I loved this cinema! It was very clean and the picture was amazing. So glad we got the opportunity to go.

Nice big theater in the Mall of GA. First time going was to see Superman Returns in IMAX 3d back in 2006. Awesome experience even though movie was so-so. Just saw Midway this week and picture and sound were excellent for a regular 2d screening. Have not tried RPX yet. Standard reserved seats but armrest can be lifted up so you can get cozy with your honey.

Brought my kiddos to see a movie, which I couldnt find still playing at any other cinemas. Thats a plus. I will say, I only gave 4 stars though, because of the smell in the theater and the sound, which I expected to have more bass, to equal out the tone of the experience, especially when the music gets loud. It didnt really have that surround feel to it because of that so it almost becomes unbearable. I would imagine, for an IMAX, which does cost more, that would be exceptional. Other than those 2 issues, it was everything I expected and most likely will return, as Im close to this location and can enjoy the mall, making an entire day of entertainment for my family. Beware though, as with most cinemas, the concessions are expensive. But thats also to be expected.

Okay Im going to be brutally honest here. This theater has been a Hallmark of the area for many many years. But the theater is starting to show its age and is certainly not up to par with others in the area. The seats do not recline and are not very comfortable. The staff is courteous and respectful but do not go out of their way as they seem to be short-staffed. If I had to make a choice, I would visit another location for a movie on an expensive night out when you consider the cost of tickets, food, and drinks. Management take note. You guys need an overhaul of this theater to turn it back into what it used to be. A wonderful place to come and enjoy a movie of choice.

This theatre doesnt have comfortable chairs. It need to be upgraded. The food was awful. The service was great. I got the pizza and it tasted like a school lunch. The manager was very polite and refunded my money. I got the hot dog instead and it was nasty. My boyfriend said his chicken fingers were nasty. You buy tickets on the second floor then go up to the movie level. Ive been before but Id rather go to Phipps plaza movie theater.

Nothing stands out about this theater. The screens are adequate, the sound quality is adequate, and the seating is adequate. No reclining seats here, no outstanding images, and no audiophile audio that said, tickets are cheap and seats are comfortable enough and it doesnt leave you feeling cheated. If Im in the area again, I will probably return to watch another movie, and I wouldnt discourage anyone from going. I had eaten in the mall food court so I cant tell you about consessions, though the popcorn smelled fresh and counters and machinery appeared clean so probably decent quality, but I cant really attest to more than how it smelled and appeared. If youre close and looking for a flick, or just browsing the mall and run out of things to do on a rainy day, this theater is a perfectly adequate way to do that.

Watched the Joker and loved it !The screen was cropped oddly but there was no issue there .However, there was not sufficient limiting of the audio and if I had used a DB meter it would have probably been unsafe levels .Yes being cinematic dynamics settings (for movies) it still should not peak the way it was.Overall great place and better than most theater experiences

The problem is that there is only one entry. I dont reccomend for those with a handicap. You have to climb 2 steep flights of stairs, especially if you sit in the last row. I wish there was another entry point at the top. Sound and picture are phenomenal.

Last I checked, less than 10 theaters in the world combine an 8-story true IMAX screen with the fairly new digital laser technology, and this theater is one of them. A real treasure to have so nearby.

The seats are old and uncomfortable. The biggest issue was the security guard that sat in our theater talking through the entire movie. It was dead, maybe 8 other people in our theater and no one was making a peep except this guy. He left his walkie on too, and didnt shut up until someone from our group told him to be quiet. After the movie we were walking to the parking lot and made it to the sidewalk when he appears and stops us to ask about a beer found under the seat in our row. WHAT? I thought maybe he was going to apologise but he rambled on about a mystery beer can. This guy is getting payed to watch movies, ruin it for paying customers, and be a jerk. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Its a movie theater. They should move the ticket counter. Its stuffed off in a dark corner on the floor below the main theater. Its easy to miss if youve never been here before.

No one in line at concessions. Order 2 popcorn and two drinks. There are 5 employees and a manager behind the counter. The girl serving us rings our order,one employee brings one popcorn and proceeds to go talk in a huddle with the other 3 employees. So five people, 1 working. Then a guy walks up who I presume is e.ployee because the manager hooks him up immediately. Now a line has formed and one other cashier starts to work but the other three continue to talk.

