All the employees are great. They have a wife variety of furniture and decorations. If they dont have it they can order it. Joey is extremely helpful and nice.

We bought a recliner loveseat two years ago and it totally fell apart, thankfully we had the good sense to purchase a protection plan. It did take longer than we had hoped for Guardian to resolve but today we were able to go in and pick out a new couch. My husband and I both needed new recliners so we went in to try them on. I didnt plan on buying yet. However we found two that fit us so ended up buying both of them.The owner Joey was helpful, knowledgeable and willing to be patient while we bounced from chair to chair. He even turned them over so we could see how they were made.To be honest I had planned to find one that fit and then order it online to save money. But Joey provided such great service that we decided we werent even going to check online. His prices were fair and the service he was providing was worth any possible difference in price.Just picture two seniors, one with a cane, attempting to lug shipped boxes into the house and putting heavy pieces together! Did some research and the website shows the showroom. (Loved the 360 degree view of the showroom). We went in and were greeted immediately. Joey Merrigan (owner) was our contact person. He offered us a soft drink, the he asked how he could help. It told him we were looking for Living Room Furniture. He explained that they sell many different brands and a low priced item might be right next to the highest price item.We then started looking. After a really good and reasonable length of time Joey approached us again to see if we needed help. At my request, he and an assistant showed us a dining table set (butterfly extension). He then helped us choose a recliner. All in all it was a pleasant experience. We actually purchased a living room set, dining room set and a recliner. They will also deliver and set these up in our home.Thank you Joey and Mattressland for the pleasant experience today. I highly recommend them for any furniture purchase.

I bought a new SEALY bed and foundation. Delivery promised by the 05/23/20. Received the bed on 05/30/20. I was also promised pillows for the delay, but no pillows showed up. 5 stars for delivery and set-up. Soon after losing my temper about things not showing up and or being delivered on time I received a call from the owner Joey who quickly brought the pillows to my door and to apologize to my face for the lack of response and an explanation on how the mattress company has like everybody else gone to minimum. I mean the owner Joey come to my door hand me my pillows and apologize to me looking me in the eye and shaking my hand made me once again believe that mattress Land and furniture can be trusted three stars for them five stars for the delivery

The customer service was better than any place I’ve been to! Chris was super professional but also made me feel at home and he was very friendly! He explained everything that I didn’t understand with financing and didn’t make me feel like he was mad when I settled on a cheaper bed so I wouldn’t have to finance. If you want any type of furniture I would suggest going to Chris is Bullhead City!

The couch I wanted was not in stock so the employee took pics he has on the floor and sent them to me because I have no car to get there so I picked a couch got it delivered they took out the old couch and put in the new one. I love it

Went to the store looking for theater seating for my home. Rick Robinson helped me with choices and discussing the sizes to fit my space. He worked with me on pricing and a delivery date for the very next day. Order arrived and the crew removed my old couch and love seat and arranged my new furniture in the seating area. Realized that my space was not big enough for both the sofa and love seat. Called Rick to let him know that the sofa was too long and ordered another love seat. The crew return the sofa to the store and delivered the 2nd love seat the next day. Everything was set up again and is great. Could not have been more satisfied with Rick and MatressLand and Furniture. Will definitely return as I need to replace old furniture and buy additional furniture.

We were at a local RV park when the transformer for my recliner quit working. Due to some severe back problems, a recliner is a necessity. Drove all over Bullhead City and ended up here. Thought we might have to buy a new chair. Staff gave us a new transformer! Im now a forever customer. Just wish I could give them 10 stars.

They are fabulous movers and they deserve recognition for what they have done working the hardest part of the job of delivering. When you find people like that them you want to stay with that company because you feel security, safety and that’s hard to find. I will go back and buy more furniture from them again and send my friends that are scared. After this delivery I don’t think any of my friends would be scared to have strangers come into their home. After several days of searching for a pair of night stands my husband and I decided to take a trip to the Bullhead City area, after stopping at numerous Furniture Stores, and on our last stop of our unsuccessful search we stopped at Mattress Land & Furniture. It was 110 degrees and extremely hot as we were welcomed to this establishment by employee Rick Robinson whom immediately offered us bottled water or something refreshing to cool us off with, which was very much appreciated. Rick was very helpful with our search for the perfect end tables, even though they only had one table he called their sister store in Kingman and made arrangements for us to pick up the matching table at that location. After an unfortunate accident with the table we choose ,Rick followed thru and in the end we are very pleased with our purchase, A BIG THANK YOU TO RICK ROBINSON for the GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I’m writing a review for a friend of mine after I bought my Bed. We went all the way from Mohave Valley all the way to Bullhead and we ran into the other brothers store and she ended up buying the same bed I did because these people know how to treat people kindly that’s not on the grid or doesn’t have a phone that can do this so I’m doing this for my friend to tell them that these are the people you want to buy your mattresses from these are the people you want to buy your furniture from these are the brothers to do they have three stores that I know of it I would go to all of them and bring my clients again
