Fantastic customer service. I rented the place out for my sons birthday party on a Saturday afternoon. They do NOT allow the costume character to come out any longer- I purchased one from Amazon and they were cool with that. The manager, general manager, and nice lady helping us were all amazing. It was $25 a kid only from 9am-11pm. I was NOT expecting to get the professionalism nor the amazing customer service from a place like this.I first called and it was like 5 minutes before close- I figured they wouldn’t even answer but they did abs I wasn’t rushed off the phone. I booked the same night. I was then followed up with a call that same week (I booked over a month in advance) . They also called me the week of. They were patient with all of my questions and treated us like vip.Food was great, customer service was good, they cleaned the night before abs the morning of! The goody bags stunk but, I don’t know what I was expecting. I tossed most of it. I don’t think the kids really cared but it was one less thing I had to do.The service was flawless and they went above abs beyond. Thank you Nader and Deborah! You made our day truly special!

Cant wait for the pandemic to be over so these type of places can get back to normal. Sadly no big crowd. But no waiting for games! Pizza was good, wings were tiny, games are FUN! Salad bar closed. Serving Beer and wine. Look for a package deal that includes food and games but compare with al-a-carte pricing!

This is not my first pick compared to the other 2 in my area. Its Saturday so I was prepared for it to be busy. There were no birthday party events when we arrived. It got crowded quickly and the line was nearly out the door. The only 2 employees working were having to run back and forth from the kitchen to the counter and to the game floor. I felt so bad for them. There seemed to be only one chef in the back cooking all the orders and I only seen what looked like a manager once the entire time. The 2 employees who were on the shift between 2 p.m - 9 p.m on Saturday September, 12 at the Buford Chuck E Cheese. A young girl and a boy both of color, deserve a praise and acknowledgement! Not once through all the chaos and challenges they were faced with they always kept a smile on their face and showed excellent customer service to everyone! They kept a great attitude! I know they were extremely exhausted but Im hoping they will somehow see this message because I wasnt able to get their names. They deserve some acknowledgment! Thank you!

The folks here are awsome; always very friendly and accomadating. I was very surprised at how good their pizza was the first time we came so tend to get one every visit. Someone was having their 21st birthday party the last time we were here and the appetizer spread they had out for them looked delish; it is a very quirky and smart idea to have your birthday here now since the crowds are generally light and your kids can play games super cheap while you and your friends enjoy yourselves.

Best place for the little ones. But when employees are dusting the games when the kids are playing them, so not right. I like that they wanna keep it clean but you dont do it when the kids are playing. Do that when the place is empty or close.

Always a family tradition when were in Buford Ga to come to Chuck E Cheese we love the pizza, our lil one loves the games, and the deals are pretty good too

One of the nicest chuck E cheeses i ever went to. They recently had a re model. It is very clean with new games. Of course the kids love this place.It does get crowded on the weekends because of birthday parties. Weekdays are the best because it is empty or less crowded.Also now they have a point or minute system on the cards(Check on the website for coupons). The minutes work out with the younger kids and when we are on a time schedule they know once 30 minutes or 60 minutes is up we have to leave.Great experience

Some of the employees could be more friendly. Their pizza is so good! I love the crust flavor and pizza to crust ratio. Restrooms could be cleaner.

Nice place. Less crowded during weekdays. Games are different than the one at Jimmy Carter but much better environment. It cleaner, properly managed and well attended. I would say they have made it more spacious by placing games properly. Giraffe ride is the unique one.

Today was our first visit there since they’ve reopened due to COVID. INCREDIBLY clean. There is not a corner that is not clean and dust free. There are hand sanitizers and gloves for customers EVERYWHERE throughout the establishment. Also, there are employees constantly wiping down the games. I feel safe and confident visiting this Chuck E. Cheese as it’s obvious that everyone at this location is going above and beyond to make sure their guests are taken care of.

Some kid threw up on my New Balances so I dumped Kool-Aid Cherry Unsweetened Drink Mix on him. Hopefully his cherry flavored light up Sketchers will be a reminder to never mess with the greatest generation.

The restroom needs to be cleaned cleaned smells on piss like it hasn’t been washed for weeks

My granddaughters were very disappointed to learn that the Chuck E Cheese character no longer comes out to sing and dance with the kidsCovid or budgetary ?????

I hosted a party here and realized they changed the lay out of the place since last year. It seems like the part of the facility with the tables for the parties is a lot larger than the gaming area which was a bummer. Although they did add a light up dance floor for the children with a lot of flat screens which was a nice touch. They could definitely benefit from having more of a gaming area or a tunnel drawing place for smaller children. Over all it was a good party.

Have done some remodeling since last time we visited. Felt open and clean. Sons five year old birthday party was successful. Our host, Corey, did a fantastic job helping us with the party logistics.

Good place to go for a childs birthday party. Everybody had fun. Pizza was good, games were fun, but the beer is a little over priced for Bud Light.

Went for birthday party. Host were lively polite and very helpful. Immediatelly paid attention to us and all party guest making sure all parties were well taken care of. Tables were bussed and restrooms were clean.