Only 70mm IMAX in the state and its stunning

Went to the Avengers EndGame fan event. The fan event could have been organized better, and apparently some of the workers werent sure in what screen the movie was playing and sent some people to the wrong screen. Nothing else to say. The layout of the theater is also a bit weird, but I think its because its in a mall so its not the theaters fault

Went to the 1st showing of SHAFT. It was at 11am. The movie was great! The only thing if I had to complain about was not about the movie theater itself, but the address of where is located. If a person who(like me) never been to the theater looked up the address, it says 3333 Buford Dr., but there are so many buildings there that everything is addressed as 3333 Buford Dr! Other than that, I would go there again. From the movie theater to the bathroom it was clean! But then again, I was at the first showing. Take care

Had a blast seeing Aladdin and munching popcorn and Twizzlers (a must for every movie experience).

This Regal Cinema at MOG is pitiful for many reasons. First, the Marquis at ticket counter was not up to date because it, as eventually explained, was broken. Second, they advertise items in the Concession Counter that they do not have at their location and some foods they do have were not available because their fryers were broken. They also have limited sodas available. Finally, while the seats are reserved, they do not recline so theyre not that comfortable. I will not be going back.

Clean and convenient being inside the mall. My favorite part is that the screens are on the 3rd floor and foot traffic is notably less around and in the theatre. Pricing is on par and selection is alwys up to date. It is nice they keep previous new-releases for us late to see the latest flicks, but want the experience of the theatre. Havent tried an IMAX experience here, but looking forward to it!

This theatre is due for an update. Watched in a regular screen (no IMAX / rpx) so I dont know if thats any better. Both the seats and concessions are ok, nothing great.

Wow!!! Best venue to watch an action or Sci-fi movie. Total experience. Felt in my entire body. Rise of Skywalker was outstanding in IMAX 3D.

My wife and I love coming here to watch movies. We live about 2 hours away in Northeast Georgia. Regal cinemas are always nice and neat. Make sure to use Regals membership card to get credit for buying tickets and snacks.

Very nice theater with good quality sound and picture! We watched Lion King it was awesome, def fulfilled my childhood memories. Definitely will visit next time! BBBut still wish if they had reclining seats with foot rest like Regal 18 and Regal Avalon!

Growing up in this area Regal Mall of Georgia has usually been a good experience. Since returning back this place has been a dump dirty sticky floors with popcorn everywhere in the hallways and the condition of the concession counter was very unsanitary. Management should really get on to this because this is not a very professionally way to operate a business. Really they should be able to provide a clean and sanitary environment where families and friends can come and enjoy the movies. The first theater we were in the movie was slanted too high so we couldn’t see the whole screen, and the lights did not turn off. When talking to the employee they said it was malfunctioning so they couldn’t turn the lights off and the screen could not be fixed. I expected better from a reputable company like Regal. Hopefully it will improve but I suggested taking your business to another theater. The third theater has a shrunken movie screen with a big black border around the screen.

Great experience at the movie. But never watch Jumanji 3. Worst movie ever

Always have fun at Regal! This visit was especially fun, leisurely stroll through the mall, window shopping and lots of people watching. Best part, my hubby was with me, he is a really great husband. :)

Great movie theater, wide selection, state of the art design/ format and pretty clean. Price is high but seems close to average and hopefully wont go up anytime soon. Also, is it just me or does movie popcorn butter taste different than it used to 10 years ago? Not just here but every theater. Just wondering if anyone else felt the same.

Horrible. The theater was disgusting chairs were gross, popcorn and trash everywhere and then the movie started twenty minutes late after three people had to walkbout and notify someone. And the fact that it was an extra expensive imax movie as well, i doubt i will be returning to this theater again. Whole thing felt like it was ran by a bunch of children who couldnt care less about their jobs

It is clean and staffs are nice. Concession is horrible. Long line to get( about 20 minutes for me) and the price is about 5-7 times. Come on!! It makes sense to pay up to three times of the regular price but... $6 for a bottle of water!!

Incredibly filthy place.The toilets were backed up with feces everything was filthy. Trash was everywhere. The seats were uncomfortable and the screens are still projection.

My family really enjoyed this theater. I always bring a jacket and thank God I did because the air conditioning must have been on what felt like full blast in the theater. We saw Shaft, and oh boy was it hilarious. Overall it was a good experience. Next time I will just have to bring a jacket and a blanket. Oh, dont mind me Im just a tropical being

Should be able to give 5 stars but couple of issues during this visit to see US. The Theater now has signed seats. Which is a good thing, but I think they should have that posted prominently to inform the public of the change. Also the floor was super slippery at our seats, almost fell. Other than that picture and sound quality were good.

