.We live full time in our RV and have stayed at a lot of nice places this is 1 of the Best.manager is one of the best we have had in a long long time hope to stay for a long time!

I have lived in the park for going on 3 years now. The park is pet friendly and there are always activities going on in the large clubhouse (game night), pool patio (bbqs) or in the park itself (yard sales). Mgt. and residents are great!

I have lived in the park a little over a year now and except for the summer heat, still love living here. Not many people join in the activities in the Clubhouse, but I do and always have a good time.