I live closer to the Athens location but we wanted to see if the Buford location was better. Bathroom was dirty, drink machine had several sodas out of syrup and they didnt have any sweet tea. Very disappointed.

First, I drove an hour and a half to take my grandson on his first Chuck E. Cheese adventure. I used to take my kids when they were younger, but things have definitely changed... the new card system theyve come up with for games, was disappointing, and I was shocked at the cost! Once you swipe your card to play the first game, your time starts ticking... 30 minutes game time only got my grandson about 10 games/ rides... hes 2, and even tho the time is ticking, he wants to look at the games before getting on, has to wait his turn, etc., and I really felt kinda jipped... and it cost $8 to add a salad! For the $70 I spent, we only spent about an hour there, and it didnt feel like the value, and good time that it used to... I wont waste my money there in the future...

I never understand why people have a negative impression of Chuck e cheese. Its like Dave and Busters except it operates on a time instead of per game. I think you can purchase tokens and play per game but as any parent knows kids attention spans are so small, with the timed session I dont feel like were losing money if he hops off a game in the middle of it. We love it.

Place is too small. There is alot packed into a little space. I was kind of surprised though that the pizza wasnt all that bad. The hostess for our party was attentive and accomadating.

Its NOT THE SAME ANYMORE AT ALL.. the only reason I gave it one star is because a real nice man gave my grandbabies some cotton candy for their tickets. Other wise NO STARS. A girl GAVE my son ALOT of FREE STUFF because she thought he was cute. Little did she know he was my son and told me about all the stuff he got for free in the mean time I was charged $2.92 for a 12 ounce cup. Informed they did not have a salad bar anymore. $7.00 for my babies to have some pepperoni n cheese (no sauce) bites. My grandson picked there they have NO STAGE or CHARACTERS anymore to sing happy birthday. They no longer have tokens. I WILL NEVER GO BACK. AND I DO MEAN NEVER....good luck Chuck E. Chesse....and good riddance..

My kids always enjoy Chucky E. Cheese. The games are appropriate for their age which is 2 & 5. The pizza is delicious as well. Its clean and the atmosphere is welcoming! I would definitely recommend this place for your small kids.

The games worked great. The kids had a great time, BUT there were not enough employees on shift to handle affairs. When we arrived, we saw 2 active employees. As time went on and numerous people and children arrived, 5 employees were trying to: check people in, prepare food, hand out prizes, keep games filled with tickets, handle birthday parties, and check families leaving.We stood for 10 minutes waiting to checked-out, without being acknowledged. My family left without checking out.

Saturdays are the most congested days however children have a lot of fun and pizzas are delicious

Its a great big arcade! This kids get tickets & trade it in for toys afterwards. They make the Birthday kid feel SO special!

This was our first time here and it was great!! Super clean, the staff at the front were nice and fun. Chuck E came out 2 times and my son went crazy! He won’t stop talking about it. There was a birthday party going on at the time and it looked like a really good time I recommend highly!

We arrived at Chuck E. Cheese around 12pm and although it was crowded, we were able to play all the games we wanted without a wait. We ordered pizza and it was ready in a timely manner and served hot. We enjoyed our visit!

The games are pretty good but it was just the food that I really didn’t like. the pizza tasted a little weird. but other than that this place is fine.

The place was cleaner than I thought it would be. It’s not the Chuck E. Cheese I know when I was growing up but the games and entertainment with Chuck E. Cheese was cool. Whomever was in the costume the night we went was so non enthusiastic. My son was so excited to see him and just wanted him to acknowledge him and he couldn’t even do that. If you are going to be playing a children’s character the least you can do is act as if you care to entertain. Other than the dull mouse it was a nice outing.

This place is really dated. It looks like it belongs in an episode stranger things. I cant believe people are still having parties there. You can have more fun in the backyard with a PS4 or XBOX ONE and some outdoor games. This is really sad.

A fun place to visit for kids and Yess.. for adults as well. They have good food too.

We had our sons 6th birthday party today and Kenedy was our party host. She was incredible, handling changes as people showed up. She took care of the kids and the adults needs... this Chuck E. Cheese was stress less, clean, open dining area, and attentive servers. The pizza was great! Highly recommend the goody bags for your party guests. They were huge, filled with so much, each kid was thrilled to get one! Well worth the $4 each

My grandson and I love this place. Most of the games we play together. Love that they have minutes now instead of tokens. That makes it more affordable. The only thing i do not care too much for is the fact they sale alcohol. This is primarily a kids place.

It was very packed, restrooms out of toilet paper and havent been cleaned recently. The food was awesome.

We had a really nice time. It was my 6 year old daughters 1 time there. She was was all over that place, so excited. I will be back.

Seriously, mind = blown. I didn’t know what to expect today for my sons birthday party. One employee made all the difference: Xavier. He is phenomenal. Seriously, his demeanor and attitude made it such a success. Such a positive attitude the entire duration of my sons party! He cared so much and asked me about every detail regarding my sons party. They went above and beyond to accommodate myself and our guests. It’s so rare to find such excellent customer service, I am beyond elated. Thank you Xavier for making my sons birthday such a success!