For starters it would help if the staff would be more attentive at the concession stand. The staff person used my points without my permission and they were unable to refund my points. I was saving my points for a specific prize but they ruined that for me. This was not right.

It has been awhile since Ive been to a movie due health reasons. Once I went to a show and was expecting 3d but was told only at advertised times & days.I saw the 3d documentary TITANIC Which was very good nothing since. Im from the era of the original 3d movies late 50s & 60s and only see some good changes.The overall reason we dont go more often is the COST.TICKETS AND SNACKS ARE ALMOST THE SAME AS A GOOD MEAL AND A MOVIE AT HOME!FIXED RETIREMENT INCOME KEEPS LOTS OF OUR GENERATION FROM HAVING ENTERTAINMENT ON OUR LIST OF ACTIVITIES.

Men’s bathroom had NO seats on the toilets, half stalls in women’s bathroom were covered in black plastic bags or disgusting. Lobby very hot - about 80 degrees and had to wait more than 20 minutes for drinks

I really like this theater. I like having a theater in a mall so you have options on things to do.

Would not recommend coming here for a Fan Event. It wasnt really planned out. There was no real direction on anything.

Large theater and they use the size of the venue to its advantage. Also with theaters being on 3rd level it looks really cool and secluded from the mall that it is in.

Fast, easy and Avery was pleasant. Seats are comfy and the theatre was clean.

Imax is really loud and bigger than life. Only negative is the steps you need to climb up to your seats. Just had total knee replacement of both knees earlier this year and it was a struggle for this senior citizen.

I enjoyed the experience. Though I wish theyd replace the counter soda fountain with the freestyle machines. That would speed up the refreshment counter considerably.

The prices were to high for tickets I feel. The popcorn was like chewing Styrofoam, like it was stale but warm. Then they gave me a plastic cup half full of salt to salt my popcorn. finally the seats were uncomfortable. I have had and would rather go to the dollar show theater than to go back to this movie theater. You would think that this theater being in the largest mall in GA it would be a little more up to date or accommodating.The only good thing I can say is I didnt have to throw my pop out I bought from the food court. This is just my opinion but I strongly agree with what I have said above

If you want to waste your money by being surrounded by disrespectful and disruptive teens then by all means go for it. Even when management is informed they do nothing. As far as everything else overpriced and not worth the headache. You pay to watch a movie to enjoy it, not be irritated by the people sitting behind you.

Ive never had a bad movie experience here. I use Fandango so I skip the ticket line. The concession stand wait time is a bit longer than it should be. The prices are as ridiculous as every other movie theater. I mean come on... $6.59 for a large drink! A large popcorn is almost $9. Seating in the theater is normal and adequate for most. However I am 64 tall and I find that the leg room is not great and over the duration of a long movie it becomes very uncomfortable.

I came to see They shall not grow old the movie was set to start at 4:00pm. It is now 4:23pm and the movie hasnt started. No previews, nothing. We have been sitting in a dark silent room for over 30 minutes. This is completely unacceptable. I paid $40 for me and my step father to see this, not to sit in a dark room. We got the manager involved but still nothing has happened. Avoid this theatre at all cost. Also, we paid for 3D but the movie wasnt 3D.

The theater is awesome and my kids really enjoyed their first experience. Its a little expensive for the average family and a little far away from where I live so its always an event to go there.

No signs where to get tickets, had to go back down to 2nd floor to purchase, then back up to 3rd floor where theater is. Standard theaters dont have comfortable seats & if not on the end, youll feel very squished in with barely any leg room. My knees touched the seat in front and Im 56 Will only return to try the IMAX theater

This theatre was so nasty . Literally nasty and looked like it had not been cleaned all day and our movie started at 9pm. I peeked in others and they were the same. I really wanted to leave but I will say the manager Jordan came in himself to help clean up. Not sure if I will return though. Very disappointed.

For what they charge for their tickets they should have more modern, reclining seats....

Loved it! Seats were comfortable! Parking is so aggravating because of the mall traffic. We didnt get snacks because the lines were so long. But we will be back.

Unfortunately I had a terrible time at the movies this afternoon. We attended the 4:15 showing of Hobbs & Shaw and a group of teenagers took it upon themselves to constantly distract the other patrons by boisterous talking and continually running up and down the stairs. This mall use to be a nice mall to go to with family now it is over run with groups of teenagers doing whatever they want and walking around in there little groups saying duragatory comments. I see disrespect is alive and well in the youth of today.