Pizza was much better than it used to be and the kids had a great time

This place is not the cleanest place I’ve ever been! They did not have enough staff on duty for the Saturday party I attended. they also did not seem to be able to control other kids from other parties coming to our table. Two kids who weren’t involved with our party and cake and one little girl stuck her finger in our cake because she was not being monitored by her family for her party hostess. There’s not enough cleaning going on to have so many kids running around.

Held a party here and most of my guests did not show up and our birthday host made it happen for us! She made my daughters 6th birthday such a joy. I love this place and highly recommend it!!!!

Very crowded place to have a party. Too loud of music you have to screen over it. However kids have fun!

The staff today were just RUDE they were all being very mean and they threw our drink cups at us after they forgot to give them to us than the blonde girl that was doing prices,she had an attitude and kept walking away and coming back mad....the only ones ALWAYS smiling and being nice are the 2 guys that help when the games are out of tickets.

Took the granddaughter as a reward for being brave at doctors office. Pizza was very good and she said it was a great day.

My family and I loved it and had sooo much freakin fun Brandon was so helpful when the machine stopped working for our kids. They were sooo nice and attentive. My family and I will be back.

Good place for a family to come and all hang-out, provides that you have younger children, of course! We were overcharged, which is something I can’t ignore. The kids loved it, though, and the pizza was actually pretty decent. Maybe a few more games to play would improve this business, but we will return.

Great place for the kids to play and have fun . truly where a kid can be a kid pizza game has deff improved since i was a kid going to chuckie cheese lots of changes to the places no more play grounds or animatronics but more room to sit and eat.

Its entertaining, but easy for a kid to run off and with such tall games it can be challenging to find them in all of the excitement. Our kids did LOVE dancing with Chuck E. Cheese and the pizza was very good. Even gluten-free

Most of the machines were out of work, the front girl at the counter where we purchase the food was very rude, do not have any idea what is a good customer service, and the fries from the combos we bought for the kids were cold and tasted like old. Not a good place anymore.

Busy on a Saturday afternoon but not horribly considering it was raining and cold. Pretty clean and the staff did good for as busy as they were. Get a pizza package and time on the cards (instead of tokens). Saves money and makes it a better value!

Had alot of fun! Love the new buying play time rather than tokens because my kids go through them so fast. Plus me and my husband were able to play some games to get my kids alot of tickets. Then the woman let each of my kids get one thing they didnt have enough tickets for. So 5 stars and we will be returning!

Not sure if theyre renovating but half the place was sectioned off. Bathrooms were completely gross and had to tell manager to get them cleaned. Walked straight out and no ones checking for those invisible stamps, no one to greet as you come in either. Salad bar wasnt ready and tables were dirty and not cleared off from previous customers. I was pretty disappointed.

We had a blast like always! Newly renovated and the place looks cool. The kids loved the dance floor, and all the games of course lol. Lots of new menu choices too.

Went here for my nephews birthday. Definitely still the same feel when I was a kid. The pizza here was great and all the games worked. Too damn hot inside, even for winter. Also the games were kinda grimy, they need to wipe it down now and then.

Staff there sucks and needs way more training. Took over 30 mins to get someone to take my order. My pizza was burnt and looked like someone dropped it on the floor and picked it back up and gave it to my family. Workers there will be on there phone and using bad language. Dont waste your time or money this place will never change. Managers there need to change and need more training.

My kids love this place. I can purchase a pass for them to play unlimited for an hour and they get to enjoy themselves and I enjoy watching them have fun.

They have remodeled the inside since the last time we went. More open area now . The only bad thing I can say is that the ticket munchers werent all working so it was a wait to get the tickets counted.

Clean game area. Machines/games work fine. But..... The 1 big plus for me about C.E.C. in general is the matching stamp security on the parent and child and checking those stamps when you leave. On several occasions at this location, NO ONE asked to see mine and my kids stamps. We just walked out. I have grown to really appreciate the stamp system (where I can let my kids go in different directions for a little while and not worry about someone walking out with them), but if I have to keep a vigil eye on my kids the whole time, I might as well go other game places closer to my house.

I havent gone to chuck E. Cheese for a while and wow quite a lot changed! Now to use cards to play instead of tokens. Lots of stuff was added too! Kinda sad though that stuff like deal or no deal and a bigger air hockey table was taken out. Pizza was a little different from how i remembered it but it was still good. Definitely might come again!

Solid experience. Clean, fast, fun for my 4 year old. The only reason I’m giving this 4/5 and not 5/5 is for the cringe-worthy chuck-e experience. I understand that unless you are extremely extraverted and love to dance, this is hard to give it your all, but the effort put into the routine was well... unsatisfactory. When everyone can see on the TV’s what Chuck-e is supposed to be doing, you almost begin to feel bad for the person in the Chuck-E suit because you know they hate that part of their job that much.I’m not sure what is the right path to fix this, maybe better training, but wanted to justify my 4/5 score.