I really liked the food at the farmers basket and the movie i seen. The place was real clean and pleny of parking the boy that takes ticket at the movie was a nice young man and a lot of help with us picking a movie

I always love coming here. Seats are a bit cramped in the IMAX but the place is always clean. Staff is helpful and typically on the ball.

Im not gonna lie its pricy. Me and my wife would and saw a movie and it cost around 30 bucks for 2 adult tickets. But if you can get past the price the experience was awesome. The theatre was very clean and we had a great time.

I have never in my life been to a nastier theater!! Im so happy the lights are out because I would probably scream from all the filth! It smells like a boys locker room, the floors are sticky, the seats need to be wiped down!! JUST HORRIBLE! I want to leave but I paid $45 dollars for the people. Worst purchase ever!!!!!!

I had a good time at this location for my first theater experience in Georgia. The popcorn was average, but I enjoyed the movie. It was empty when we went on a Thursday during the day.

It’s easily the best movie theater around and the IMAX screen is awesome. It’s easy to get tickets and always has plenty of showtimes. Never had an issue with staff or concessions.Plenty of police presence and the bathrooms tend to be clean.Overall, favorite place to go and see a fun new movie and enjoy some entertainment!

The drink/popcorn combos that are advertised everywhere (including on the registers) are sold out all the time, but theyll happily sell you a more expensive combo with stale tasteless popcorn and flat coke! Popcorn was the worst ive ever had and I dont understand that. Popcorn is so easy! How was it bland and tasteless even after adding butter! Floors were sticky and dirty at 11am, attitudes from the employees when asking about the sold out combo. Seats were really uncomfortable for some reason, we kept shifting and moving around to try to get comfy, but couldnt. Theaters are usually freezing cold, but this one was stuffy and humidity was high, possibly leading to the lack of comfort in the seats. Well stick with AMC theaters where you can add your own butter and seasoning at will!

Yeah I want the one at the Mall of Georgia its nice its clean its big its not overcrowded its clean one more time if I didnt say that already staffed is on point and relaxed at the same time very welcoming accommodating place its just a great place to go see a movie.

Have not been to this place since class trip some maybe 15 years ago. Of course that was then this is now, and this go around just went to see Godzilla was impressed by the stadium style seats especially the middle area where I sat that day. Only downside was didnt seem like floors were clean very good sticky substance was on the floor. Will be back again in the future.

Great place, takes us an hour to get here and we still make the trip for big movies. I had an awsome customer service experience when I missed my movie start time. I called and the lady I spoke to gave me my options, the same lady was there when I got to the theater and changed my ticket free of charge

We go here often for movies. Almost always a great experience. Those time it was Avengers: Endgame 3D, it started on time and there were no problems.

The cleaning crew forgot to clean after the movie before ours. Popcorn everywhere on the floor and our seats, empty cups were left as well.

Clean, good seating, sound and picture were perfect. Although concession prices are outrageous...

We went to see a movie and after an hour of sitting in the theater with multiple screen problems, they notified us that we would not be able to view it. This was a specific outing that we had planned but instead ended up being an utter waste. The only saving grace was that the manager was apologetic and agreed to refund our money spent on concessions and give us free passes to view a movie of our choice at a later date.

We saw The House With The Clock In ItClean theater. Great sound. Comfortable seats. Comfortable temperatures for my health. Enjoyed our overpriced snacks as well. I would return.

Ordered a soft pretzel. It was rock hard. The guy at the counter wanted me to pay twice. Definitely will stick to studio movie grill or movie tavern...

The lady who sold me tickets was rude and told us that the times for movies their website shows were different from the real ones. And she told us there was no 3:15 for PET2. But as I walked by the auditorium that I checked online, it was showing the movie. And we didn’t get the tickets because of her wrong information. By the way, the auditorium was cold like a refrigerator...

The theater at Mall of GA . Is very clean. The workers there are very accommodating to older folks. It is my favorite theater, especially since they accept the MOVIE PASS. If you dont know about the movie pass, get the app. You join for $9.99/month, and you can see four (4) movies each month. No kidding, you actually swipe this card and it gives you the ticket. At that price of 9.99/mo. Each ticket costs you $ 2.50 .I can attest to it, I did it yesterday.
